(twenty one)

When Xiao Wen Ning woke up the next day, it was already noon. He felt like his whole body was falling apart and he couldn't even lift his hands. He felt around and found no one.

Master Xiao called out twice, his voice hoarse, but still no one answered. He sat up, his back aching, and casually picked up a glass of water from the bedside table to moisten his throat. The water was warm, so Han Yao must have been out for a while.

He sat there for a few minutes. The pain in his waist and hips became unbearable, so he had to crawl into the quilt again.

Just as he was about to fall asleep with his eyes closed, the door was gently pushed open. Xiao Wen Ning yawned and opened his eyes, only to see Han Yao walking in with a paper bag.

Han Yao saw him wake up, walked to the bed and sat down, raised his hand and touched his forehead, and asked: "Would you like something to eat?"

Young Master Xiao rubbed against him wrapped in a quilt, humming, "Not too hungry."

Han Yao put his legs down so Xiao Wen Ning could lie down more comfortably. He had woken up this morning to find Young Master Xiao soundly asleep, pale and with a slight fever. Seeing him frowning and sleeping uncomfortably, he poured a cup of hot water and placed it on the bedside before rushing out to buy medicine.

Xiao Wen Ning lay quietly on his legs for a while. When he heard the sound of Han Yao flipping through the paper bag, he looked up and saw the ointment in Han Yao's hand.

He stared at the name for a few seconds and suddenly felt a little embarrassed. He pretended to clear his throat and asked stupidly, "What is this?"

Han Yao squeezed out some of the ointment and put it on his finger. He looked at him and said, "It's medicine to reduce swelling and relieve pain."

Master Xiao's eyes dodged: "Where are you swollen?"

Han Yao didn't argue with him. He reached into the quilt and pinched his butt: "Lie down."

Xiao Wen Ning refused to move: "I'm fine, I'm not in pain."

Han Yao raised an eyebrow: "Really?"

"Really... Hey, hey, hey, what are you doing!" Before he could finish his words, the quilt on his body was pulled aside. Han Yao stood up and turned him upside down. Xiao Wen Ning was naked and turned his head to protest: "Rude!"

Han Yao smiled and patted his butt: "Lift it up."

Xiao Wen Ning buried his head in the pillow and raised his buttocks obediently.

Seeing that he instantly obeyed, Han Yao raised his eyebrows and sat down on the bed, preparing to apply the ointment to his red and swollen back. But before his hand fell, he heard Xiao Wen Ning groaning in a muffled voice: "Ah ah... Gently... Han Yao... Be gentle..."

Han Yao paused his fingers, and listened with a smile in his eyes as the person on the bed screamed in a hoarse voice, immersed in the drama.

Xiao Wen Ning was moaning happily, but after waiting for a long time, he found that Han Yao had not made any move. He turned his head in confusion and suddenly felt his back sink. Han Yao pressed half of his body lightly on it, then blew a mouthful of wet, hot air into his ear. In a slightly hoarse voice, he asked in a low, sexy voice, "Haven't you moaned enough yet?"

Xiao Wen Ning had sensitive ears, and he suddenly felt a tingling sensation all over his body. His mind was filled with the image of the man he had sex with last night, hugging him and tossing around.

He immediately zipped up his moaning mouth and raised his hands in surrender.

After applying the ointment and checking the time, Han Yao stood up and prepared to order some light meals.

Xiao Wen Ning had been lying down all day and felt uncomfortable. He decided to get up and move around, so he wrapped himself in his pajamas and walked to the window.

Although he had walked through the streets and alleys in the past two days, the fairytale town still had an indescribable mysterious dream when he sat on the high ground and looked out. He stared blankly for a while, then suddenly turned to Han Yao and said, "Let's go out."

Han Yao put down the phone and saw Xiao Wen Ning looking out the window. He lifted his long legs, walked over, and carried him back to bed. Xiao Wen Ning's face was still pale. He frowned and asked, "Are you feeling any worse?"

Xiao Wen Ning tore off his nightgown and threw it aside, blinking at him twice in an ambiguous way: "It's very comfortable."

Young Master Xiao, who had been lying in bed all day, insisted on going out for a walk. Han Yao was annoyed by him and finally rubbed his hair and helped him put on his clothes.

After tonight is Christmas, and the streets are bustling with people. Although Xiao Wen Ning's face is not good, he is in a good mood. Han Yao has been worried all the way whether he is feeling unwell.

But looking at Xiao Wen Ning's smiling eyes, he didn't want to spoil his mood.

As night fell, the city shimmered with Christmas trees festooned with gifts and Santa Claus occasionally gifted passersby surprises. Xiao Wenning stopped by a small shop and asked Han Yao to wait outside. A few minutes later, Young Master Xiao emerged, carrying a small box. He wanted to drag Han Yao to the central square to join in the fun, but every few steps, he paused uncomfortably.

When he came out, Han Yao noticed beads of sweat on his forehead, and then he grabbed his wrist to make him stop.

Xiao Wen Ning looked at him with some doubts. Han Yao didn't say anything, but just walked up to him and squatted down.

Xiao Wen Ning lowered his eyes and looked for a few seconds, then grinned and lay on his back.

Han Yao carried him on his back and turned to walk towards the hotel. Master Xiao leaned on his shoulder and protested softly, "I want to join in the fun."

Han Yao had indulged him for the entire afternoon, but now he was very firm. He decisively and bluntly refused: "No."

Xiao Wen Ning wrinkled his nose and pinched his ear: "Rude and overbearing."

Han Yao let him mess around, his steps still steady.

Seeing that he ignored her, Xiao Wen Ning lay quietly on his back for a while, then suddenly said, "Let me sing for you."

"Sing."

Young Master Xiao cleared his throat and sang along happily with the music on the street: "Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way, hey!"

Han Yao was so amused by his "Hey" that his eyes shone into crescent moons. All the way there, Xiao Wen Ning's half-tune humming filled his ears. It was not until they reached the hotel entrance that Xiao Wen Ning crouched in the corner of his neck and whispered, "Han Yao."

"You're the first person to carry me."

"Um."

"Han Yao."

"Um?"

"It's so kind of you."

"I like you very much."
