Chapter 346: Trial in the Tower

After being sucked into the pagoda, Xiao Ning and the other two felt dizzy, as if the whole world was turned upside down. The strong dizziness made it almost impossible for them to stand firmly, and they could only let their bodies roll in the air.

Time passed minute by minute, and I didn't know how much time had passed. Finally, the unbearable dizziness gradually subsided.

After the dizziness completely dissipated, Xiao Ning and the other three slowly supported themselves and stood up. They endured the discomfort in their bodies and tried to open their eyes to look around.

Upon taking a look, they were surprised to find themselves inside the pagoda. The interior of the pagoda was extremely spacious, with strange lights flashing on the four walls, giving people a dreamlike feeling.

Just as the three were full of curiosity about the place they were in, Rong Rouxue's clear and pleasant voice echoed in the tower:

"Ning'er! I'm about to open the cages that imprison the monsters in the tower. It won't be long before those ferocious monsters show up. You must be fully alert to deal with them. If you really can't defeat them, remember to shout my name loudly, and then I will release you safely!"

After saying this, Xiao Ning turned his head slightly to look at the two people beside him, his eyes revealing a hint of vigilance and solemnity. He raised his right hand slightly and gestured to Leng Qingqiu and Bai Ziyun, indicating that they should be cautious in dealing with the impending danger.

At this moment, a creepy sound of iron chains colliding suddenly came from the dark area ahead. The sound was very slight at first, but as time went on, it became louder and louder, as if countless heavy iron chains were colliding and rubbing against each other. Then, a loud "bang" was heard, followed by a series of breaking sounds that echoed all around.

In an instant, several huge monsters slowly emerged from the darkness. These monsters had different shapes, some looked like mighty tigers with colorful stripes, some looked like majestic lions with manes fluttering in the wind, and some were as strong as bears with broad and powerful paws.

Some were as agile and strong as gray wolves, with sharp and frightening fangs. However, they all had strange shapes and were very different from ordinary monsters.

After these monsters looked at each other, they all revealed a puzzled expression. But this puzzlement only lasted for a moment, and they soon fixed their sharp eyes on Xiao Ning and the other two who were not far away.

Almost instantly, waves of deafening roars erupted from the mouths of these monsters. The roars were like thunder, resounding throughout the entire space, and rushed towards Xiao Ning and others with endless ferocious energy.

Facing such a sudden attack, Xiao Ning was not afraid at all. He quickly reached into his arms and drew out the Xuantian Sword. The sword was flashing with cold light, as if it was thirsty for blood.

It happened in a flash. Just as the group of monsters pounced on them, Xiao Ning flashed and swung his sword with lightning speed, directly cutting the gray wolf that rushed up first into two pieces.

As the gray wolf's body was cut off, a bloody smell suddenly spread. Xiao Ning did not stop his actions, but instead used this momentum to exude a strong and suffocating aura. He rushed into the surging beast tide like a meteor, and wherever he passed, the sword flashed and blood splashed.

At the same time, Bai Ziyun and Leng Qingqiu also threw themselves into the fierce battle without hesitation. Bai Ziyun held an extremely sharp sword in his hand, and his sword moves were fierce. Every time he swung the sword, it brought a cold light. He chopped left and right among the beasts, killing them and making them scream.

Leng Qingqiu waved her hands, changing her hand seals constantly. In a moment, crystal clear ice condensed out of thin air in her hands, and these ices shot towards the monsters like sharp arrows, and all those who were hit were torn to pieces and howled miserably.

The scene was extremely bloody, and the air was filled with a nauseating strong smell of blood. This thrilling fight lasted for nearly half an hour...

At this moment, only three exhausted figures were left standing in the center of the battlefield. Xiao Ning's face was covered with bloodstains and some unknown liquids. His originally handsome face looked particularly hideous and terrifying. The Xuantian Sword he held tightly in his hand had long been stained and condensed with blood, and a strange blood-red light flashed on the sword.

Looking at Bai Ziyun and Leng Qingqiu again, the two women's originally elegant white dresses were now stained with a lot of blood and became muddy, as if they had just been fished out of a pool of blood. However, although they looked extremely embarrassed, their eyes revealed determination and unyielding.

The ground was littered with the bodies of hideous monsters, some of whose bodies were broken and some whose heads had rolled to the side, and whose tragic scenes made people shudder. Looking at the mess in front of them, the three of them finally breathed a sigh of relief and could temporarily stop fighting and take a short rest.

Xiao Ning did not dare to delay for a moment, and quickly took out a few precious pills from his arms and handed them to Bai Ziyun and Leng Qingqiu respectively. Then, he walked quickly to a relatively open place, crossed his legs and sat down steadily, then closed his eyes, began to concentrate and calm his mind, and used all his strength to operate the skills to restore his almost exhausted physical strength.

Bai Ziyun and Leng Qingqiu took the pills and put them into their mouths and swallowed them without hesitation. In an instant, a warm and gentle air flow flowed into their bodies like a trickle, quickly flowing through their limbs and bones, greatly relieving their extreme fatigue and various discomforts.

Not long after, the two of them also came here like Xiao Ning, and also closed their eyes, concentrating their minds, and entering a state of enlightenment in which they were completely oblivious to themselves.
