It was already midnight when Shi Ye returned to the room.
He didn't turn on the light and entered the room in the dark. When he passed by the bed, he heard Jiang Zhinian's vague call of "Shi Ye" and then the wall lamp was turned on.
The dim light hit the head of the bed, and a sleepy little face poked out from under the quilt: "You're back."
"I woke you up." Shi Ye walked quickly to the other bed, "Go back to sleep."
