Chapter 58 I Don’t Want You to Die
Bored with waiting, she lowered her head and kicked a piece of gravel at her feet. Unexpectedly, the stone rolled forward a long way, finally coming to a stop in front of a pair of black boots. Ye Anyun looked up and saw the man with his head lowered. Not only were his boots black, but his entire clothing was black. His face was ashen, and he looked a bit ferocious.

The man had an unfriendly face, which made people feel cold at the back. Ye Anyun was used to staying in the Ye Mansion. Although she was a concubine's daughter, she was still the master. She had never seen such a situation.
A feeling of fear spread out, causing her bound body to tremble unconsciously, and her eyes stared straight at the person who walked in.
The man didn't say anything, just let Ye Anyun look at him, with faint traces of tears in his bright eyes.
He brought in a teapot and tore off the rag from Ye Anyun's mouth. Ye Anyun pleaded, "Who are you... why did you kidnap me?"
The man said coldly, "The master has run into trouble and needs a scapegoat." As he spoke, he lowered his eyes and handed the teacup to Ye Anyun, "You are just right."
What he said was so confusing that Ye Anyun couldn't understand what he meant. Seeing the teacup about to be handed to her mouth, and thinking that she would die here today, she couldn't help crying, but she was afraid of angering the person in front of her, so she didn't dare to cry loudly.
The man frowned, feeling annoyed by her crying. He reached out and forcefully pried open her jaw, saying, "Why are you crying? I'm not going to kill you."

Before she could say anything, the contents of the teapot were poured into her mouth. It seemed like strong liquor, but it was even hotter than strong liquor. The entire teapot went into her throat, and Ye Anyun felt hot all over.
Without giving her a chance to speak, the man threw down the teapot and left, leaving Ye Anyun alone in the room.
