"Okay, I understand." Ai looked out the window, responded, and then breathed on the window, instantly covering the originally transparent window with a layer of white mist.
"Good to know."
After receiving Ai's affirmative reply, Kōyū nodded in satisfaction, turned to the side, and watched Ai's actions with great interest.
Under Kōyū's gaze, Ai extended a finger and wrote a few words on the layer of white mist, while whispering, "You are the most talkative person I have ever met... without a doubt."
At first glance, Ai's words sounded like she was complaining, but the faint smile on her face couldn't lie.
Her smile wasn't very obvious, but Kwang-yu could see it quite clearly; this was a result of her long-standing personality.
Perhaps as time goes by, she will also, like other optimistic girls, show a bright smile as radiant as the sun.
However, for Guangyou, it's good enough that she can stay the way she is now. Others are others, and she is herself. There's no need to make her become like other girls.
Guangyou doesn't know what she will become in the future, but as long as she changes for the better, he will be satisfied.
Anyway, in his heart...
She will always be the most special one.
"I have to be long-winded," Kōyū thought to himself, his gaze falling on Ai's smile as he softly said, "After all... I only have one you..."
"So I don't hate it when you nag me." Ai looked at Kousuke's reflection in the window, her tone becoming even gentler.
She said he was long-winded, but she truly felt the care contained in those seemingly rambling words.
"Please keep it up." Ai turned her head and looked at Kousuke, who had a slight smile on his face, and said softly.
Without responding to Ai, Kousuke first looked around to make sure no one was nearby, then gently placed his hands on Ai's cheeks...
Warm fingertips traced across her smooth cheek, and Ai's delicate earlobes, covered in fine down, looked slightly rosy under the light.
"What if someone comes?" Ai glanced to the side, but no one was around. She then looked into Kōyū's eyes and asked softly.
Actually, Kōyū wasn't worried about that. After finishing his drink, Uncle Mori had already gone back to his room to sleep and was sleeping very soundly. Kōyū had even heard Uncle Mori snoring through the door.
Conan and Heiji Hattori are still in the room, probably chatting or reading.
As for Xiaolan and Heye, Guangyou noticed that they seemed to be discussing something.
Seeing Kazuha's somewhat hesitant appearance, Kōyū guessed that the matter was probably related to Hattori Heiji. Even if he were to come over, he would probably go to Hattori Heiji's room first.
Therefore, Kōyū still did not respond to Ai.
Holding Ai's face in his hands, Kōyū's gaze softened, he smiled, then closed his eyes and gently kissed Ai's forehead.
Two seconds later, Kōyū cupped Ai's face in his hands, looked into her icy blue eyes again, and said softly, "This is my response to your last question..."
"Sigh... I'll keep nagging you like this for the rest of my life, from your youth to your old age, I'll keep nagging you like this forever..."
After a brief moment of calm, Ai suddenly smiled at Kousuke, nodded, and whispered, "I'll trust you this once."
He let go of her hand, turned around, leaned against the window, and looked around somewhat guiltily.
That's what he said, but he was still a little worried that someone might suddenly come over.
But now it seems he's had good luck.
After Kōyū let go of her hand, Ai turned her gaze back to the window, looking at the streetlights shining brightly in the distance.
In a world filled with darkness, that light was so bright...
Her vision blurred for a moment, and when the world before her eyes became clear again, all that remained in Ai's eyes was a figure that seemed very reliable to her.
The next second, Ai's lips curled up slightly, and a smile that could represent her mood quietly appeared on her lips.
"Once when I was bored, I even struggled with what to call you in the future, whether to call you Ai or Shiho."
After confirming that no one had come, Kwangyu broke the silence.
"Aren't they all me?" Ai turned to look at Kousuke's profile and said softly, "Call me whatever you want."
Noticing the gaze fixed on him, Kōyū turned his head, looked at Ai's smiling face, chuckled softly, and said, "Ai..."
"Mm," Ai nodded in response.
“Shiho…” Kōsuke said again.
"Mm." Ai nodded again in response.
“Although I’ve said it several times, I still want to say it…” Kwang-yu turned to the side, leaning against the window sill, his gaze fixed solely on the girl standing before him, and said softly, “I like you.”
"I've said it several times, but I still want to say it..." Ai looked at Kouyu and whispered, "I like you too."
"No matter how many times I hear it, I still can't help but feel happy." Kwang-woo smiled sincerely. Every time he heard this sentence, the joy in his heart would always show on his face.
He can control it, but there's no need for him to.
Upon hearing this, Ai didn't respond to Kousuke, but the smile on her face said it all.
Seeing the smile on Ai's face, Kōyū smiled as well. He glanced down at the time and said, "It's getting late. It's time to rest. We have plans for tomorrow."
