Seeing her actions, Guangyou smiled but didn't say anything.
The napkin, crumpled into a ball by Ai, traced an arc in the air before finally falling into the trash can.
Then Ai turned to look at Kousuke and asked, "Wait a little longer?"
"No, thank you." Guangyou stood up, stacked the empty plates together, and replied, "I'll take the empty plates over, and then we'll leave."
This self-service barbecue restaurant not only requires you to get your own food, but you also have to take your own plates to a designated area.

After making the decision, the two walked slowly toward the supermarket.
After walking for a few minutes, Guangyou saw a familiar figure ahead.
It's that man in the movie theater.
At that moment, the man was squatting at the entrance of the alley, and there was an orange cat in front of him.
The orange cat's fur was covered in dust, making it look like a stray cat.

“Sometimes humans really are inferior to animals.” Guangyou changed his gesture, stroking the orange cat’s head, and sighed, “If you treat an animal well, it can sense it, but humans…”
He paused slightly, thought for a moment, and finally condensed his many thoughts into one sentence: "Some people don't even deserve to be called human beings."
“Yes,” Ai nodded in agreement. “Sometimes, animals are more reliable than people.”
This is one of the reasons why she likes small animals.
Back when she was in that organization, she couldn't trust anyone except her sister.
"Let's get a cat or a dog sometime," Guangyou said after thinking for a moment, "or maybe both."
"Yeah, but you have to think it through before you get one." Ai reached out and stroked the orange cat's back, saying, "Once you get one, you have to be responsible for it, and you can't abandon it under any circumstances."
Most stray cats on the street are abandoned by their original owners.
They could have taken them to a specialized animal adoption center, where they could have been cared for and new homes could have been found for them.
However, many people still simply abandon their pets on the street, leaving them to fend for themselves.
Pets are not toys; if you adopt one, you have to be responsible for it.
Don't raise a pet if you're not prepared to take on the responsibility.
“I’ve already made up my mind,” Guangyou said, continuing to pet the cats. “I will absolutely not abandon them.”
"Hmm." Ai glanced at Kousuke, then withdrew her hand and squatted down next to Kousuke, watching the orange cat show a contented expression as Kousuke petted it.
After petting the cat for a while, Kōyū got up and said to Ai, "Ai, you stay here and watch it. I'm going to buy some cat food."
