Chapter 11: Killing the Cockroach Clan
"Insects?" Lan Shiruo couldn't think of what kind of insects it was for a moment. In the apocalypse, the victims of the evolution of viruses included not only humans, but also vegetation, livestock, insects, and bacteria. In an instant, the cockroaches became crazy. The cockroaches as big as fists had ugly facial features and bared fangs. Their jaws kept chewing instinctively, making a crackling sound.
At the same time, it also attracted many corpses, which rushed here one after another. Their stiff bodies actually became a little more flexible under the temptation. The smell of blood had a fatal attraction to both the rotten and the alien.
"Sister, tell me what to do, you two should leave now."
"It's okay, I'll do it, you guys back off." He pulled out the bow and arrow he'd received from the sporting goods store, wrapped the arrow in rags, poured oil on it, lit it, and set it on fire, heading towards the insecticide pile. "Run! Many rotten corpses were also burned, but they were tougher than cockroaches and not so easy to die. They did not feel pain, and after losing the smell of blood, they continued to wander aimlessly under the light of fire.
Fortunately, the surrounding area was charred and there was no combustible material, which prevented the fire from spreading.
After a long time, the fire on some corpses will go out by itself, while some fires are big enough to directly burn the corpses into charred bodies.
The two men and the mastiff ran for a kilometer before stopping. The air was still thick with the smell of insecticide, making their heads swell. "Let's go a little further. It's almost dawn. Let's find a safe place to rest."
After running wildly, they were all panting heavily, their hearts pounding so much that they could hear each other's voice. They had no time to joke around and just moved forward step by step.
We encountered many small supermarkets and convenience stores along the way, but they were all looted and nothing was left. This shows how powerful human beings are.
“Are we never going to receive anything again?”

The general tilted his head, feeling like he was hallucinating.
Lan Shiruo smiled and rubbed the heads of the man and the mastiff.
After the two of them and the mastiff had eaten and drunk their fill and taken a bath, Lan Shiruo made a bed for Miaomiao. "I have to go into the space and plant some of the seeds I got today. Are you afraid to be out there alone? If you are, let the general accompany you."

"Okay then. If you need anything, just shout. I can hear you. I left you a bottle of water and some snacks. Is there anything else you need?"
"I want a bottle of yogurt. I like yogurt."
"Okay, go to sleep. Don't worry. You can sleep until noon."
"I understand, sis."
