Chapter 246 I Miss You Too Today

Send me your class schedule.

Zhen Tian was lying in bed having a video call with Ji Yuzhi.

"Why do you suddenly want a class schedule?" She lay there and popped a small persimmon into her mouth.

"I want to see."

"oh."

Zhen Tian sent over the class schedule, muttering, "We have so many classes. If evening self-study hadn't been canceled, I feel like I'm still in high school."

Ji Yuzhi glanced at it briefly and indeed, the page was almost entirely filled with text.

"Things will get better in your junior year."

"The senior students used to say the same thing." Zhen Tian popped another persimmon into her mouth, her eyes seemingly looking at something else.

"Former seniors? Who?"

"It's Senior Shao Yuheng, the one you've met before."

"The one I saw in the advanced mathematics classroom?" Ji Yuzhi thought for a moment; he seemed to have only seen that one senior.

Zhen Tian thought for a moment and said, "Yes."

Ji Yuzhi gave a meaningful "oh".

"What's the matter."

"It's nothing." It was that boy I had a crush on: "Do you still keep in touch with him?"

“Occasionally, we chat when we meet. I ask him when I don’t understand something.” Zhen Tian’s small hand stopped above the plate, then returned empty-handed. She seemed to have noticed something: “Zhizhi, are you jealous?”

"No, I was just asking."

"Tch. Senior did like me before." Zhen Tian nodded, a slightly smug expression on her face. "Did you figure it out? Were you worried I'd run off with someone else?"

She squinted her small eyes, looking smug.

"Yes, you're so cute, I just want to put you in my pocket and take you everywhere I go."

"Hmm..."

Zhen Tian is like that; she takes advantage of others when they give way, but whenever Ji Yuzhi makes a move, she blushes and can't say a word.

"Are you going to say it or not?" Ji Yuzhi asked with a smile.

"I'm not talking anymore, you're annoying." Zhen Tian glared at him through the screen.

The person being glared at laughed heartily: "What have you been busy with since the beginning?"

“Drawing. I’ve drawn a few characters for the game’s concept art, but I’m not quite satisfied with them, so I’m making some changes.” Zhen Tian showed her drawing tablet to Ji Yuzhi.

"Did you design this?"

"Yeah, I looked at a lot of game character designs, and I also talked to my brother and uncle about the game's background design. Isn't it good?"

"It looks great."

"Really?" Zhen Tian's eyes lit up. "But the more I look at it, the less I like it. I was so happy when I first drew it."

"You're a professional, so you must have high standards for yourself, but for an audience like me, it's already very appealing."

"real?"

"Have I ever lied to you?"

"No, there isn't any." Zhen Tian was a little happy: "Then I'll take it to Tao Zi Qing Yan to see. Don't hang it up."

She grabbed the graphics tablet and ran off.

Liu Jiyu shook his head indulgently on the phone screen.

"Qingyan, Taozi..."

When Zhen Tian ran into the hall, two girls were sitting on the carpet, having a great time playing with their Little Tyrant game console.

"R jump! R jump!"

"I lost again! Why is this so hard? I never thought it was this difficult when I was a kid!"

Yang Tao angrily swung the handle.

"Hahaha, as expected of me." Ye Qingyan stuck a note on Yang Tao's face: "Sweetie, is something wrong? Finished talking with Brother Ji?"

"No, let me show you this." Zhen Tian handed the graphics tablet to the two of them.

"What's this? What did you draw this time?" Ye Qingyan took the large board and placed it on her lap. "Hey, this guy is pretty handsome. Is he the one who makes games?"

"right."

"This one is beautiful, I love this long-legged lady." Yang Tao touched the girl's snow-white thighs in the second picture: "If I had legs that long and straight, I would trade them for getting tanned."

"You're already dark enough, why are you still dark?"

“You can whiten your skin if you’re dark-skinned, but you can’t fix short legs.” Yang Tao was on the verge of tears: “I didn’t inherit my mom’s long legs, but I inherited my dad’s short legs instead. I’m so angry.”

Both Zhen Tian and Ye Qingyan, who have long legs, said they couldn't understand the pain of having short legs.

"I think I'd be willing to play if the game characters looked like this. But are there any cuter ones? These characters all look too powerful, like the kind you can only unlock at a high level."

"Want something cute?"

"OK."

"Okay, I understand." Zhen Tian wrote it down carefully.

“I think it could also be a bit ugly, and the uglier the better, isn’t that interesting!” Yang Tao raised an eyebrow: “It’s that feeling of you not liking me but being unable to do anything about it.”

“It’s incredibly ugly.” Zhen Tian nodded again.

"I was thinking, could we have a pet? Like a cat or a dog. Something really fierce too." Ye Qingyan thought of the cat in her neighborhood: "I'll find a model for you. That stray cat in the neighborhood is really cute."

"A pet? Is it appropriate for it to fight a person?"

"Suitable? Why not? It could be a tiger or a leopard or something. Anthropomorphic."

Zhen Tian had a conversation with the two girls and unexpectedly gained a lot of inspiration.

By the time I got back to the bedroom, Ji Yuzhi had been left there for an hour.

"Oh, I'm so sorry, I forgot about you... I was having so much fun chatting..."

Zhen Tian rushed back to the bedroom and saw Ji Yuzhi sleeping on the screen.

She glanced at the time; it was only nine o'clock in the evening.

You have to be really tired to fall asleep at this hour.

She bit her lip lightly and said in a soft voice, "Zhizhi, goodnight. I missed you too today."

After speaking, she turned off her microphone, afraid that her voice would disturb him.

She would glance at Ji Yuzhi's painting a couple of times before continuing to paint. Just looking at it made her feel happy.

Being able to see it every day is happiness.

...

"Someone rang the doorbell, go open the door." Ye Qingyan lay lazily on the sofa.

She played games with Yang Tao until too late last night over the weekend, and now she feels listless and weak.

"I'm cooking, so it's inconvenient for me to cook," Yang Tao called from the kitchen.

"Sweetie... Sweetie..." Ye Qingyan shouted, straining her neck.

"Sweetie's upstairs, she can't hear you," Yang Tao answered her again this time.

"Sigh." Ye Qingyan sighed and resignedly went to open the door.

"Hello, is this Zhen Tian? This is your takeout." The deliveryman handed a bag of food to Ye Qingyan.

"Zhen Tian?" She glanced at the phone number and name. "Thank you."

"You're welcome, but Miss Zhen, there's a dead rat at your doorstep." The deliveryman pointed to his feet.

Ye Qingyan looked over and saw a fat rat lying on its side on the steps of her front door.

"Oh my god..." Ye Qingyan's heart skipped a beat: "Where did this rat come from?"

"Excuse me, could you please help me get rid of this? I'm a little scared." Ye Qingyan grinned, feeling both disgusted and frightened.

"OK."

"Thank you so much. Ah, please wait a moment." Ye Qingyan quickly placed the takeout on the table and grabbed a drink and some alcohol wipes.

"This is too much trouble. Here, have this to drink. Keep the wet wipes to wipe your hands."
