Chen Feng glanced around casually, pinpointed the location of the goods, picked up the detector, walked over, and put it on the ground.
They grabbed small shovels and started digging, shoveling up shovelfuls of soil.
Although it was raining and Chen Feng's clothes were getting wet, he didn't feel cold at all; on the contrary, he felt a little hot.
Soon a pit was formed, and Chen Feng squatted on the ground and began to remove the soil with a small shovel.
He dug out the goods one small shovelful at a time, and after about four or five shovelfuls, Chen Feng found them.
With a gentle shake of the shovel, Chen Feng quickly unearthed the goods.
It's a silver nugget, probably worth a few tens of dollars.
After collecting the silver coins, Chen Feng continued walking forward.
And so, the light rain continued to pour down until six o'clock in the evening. Chen Feng opened the trunk, sat down in the car, slightly out of breath, and lit a cigarette.
He just calculated that he earned 69,700 yuan today, just 300 yuan short of 70,000 yuan, a very fruitful day.
He had already planned to go back, and it was already time.
But the difference of 300 was really making him feel bad.
Taking a deep drag of his cigarette, Chen Feng looked at the still-falling drizzle outside and flicked the cigarette butt away forcefully.
The burning cigarette butt fell into a puddle, hissing as it went out.
"Damn it, let's do it. I don't believe I can't find a bargain with 300 yuan."
Chen Feng picked up the detector again and walked into the rain, determined not to go back until he had found three hundred.
He walked in the rain for almost ten minutes before his system gave him a notification.
Chen Feng glanced around and walked towards a small puddle.
With one shovelful, he splashed mud and water out, and it took him quite a while to finish digging the hole.
There was still water in the pit, so Chen Feng used a small shovel to scoop up a clump of muddy water and ran it over the detector.
The detector made no sound, so Chen Feng shook off the mud and water and took another shovelful.
After four or five shovelfuls, the detector finally made a sound.
Because the shovel was full of mud and water, Chen Feng couldn't shake it off, so he could only scoop it up with his hands and throw it down in clumps.
After searching for a while, Chen Feng finally found the object in the mud and water.
It's a silver nugget, probably worth around forty or fifty yuan.
"Swipe." Chen Feng rinsed the silver granules, threw them into the bottle, and continued walking forward.
He refused to believe that he couldn't even collect a round number.
After walking forward for four or five minutes, the system gave another prompt.
Chen Feng looked around and walked to a pile of weeds that had been watered and fallen to the ground.
Taking out a small pickaxe from his bag, Chen Feng dug into the soil with all his might, but every time he did so, mud and water would splatter up, forcing Chen Feng to keep his head far away and stretch out his arms to dig the ground.
And so, Chen Feng's arms were splattered with mud before the surface was finally scraped clean.
He switched to a shovel and began to vigorously scoop the material outwards.
Once he felt it was about right, he took a small shovel and started working the soil.
Chen Feng shoveled mud over the probe until it beeped, at which point he stopped and began digging through the clumps of mud with his shovel.
After throwing away many things, Chen Feng finally found the item in the mud.
After rinsing it with water, the item revealed a grayish-white color.
Another silver nugget, about the same size as the last one.
"Damn it."
The more anxious Chen Feng was to get back, the less reliable his shipments became.
In the past, goods worth a few hundred were readily available everywhere, but when you're in a hurry to get back, the goods just won't come out, which can drive you crazy.
Chen Feng wandered around the mine site for another twenty minutes, during which he found two more pieces of goods.
Without exception, they were all silver coins; he was now 40 coins short of 70,000.
As darkness fell, Chen Feng continued walking forward with a long face.
He refused to believe it. "Let's see who can outdo whom. If you're so capable, you'll each put up ten silver coins."
He absolutely had to scrape together that 70,000 yuan today.
Seven or eight minutes later, the system beeped again. Chen Feng sensed the location of the goods, walked over without even looking at them, and started digging with his shovel.
Just by looking at his movements, you can feel how impatient he is.
Rather than saying Chen Feng was digging a pit, it would be more accurate to say that Chen Feng was simply venting his frustrations.
This was the first time he had ever shopped online and he was annoyed by it.
Each powerful downward shovel seemed to be saying something.
"We'll make sure you don't ship any goods! We'll make sure you don't ship any goods!"
With such forceful shovel digging, a pit quickly took shape. Even when Chen Feng felt he could start digging again, he continued digging with the large shovel.
After a few shovelfuls, one of the shovelfuls of muddy water, along with a small chunk, fell straight to the ground.
Chen Feng frowned and walked over, wanting to know what had been thrown out, and it looked quite large.
As Chen Feng approached, he saw raindrops hitting the patches, revealing their original colors.
"Hmm?" Chen Feng sensed something was wrong and bent down to pick it up.
As the mud and water dripped off the blocks, their original dark yellow color was revealed.
Although it was already getting dark, Chen Feng could still see clearly.
Chen Feng rinsed the gold nugget in the water, examined it repeatedly, and his expression was indescribable.
"No...this."
The gold nugget was quite large; Chen Feng weighed it in his hand and estimated it to be worth at least seventy or eighty thousand yuan.
He originally just wanted to round it up, but he didn't expect to round it up so much that it went from five digits to six digits.
Holding the gold nugget, Chen Feng shook his head and headed towards the Wuling van.
We really need to head back quickly, or it'll be dark soon.
Meanwhile, Zhang Yang had already bought the tools and returned home. Tomorrow he planned to go to Li Erchun's mine to try out this set of small combos himself. He was already quite impatient.
When he got home, his wife was on vacation and was sitting on the sofa watching TV with a face mask on.
"Have you finished shopping?" his wife asked.
"Hmm." He put down the groceries he had bought and plopped down on the sofa.
But as he looked at the face mask his wife was wearing, he became more and more tempted.
He originally intended to use the leftovers from his wife's makeup, but he decided to use a new one so that the effect would be better and his face would look whiter.
Without saying a word, he went straight to his wife's vanity and took out a face mask labeled "whitening".
His wife had a lot of face masks, but he didn't recognize any of them, so he just grabbed one at random.
Following his wife's example, he put on a face mask and went back to the sofa to comfortably watch TV.
"Hey, you know, I just splurged yesterday and bought a box of face masks from some brand. It was 420 yuan for ten sheets! My god, I can't even bear to use them after I bought them."
"I plan to put one up every two months, you..."
His wife subconsciously turned her head, and before she could even finish speaking, she saw that Zhang Yang also had a face mask on his face. Her eyes widened instantly!
"What the heck? What are you doing? Where did you get this face mask?!" his wife exclaimed in shock.
"Of course I found it in your cabinet," Zhang Yang said matter-of-factly.
