The bullet pierced the zombie's forehead, but the zombie did not die; instead, it went into the neighbor's yard.
Wang Ping and Zeng Yufan looked at each other in bewilderment. What was going on? Why couldn't they kill the zombies?
A hoarse, aged voice came from next door, followed by a scream.
Zeng Yufan ran to the door of the main room and reported to Qin Ruixu, "Boss, Wang Ping just killed a zombie, but the zombie was not killed."
Zeng Yufan's voice was filled with fear of the unknown.
A hint of doubt crossed Qin Ruixu's expressionless face. How could he not be killed?
No, there are no unkillable zombies, we just haven't found their weaknesses yet!
Liu Anran recalled seeing zombies crawling out of the ground on the mountain and blurted out, "Zombies!"
"What zombie?" Chu Yunxiao asked curiously.
"Let Wang Ping and the others come in first, close the door, and I'll explain to you later," Liu Anran said.
Upon hearing Liu Anran's words, Qin Ruixu called out towards the entrance of the main room, "Wang Ping, all of you come inside."
Wang Ping and the others all entered the main room and closed the door.
Liu Anran whispered, "When the zombies come, don't talk, try to hold your breath and don't make any noise. Even if you want to fart, you have to hold it in."
Qin Ruixu looked at Wang Ping and the others, "Did you hear that?"
"We heard you, we promise to do it," Wang Ping and the others said.
"Kick the tower, kick the tower..."
The sound rang out again in the darkness, growing closer and closer. Liu Anran sat on the sofa, barely daring to breathe.
The sound stopped at the gate, which was being pounded on repeatedly. The sound continued for a while, then a loud crash was heard, startling Yunlong awake. He instinctively called out, "Mom!"
Startled, Liu Anran rushed over and covered Yunlong's mouth, whispering, "Yunlong, don't shout, don't be afraid, Mom is here with you. No matter what you hear or see, don't shout."
No sooner had Liu Anran finished speaking than the sound of footsteps rang out again, heading towards the main room.

The people inside the main room gripped their guns tightly, afraid to move. The air was eerily quiet, as if you could hear a pin drop.
A series of hurried footsteps approached from afar, accompanied by voices.
Holy crap! Liu Anran almost cursed. Which idiot came to deliver himself to his death?
Liu Anran heard the footsteps getting closer and closer, finally stopping outside the courtyard. Then a rough male voice rang out, "Brother, there's a dead body here."
A beam of light shone into the courtyard, and a woman said, "There's a dead man and a zombie in the courtyard."
"Holy crap! This zombie's outfit is so weird, it's wearing official robes!" a man exclaimed.
"Stop talking nonsense, kill the zombies so we can go inside and take refuge." A familiar male voice rang out.
Chu Yunxiao raised an eyebrow slightly. It was actually that bastard Liu Changqing. He hoped that Liu Changqing could kill the zombie.
"Bang, bang!" Two gunshots rang out.
Liu Changqing's subordinate said, "Brother, this zombie must have mutated; it's impossible to kill."
Liu Changqing, refusing to believe it, said, "Aim and shoot! I'll riddle him with bullets! I refuse to believe we can't kill him."
"Bang bang...!" A series of gunshots rang out.
"He should be dead this time!" Zeng Yufan muttered to himself.
"Shut up!" Liu Anran said.
Zeng Yufan immediately shut her mouth guiltily and carefully watched the movements outside.
"Brother, the zombie jumped up, and it jumped really high. None of our bullets hit it," Liu Changqing said in surprise.
Liu Changqing didn't linger in the fight and decisively said, "It's nighttime now, it's too dark, and the situation is very unfavorable for us. Liu Changqing, let's go to the house next door and start stealing."

Liu Changqing stopped, took out his flashlight and shone it in the direction of the sound. He saw his subordinate, Afa, being grabbed by a zombie with its mouth biting his neck. He was shocked. "Damn it, can someone tell me why this thing sucks blood instead of eating flesh?"
"Brother, let's go quickly, Ah Fa is beyond saving," Xiao Feng said from beneath Liu Changqing.
A hint of sadness flashed across Liu Changqing's face. He led his men into the house, closed the door, and had Xiao Feng and the others find something to barricade the door before he sat down to catch his breath.
With the zombies lured away by Liu Changqing and the others, Liu Anran relaxed with a sigh of relief. She released Yunlong's mouth, slowly sat up, and, feeling a bit uncomfortable from lying down for so long, took Chu Yunxiao's hand, wrapped it around her waist, and leaned against him.
Chu Yunxiao put his arm around Liu Anran, gently massaging her waist with one hand, while keeping his eyes fixed on the door of the main room, worried that the zombie might return.
Yunlong needed to pee urgently and couldn't hold it in any longer, so he had to say, "Mommy, I need to pee."
Liu Anran turned on her flashlight, took out an empty bottle, unscrewed the cap, and said to Yunlong, "Spray it into the bottle opening!"
Yunlong, holding the bottle, walked shyly to the side and urinated into it.
Liu Anran handed the bottle cap to Chu Yunxiao and whispered, "Go, cover up the urine Yunlong peed in and put it away properly."
Chu Yunxiao was stunned!
Why would they need to pee? They're not short of water.
