After buying the wine for Uncle Mori, Guangyou planned to go upstairs to buy two more pieces of clothing.
One of the items was something he bought for Ai, and the other was something he had just decided to give to Ran.

"Doctor, I'll go buy some clothes now. I'll leave the rest of the things to you." Guangyou didn't stay long. After putting down his things and saying goodbye, he prepared to leave.
"Don't worry." Professor Agasa looked at Conan and asked, "Shinichi, what about you?"
"Why don't you go play with Ayumi and the others for a while, Conan?" Kouyu couldn't help but tease Professor Agasa when he heard this before he left.
"I'll stay here and look at things with the professor," Conan said, pursing his lips but not arguing with Kouyu. "Go buy your clothes."
"Then I'm leaving."
After saying that, Kōyū pulled Ai Haibara away.
Shortly after the two left, Professor Agasa suddenly realized that they had returned early without informing Ayumi and the other two's parents, which was a mistake.
