"Okay." Zhen Tian nodded and gave Ji Yuzhi a push: "Zhizhi, you go and take the measurements first."
While Ji Yuzhi was being measured, Zhen Tian selected three suits for him. One was a casual white suit with a subtle pattern. Another was a classic black suit, but with a distinctive silver thread embroidered along the edge of the lapel. It combined business and fashion, without looking dated. The third was a grey and white pinstriped suit with two rows of buttons on the front, making him look both refined and sexy.
After choosing her tie, she matched it with two other ties. One was a dark emerald green velvet tie to go with her black suit, and the other was a matching striped tie to go with her striped suit.
By the time Ji Yuzhi finished taking measurements and came out, Zhen Tian had already made her selections and was standing at the front desk waiting for the sales assistant to pack the ties.
He took his wallet out of his button pocket and pulled out a card.
"This lady has already paid," the sales assistant said.
Ji Yuzhi looked at Zhen Tian, the little girl waving the card around with a grin on her face: "This is what you gave me before. I kept it and didn't squander it. Give me a compliment."
He smoothed the hair from her face: "You're not well-behaved at all."
"Huh? Zhizhi, did you praise the wrong person?" She widened her eyes.
"Didn't I tell you to take it and buy something you like?" he said casually.
"Isn't this something I wanted?" Zhen Tian pointed to the tie box.
The sales assistant couldn't help but laugh: "You two siblings have such a good relationship."
Zhen Tian wanted to get angry but knew she shouldn't, and her puffed-up face amused Ji Yuzhi.
Neither of them responded to the sales assistant's words; they put away their items and receipts and left.
After a leisurely morning, Zhen Tian dragged Ji Yuzhi to several of their usual stores and bought seven or eight outfits. She held Ji Yuzhi's hand contentedly. How could she possibly miss out on those cute and girly shops when she was at the mall?
As she walked, Zhen Tian suddenly stopped and looked at a shop not far away. She pointed to it and said, "Zhizhi, look, they have handmade cookies there."
He looked in the direction she was pointing and saw a long queue in front of the store, as if they were having some kind of opening promotion.
"Want some?"
"Mmm." Zhen Tian nodded hurriedly, a flattering smile on her face.
"Sit here and wait for me." He settled Zhen Tian on a nearby rest chair.
"I also want two red bean egg tarts and two snow skin cakes." She held up two fingers and waved them at him.
"good."
Ji Yuzhi went to the store alone to queue up.
Zhen Tian idly swung her legs, staring intently at Ji Yuzhi's back.
Just looking at it filled her with joy.
Ji Yuzhi's figure disappeared at the door. The queue had dispersed considerably, and he went into the shop.
Only after she could no longer see him did Tian Tian turn her gaze away, look around, and fix her eyes on a shop sign.
The sign is simple and elegant, with the store name "Ring" outlined in black lines on a white background.
Her gaze seemed glued to it, and as if possessed, she walked into the store.

Wearing black velvet gloves, the sales assistant carefully took out the pair of rings that Zhen Tian had mentioned from the cabinet.
"Are you choosing a gift for your parents, young lady?"
"no."
The sales assistant stopped asking questions, afraid of saying something inappropriate again, and changed the subject, beginning to introduce the ring to Zhen Tian: "Miss, you have excellent taste. This ring was designed by Italian designer Pierre, and this series is called 'Dusk,' the 'Sunset Glow' series. The inspiration comes from Mr. Pierre's encounter with a sunset in the desert. "This ring is platinum with diamonds. Do you like it, miss?"
Zhen Tian's mind was still reeling from what the sales assistant had just said.
"My life is incomplete without you...?" she murmured, her heart pounding in her chest, burning hot for some reason because of those words.
"Can this be customized?" Zhen Tian asked, regaining her composure.
"How would you like to customize it, Miss?"
"Can the black diamond lettering be changed to something else?"
"Miss, this won't work. It's designed by a designer, so it's very difficult to change."
"I can pay more!"

When Ji Yuzhi came out carrying the snacks Zhen Tian had asked for, he saw the little girl sitting on a bench, lost in thought.
"What are you thinking about?"
He sat down next to her and took her hand.

This store is huge, almost like a warehouse, with several large shelves filled with similar items.
When Zhen Tian saw these things, she thought of her sweet little girl Weibo account, which hadn't been updated in a long time.
She shoved her phone into Ji Yuzhi's hand: "Zhizhi, can you film a video for me?"
Ji Yuzhi had naturally seen her fiddling with these things, and he had also been following her Weibo account closely, occasionally checking it out when he was stressed at work.
But this was the first time I had ever photographed her myself.
After adjusting the familiar filter, Zhen Tian pressed the red record button in the middle of her phone.
