Guangyou in the wine cellar didn't care about any of that; he just needed to drag and drop until the data copying was complete.
Nearly half a minute later, the data copying was completed, and Pisco, who was outside the door, could no longer contain himself. There was a slight noise coming from outside the door.
Guangyou took a small tape recorder out of his bag and quietly stuck it behind the door.
A slight smile appeared on the face beneath the mask, but his hands kept moving as he pressed a few buttons on the tape recorder.
Suddenly, a muffled gunshot rang out from outside the door, followed by a thud, and then a male voice: "Looks like they're in here."
He didn't see the owner of the male voice, but the familiar feeling told him there was no mistake. Kōyū changed his voice and said, "Gin, you really came too?"
The people outside were none other than Gin and his ever-present lackey, Vodka. Gin's tone was filled with murderous intent: "Shark, this time I'll make you pay!"
"Hahaha!" Guangyou sneered. "It seems you've suffered more losses at my hands, haven't you? How dare you say that?"
At this point, Gin snorted coldly, but said nothing.
Ai came to Kouyu's side, patted him on the shoulder, and didn't say anything, but Kouyu knew what she meant.
Kōyū nodded, pointed to the fireplace in the wine cellar, and then yelled at the door, "Gin! I've planted a bomb in this room! Don't come in if you don't want to die!"
For a moment, Gin and Vodka stopped what they were doing. Gin gritted his teeth: "Are you planning to blow yourself up?"
"Being able to be with the famous Gin makes me, a nobody, feel quite right!" Kōyū continued to stall for time.
Seeing that Ai had already reached the fireplace, Kōyū breathed a sigh of relief and ran straight to Ai's side.
The two exchanged a glance, nodded, and prepared to climb up through the fireplace passage.
The fireplace space is too small for a child to climb up; a single child wouldn't be able to, but there's more than one person here.
Ai and Mitsuyoshi, back to back, pressed against the wall and quickly climbed up.
During this time, Kousuke slowed down his movements to accommodate Ai, and fortunately the passage wasn't very high, so Ai's stamina was still sufficient.
Soon after, the two climbed out of the passage and onto an open platform.
Gin, who was outside the door, heard no commotion. He cursed under his breath and slammed the door open. His eyes sharpened as he looked at the empty cellar.
Vodka roared, "Damn it, he tricked me!!"
The sound reached Guangyou's ears through the fireplace, and he immediately felt wronged. He yelled directly at the fireplace channel, "Vodka, you're such a coward! I, Shark, have been around for a long time and I never lie! Why don't you look at what's on the door?"
Vodka rushed to the door and glanced inside, somewhat flustered: "Brother! There's something that looks like a tape recorder here!"
Gin wasn't blind either. Before Vodka could finish speaking, he cursed inwardly and rushed out the door: "Let's go!"
Calculate the area of Gin's psychological trauma at this moment.
Kōyū had a rough idea that Gin was definitely cursing him in his heart right now, but he didn't know if Gin's cursing was any good.
He felt that his attention was a little strange.
A few seconds after Gin left, the tape recorder seemed to malfunction and kept clicking.
However, the sound didn't last long before the tape recorder exploded, the loud noise echoing throughout the entire floor. Flames instantly engulfed the entire wine cellar and were spreading at an alarming rate.
Pisco lay in a pool of blood outside the door, his eyes wide open, his face filled with resentment.
At this moment, Kōyū took off his mask and robe, and hurriedly took Ai downstairs.
Mitsuyu originally thought he would have to confront Pisco head-on, so he pretended to be innocent. Unfortunately, Gin suddenly appeared and killed Pisco.
"Sigh, it's a shame they didn't see my cool disguise!" Guangyou's focus has always been a bit off.
The scenario from her dream didn't happen, and she even received some information about the medication. Ai was in a relatively good mood and chuckled softly, "Thank you this time~"
Guangyou patted his chest and said, "It's my honor!"
Ai laughed out loud again at the comical sight.
Meanwhile, Conan, engrossed in solving the case in the lobby, was suddenly awakened by the sound of an explosion and hurriedly shouted at the air next to him, "Haibara, Mitsuyu! Let's run!"
The air around him did not respond.
Conan glanced around, his eyes narrowing into tiny dots: "Hey, where did they go? Did they run away first?"
Meanwhile, Inspector Megure, along with other police officers, was evacuating the crowd. Conan followed the crowd out of the building, intending to find Professor Agasa, who had been waiting at the entrance, to discuss countermeasures.
As Conan pushed open the door, he saw the two people sitting in their seats eating lollipops. He squinted his dead fish eyes and asked, "Where did you two go just now?"
Guangyou waved the disk in his hand: "We went shopping, and while we were shopping, we found a disk with some APTX4869 data. Isn't that a coincidence?"
"Wow!" Conan was blinded by the black disk in front of him. "Wow, you guys are amazing!"
Conan got into the car, and Professor Agasa briefly explained what had happened there.
Not long after the three went inside, Gin's car arrived, right in front of Professor Agasa's car.
Within minutes of the explosion, Gin got back into his car and drove away.
With Gin's presence, the atmosphere inside the Beetle was cheerful, and the four of them chatted and laughed as they returned to the office.
Back at the office, Kōyū slumped onto the sofa: "Ah! This sofa is so comfortable!"
