Zhen Tian slumped on the sofa, staring at the chandelier on the ceiling, and let out a wail.
"You were so stubborn that you let them go, weren't you? Now that they're coming back, what are you wailing about?" Ye Qingyan sat down on the sofa next to her and rubbed her tense calves.

She pulled Zhen Tian up: "You're such a nuisance. Let's go. Brother Ji won't be back for a few more days."

It's another week of advanced mathematics class.

Yang Tao glanced up at the boy who had just sat next to Zhen Tian. It seemed there were others like them trying to avoid the teacher. She chuckled inwardly. This boy was rather handsome.
"What kind of alarm clock is this? You set it too late, didn't you?" she asked Zhen Tian, looking down at her.
"No, this is a date reminder. Zhizhi should be back tomorrow." Zhen Tian smiled and showed Yang Tao the screen on her phone.
"Sigh, look at me, I've been fed another mouthful of dog food."
"You've put your glasses on again?" Yang Tao pointed at Zhen Tian's eyes.
"Well, I've gotten used to wearing it these days, so I just put it on whenever I want."
The two chatted quietly for a while before the teacher arrived.
"Alright, class is starting. Everyone, turn to the section we covered last time."
Zhen Tian and Yang Tao looked at each other.
Where did we leave off last time?
"I don't know!"
"Oh no, class isn't going to start off well at all." Yang Tao rubbed her head, her gaze falling on the boy sitting next to Zhen Tian: "Hey bro, do you know where we left off last time?"

The boy's slightly amused voice boomed around them.
Just as Yang Tao thought the voice sounded familiar, Zhen Tian turned around sharply and fixed her gaze on the boy whose face was mostly obscured by a baseball bat.
The hat covered everything completely, and only a glimpse of his lips could be seen.
But Zhen Tian instantly became excited.
"Only one!"
She forced herself not to scream, and excitedly grabbed the hand of the person next to her.
Only then did the boy raise his head, and Ji Yuzhi's face slowly appeared. He chuckled and took Zhen Tian's hand: "I was wondering when you would finally notice me."
"Ugh, you're so mean. You sit next to me without saying a word." Zhen Tian slapped him.

The professor emphasized it again.

Ji Yuzhi, taking advantage of his height, glanced around and roughly understood the page.
Just as I was about to turn the page for Zhen Tian, I saw her hurriedly take off her glasses and put them aside, then lower her head and pretend to be dead.
Most people in the classroom were looking back and were stunned by what they saw.
Ji Yuzhi almost burst out laughing.
