The Dark Red Overlord is the Mother of Hell, a collection of infinite negative rules.

"Great Celestial Venerable, don't waste your words with Him." The Sun Daojun behind him seemed to be in a very hot temper. "Allowing Him to destroy reality and matter will only allow you, the great one, to return and restore the supreme glory of the ancient Heaven."
When the [matter] and [reality] of the multiverse merge, the result will be the return of Yuanshi Tianzun.
