Xiao Wen Ning stared at the night sky for a long moment, then turned and grinned at Han Yao. He picked up a mask of similar style, raised his hand to help Han Yao hang it on his nose, and asked, "What are we going to do next?"
Han Yao looked around with his eyes wide open: "Go over there."
Following Han Yao through the crowd, they came to a street where various small projects were displayed. Xiao Wen Ning looked at them one by one: air guns, rings, darts, each one required technical skills.
Han Yao, wearing black pants and leather boots, and a mask on his head, strode towards the dart shop. Xiao Wen Ning followed behind, eager to play a dashing entrance music. Several girls were standing in front of the stall, but when they saw him approaching, they automatically made room for him. Xiao Wen Ning paused, noticing several pairs of green eyes flashing with undisguised amazement. Han Yao picked up a dart, tested its weight, and was about to throw it when the owner said bluntly, "Fifteen, thirty dollars."
Han Yao blinked twice and searched his pockets, but found no money.
Xiao Wen Ning almost laughed out loud in schadenfreude. He stood still, intending to disguise himself as a passerby.
Seeing that he didn't come, Han Yao curled his lips and shouted at him: "Brother, come here and give me money."
The girls and the boss who were watching all looked at Young Master Xiao. Xiao Wen Ning was stunned for a few seconds when he heard the name, and walked over with a cold face.
After paying, Han Yaojun picked up the dart and threw it without even aiming. The girls watching couldn't help but exclaim, "Amazing!" "So cool!"
Han Yao raised his eyebrows and asked him, "What do you want?"
Xiao Wen Ning glanced at the shelves, which were filled with stuffed toys that girls liked. He said calmly, "There's nothing to want. You can just throw them around and play with them."
Han Yao nodded casually, playing with the darts in his hand. He picked up the rules on the table and looked at them for a few seconds: "Then wait for me."
A few minutes later, all the darts in the iron plate were thrown out by Han Yao, and every dart hit the bull's eye.
The boss praised him and said, "You have enough points." Then he squatted down and took out the gift promised in the rules.
Inside the exquisite crystal ball stood a lovely little house, its white, snow-covered roof and pale, warm walls. Behind it stood a row of green pines and cypresses. The owner shook it twice, then gently turned the gears at the bottom. The crystal ball lit up with the music, and then, with some unknown switch, countless snowflakes blew up. The owner handed the music box to Han Yao and said distressedly, "This is the most expensive thing in my store. If there are more people like you, I'll have to go home and sell sweet potatoes sooner or later."
Han Yao took the prize and smiled brightly: "Thank you."
After picking up the items and leaving, the two of them strolled to a deserted path. Han Yao handed the prize to Xiao Wen Ning, "This is for you."
Xiao Wen Ning put his hands in his pockets and looked up at him.
Seeing that he didn't move, Han Yao took his hand away and handed the item over: "This won't be damaged by burning, it can be kept for a long time."
Xiao Wen Ning moved his fingers a few times and finally took the gift, but forgot to say thank you.
Han Yao waited for him to hold it firmly, then moved forward. But after taking two steps, his wrist was suddenly grabbed, and then his waist felt tight, as if someone was hugging him from behind. He lowered his head and saw the crystal music box gleaming in front of him.
He waited for a few seconds and heard the man behind him say in a muffled voice: "Han Yao."
"What's wrong?"
"You...don't tease me."
After hearing what he said, Han Yao laughed and said, "You are quite unreasonable."
Xiao Wen Ning asked in a muffled voice, "Why am I unreasonable?"
Han Yao tried to help Master Xiao, who was pretending to have lost his memory, recall the past: "From the first day we met until now, what have you done to me?"
Xiao Wen Ning rubbed his broad back and said, "I didn't do anything."
"Still not admitting it?"
Young Master Xiao gave up and said, "I don't admit it."
After hugging for a while, Xiao Wen Ning slowly let go of his hands. Han Yao turned around, looked at the top of his head and said, "Xiao Wen Ning."
"Um?"
"You said before that you wanted to pursue me, was it true or false?"
Young Master Xiao was stunned for a moment and didn't know how to answer.
Seeing that he didn't answer, Han Yao asked, "Do you like me?"
Xiao Wen Ning held the music box in his hand in silence for a long time, then looked up and said "Hmm" solemnly.
Han Yao looked into his eyes and confirmed again seriously and solemnly: "Is it true or false?"
Xiao Wen Ning didn't hesitate this time. He quickly replied, "Really." He felt a chill at the tip of his nose, as if something had instantly melted. Puzzled, he spread his palms out in front of him, waiting for a few snowflakes to fall. Then, somewhat excitedly, he said, "It's snowing!"
The first snow of this winter fell quietly without any warning.
Snowflakes rustled, and soon a thin layer of white snow fell on Xiao Wen Ning's head. Han Yao raised his hand to help him brush some off. "Is there anything you want to tell me?"
It seemed like a long wait, yet it also seemed like only a few seconds. Xiao Wen Ning shook his head slightly.
Han Yao understood, then raised his hand to hold his head, and said with a smile: "The day you got drunk, you taught me something."
"I'll review today to see if I'm rusty." He lowered his head and gently kissed Xiao Wen Ning's trembling lips. His tongue forcefully pried open his tightly closed teeth, plunging into his warm, moist mouth. Han Yao gently stroked his hair, then bit the tip of his tongue, not too hard or too light. His free hand wrapped around Xiao Wen Ning's waist, caressing it gently. "I've given you a chance, and since you won't say anything, I'll just take the bait."
The unskilled kiss softened Xiao Wen Ning's heart, which had been cold for a long time. He groaned in protest, then took the initiative to hook his arms around Han Yao's neck and guided him tremblingly.
He knew he was wrong, he knew his plans might go wrong.
He should kiss openly and not with his teeth chattering.
But he couldn't help the burning ears and accelerated heartbeat. He thought there was no love in his life, but this naughty love came without any warning.
