At the entrance to the lounge, Kiba and Niu Jinyan stood facing each other.
The two men were quite different in stature; Kiba was half a head taller than Niu Jinyan. Kiba looked down at Niu Jinyan in silence.
Normally, Niu Jinyan wouldn't dare to contradict Mu Chang, who was more senior than him, let alone in this situation.
He lowered his head, but looked at the woodyard, which was taller than him.
Kiba stared at him with a stern face and narrowed eyes.
His eyes are so small, it's like they're not even open. I don't know if he can even see the road or the people in front of him.
Now that things have come to this, even the simple-minded Niu Jinyan knows he's finished. Not only did he commit a crime, but he also assaulted a police officer.
In this hopeless situation, Niu Jinyan thought to himself, as if this could alleviate his tension and anxiety.

After the lesson was over, the two officers, one on each side, led Niu Jinyan out of the break room.
Watching Niu Jinyan's departing figure, Muba's expression turned serious, and he suddenly sighed.
When the media waiting outside saw Niu Jinyan being led out by the police, smiles immediately appeared on their faces, and money seemed to appear in their eyes.

Inspector Megure knew the general outline of what had happened, but he still had to take a statement and go through the proper procedures.
Since we have some free time now, and all the parties involved in the case are here without exception, we might as well take their statements and save some time.
"Okay." Takagi felt a little dizzy, but it wasn't serious. He shook his head to clear his head, then took out a small notebook and pen from his pocket, ready to start taking notes.
The case has been resolved, and this record is just a formality, so there's nothing to hide.
The record begins with the victim, Taishin Keishin.
The reason he was called a victim was because Niu Jinyan's other goal was to frame the great god Jingqing, something Niu Jinyan himself admitted.
He started his story from when he met Uncle Mori, until he came to the woodyard to call him.
Next up was Hiroyuki Sakuma, who knocked on the door of the lounge and was also one of the first discoverers of the case.

Soon, it was Kōyū and Conan's turn to give their statements.
"Conan, you've given statements many times, so you should know the process. I won't go into details." Inspector Megure's expression was serious, but his words made Kōyū laugh.

Conan didn't seem to mind, nodded, and said, "This morning..."
After Conan finished explaining what had happened, Inspector Megure turned his attention to Mitsuyu.
Before he could even ask a question, Guangyou said, "Me too."
"What do you mean, the same?" Inspector Megure paused, not understanding.
"Conan and I basically act together."
Guangyou coughed lightly and explained, "So the statements are pretty much the same... The only difference is that I went to the restroom and happened to see the mask and the murder weapon hidden there."
"Then I took these things over, and you probably know what happened next, officer."
Inspector Megure nodded, then looked at the little girl who hadn't said a word.
“She stayed by my side the whole time, and the content of her statement was almost the same.”
Upon hearing this voice, Inspector Megure turned to look at Kousuke, his expression somewhat helpless. After thinking for a moment, he decided to skip over the children and look at Uncle Mori instead.
As Uncle Mori began taking his statement, Kōyū turned to look at Ai, and their eyes met. A faint smile appeared on both of their lips.
When Uncle Mori was halfway through taking his statement, the noise outside had already subsided considerably.
Presumably, the media outlets knew they wouldn't get anything by waiting there, so they dispersed.
