Chapter 265: It’s Better to Do It Now (1/2)

In the alienated city, Cen Qiyun was busy designing a formation.

Meng Yi sat on the edge of the rooftop of a high-rise building not far away, with his feet dangling in the air, chattering to the little light bulb beside him.

"Sometimes I have a headache too. Do you think I can take an easier path?"

He looked at Cen Qiyun, who had turned into a small black dot in his sight, and sighed softly:

"Xiaowu, Xiaowu, I can actually choose to rely on the Kingdom of God and let it protect all humans. This shouldn't be difficult...

The Kingdom of God is strong enough, and so are its effects.

As long as everyone believes in salvation...that would be considered a success in saving humanity, right?

Although it's a bit confusing and there may still be some hidden dangers, it can be considered as completely adapting to the local customs, right?

Whether I understand pollution or supernatural powers, it doesn't stop me from doing this.

What's more... by then, I can still be superior to everyone, so how can I say that?

High and mighty, he wields great power, like a true god, mysterious and majestic, welcoming all beings to bow down and worship him."

He was silent for a while, then looked away, looked at the little light bulb beside him, and smiled:

"But now... I want to take the more difficult path, analyze the pollution, analyze the extraordinary, figure out all the causes... in an attempt to change everything from the root.

Ha… who am I? Just an ordinary college student who hasn't even graduated yet… Outside of the Kingdom of God, I'm nothing.

But…"

He lay back with his head tilted back, his hands folded behind his head, and looked up at the azure sky as he spoke softly:

"Ange and the others, even without the Kingdom of God, can remain true to themselves and won't harm others just to advance themselves... Shang Shuyan, Ning Xingxiu... The Great Arbitration...

I have the Kingdom of God...how can I be inferior to them?"

He opened his mouth and yawned, then turned his head to look at the little light bulb that was "lying" on the ground and shaking slightly because he lay down, and the corners of his mouth curled up:

"Xiaowu, you are such a smart scholar..."

After a few breaths of silence, he closed his eyes, "...I'm sleepy. I didn't sleep last night...I'll play with you when I wake up."

Soon, the rooftop of the tall building was plunged into darkness.

I don't know where Xiaowu dismantled a section of a high-rise building and put it here.

After an unknown amount of time, Meng Yi was woken up by Cen Qiyun from his sleep.

"You bastard, I'm busy over there, and you're sneaking in to catch up on some sleep?"

Cen Qiyun pointed at the "hood" above her head with an indignant look on her face, gritting her teeth and saying, "You still mean to say that you're the one who's going to comfort Xiao Wu? I think Xiao Wu should be the one comforting you!"

"What time is it?" Meng Yi looked confused.

"It's evening!"

"Oh...eat, eat!"

Meng Yi somersaulted and slid down from the edge of the rooftop with a whoosh. Then he flapped his blood wings and flew towards the home chosen by the two men.

Crunch~

The half of the "roof" on the rooftop was lifted up by Xiao Wu's control...

Cen Qiyun angrily threw the small glass ball, and after a snap, the little red cloud appeared at her feet in an orderly manner.

Soon, both of them returned to the room where they had chosen their place.

The small light bulb followed the two people in, as if it was floating on the ceiling of the room, providing additional lighting.

"How do you feel, Tian?"

Meng Yi asked casually as he picked and chose from the pile of food.

Cen Qiyun opened the small wooden box and pulled out a small water dispenser. "It's OK, not much different from what I expected."

She pushed the water dispenser towards Meng Yi and said, "Remember to fill up my drinking water before you leave tomorrow.

Also, I just thought of a question."

She pointed at the glowing light bulb and hesitated: "Do we need to generate electricity ourselves... or does Xiaowu have electricity here?"

Meng Yi looked up blankly. "There should be a power plant here. Besides, generating electricity shouldn't be difficult for either you or Tian Mo, right?"

"It's not difficult to generate a small amount of electricity..."

Cen Qiyun muttered, "If there are more, that's another matter. Forget it, I'll consider that matter much later..."
