Chapter 18 Andrea's Request, More's Challenge

Xu Mo looked at Andrea and continued to smile and said, "You yourself."

There was a hint of mystery in his eyes, and he wanted Andrea to understand the deeper meaning herself.

"Myself?" Andrea pointed at herself even more doubtfully, confusion written all over her face.

Xu Mo did not answer directly, but asked: "So far, you have never attended Amy's birthday party, right?"

There was a hint of inquiry in his eyes, wanting to confirm his guess.

Hearing Xu Mo's words, Andrea nodded, looked into the distance with some emotion and said:

"Her birthday was always like a seven-day extravaganza, but unfortunately I always missed it in one way or another."

Her eyes were filled with regret, and her heart was filled with melancholy as she recalled the birthdays she had missed.

"I was either in college and didn't have time to go back, or I was too busy to mess around with little kids."

There was a hint of helplessness in her tone, as she spoke of the helplessness and busyness of the past.

"She would always call me excitedly and I would always say I was definitely home and I really meant it when I said it."

There was a hint of tenderness in her eyes, and her heart was filled with warmth as she recalled Amy's call.

"As you said, I have never kept my promise."

A trace of guilt appeared on her face, and she felt sad for her breach of trust.

Andrea reacted and looked at Xu Mo and asked, "By the way, how do you know I've never attended Amy's birthday?"

Her eyes were full of curiosity and she was surprised at what Xu Mo knew.

"Amy told me." Xu Mo immediately found an excuse.

His expression seemed calm and composed, without revealing the slightest flaw.

The reason he knew about this was that in the original novel, after Amy died, Andrea told Dale about it.

He recalled the plot of the original novel in his mind and was glad that he still remembered this detail.

Although Xu Mo was not very impressed by this plot, he still remembered it more or less.

Andrea didn't think much about what Xu Mo said.

Only she and Amy knew about this matter. She didn't say anything, so naturally, Amy was the only one who could tell Xu Mo.

She felt that Xu Mo's explanation was reasonable and did not have too many doubts.

Compared to this, what she cared more about was why Xu Mo said that she was Amy's best gift?

Her heart was full of doubts and she longed for answers.

Thinking of this, she looked at Xu Mo and asked again: "So, why do you say that I am Amy's best gift?"

Her eyes were full of anticipation as she waited for Xu Mo's answer.

"It's very simple, just two words." Xu Mo held up two fingers with a mysterious smile on his face.

"Two words? Which two words?" Andrea looked at Xu Mo's outstretched fingers in confusion, her eyes full of curiosity.

"Accompany!" Xu Mo didn't hide anything and spoke directly.

His voice was clear and powerful, emphasizing the importance of these two words.

"Accompany?" Andrea repeated the word with some doubt.

Her eyes revealed a thoughtful look as she tried to understand the meaning.

There seemed to be something extra in her mind, but she still couldn't figure it out completely.

Seeing that Andrea was still a little confused, Xu Mo explained directly: "You have missed all of Amy's birthdays before. Don't miss her birthday this time. It will be the best gift for her."

His eyes were full of sincerity, and he hoped Andrea could truly understand.

Andrea also showed an expression of sudden enlightenment at this moment: "Thank you Xu Mo, you are right, this is indeed the best gift I can give Amy."

Her face was filled with joy and her heart was filled with gratitude.

"You're welcome." Xu Mo smiled slightly, his smile full of warmth.

Andrea: "I have other things to do in the camp, so I won't bother you for now."

There was a hint of apology in her tone as she prepared to leave to take care of camp matters.

"Okay." Xu Mo nodded, his eyes revealing understanding.

After hearing Xu Mo's words, Andrea also turned and left.

Her steps were brisk, and she was no longer worried about the gift.

After seeing Andrea leave, Xu Mo also found a quiet place to close his eyes and rest.

He slowly closed his eyes, trying to relax his body and mind.

At this moment, Mor came to Xu Mo again:

"Hey, Celestial, judging by the way you killed zombies before, you must have practiced before. Do you want to spar with me?"

His eyes were full of provocation and eager to try.

"Are you sure you want to spar with me?" After hearing what Moore said, Xu Mo paused slightly and asked back.

There was a hint of surprise in his eyes, and he was surprised by Moore's challenge.

He didn't know how strong he was now since he learned top-level fighting skills, but there was no doubt that he could kill Tyson with one punch.

He secretly estimated his own strength in his heart and was full of confidence in this competition.

"Of course, you are not scared, are you?" Moore nodded with a disdainful smile on his face.

He tried to use provocation to stimulate Xu Mo to accept the challenge.

He had previously looked up to Xu Mo because of his superb swordsmanship and strength.

He was impressed by Xu Mo's strength and wanted to learn more about it.

If Xu Mo did not accept the challenge, then in his opinion, Xu Mo was nothing special.

He has his own criteria for judging Xu Mo.

"Of course not, but a fight without a prize seems a bit boring. How about this, if you beat me, I will call you boss, and if I beat you, you call me boss." Xu Mo said with a smile.

There was a hint of cunning in his smile, trying to make the competition more interesting.

Since I'm free anyway, I might as well have some fun with More and make him recognize me as the boss.

He was making his own calculations in his mind and thought this was a good idea.

"Of course." Moore also accepted it decisively.

His eyes revealed determination and confidence in his own abilities.

If Xu Mo can beat him, it means Xu Mo has real strength, and it is not wrong to call him boss.

He weighed the gains and losses of this competition in his mind.

"Where to fight?" Xu Mo asked again.

Moore looked around at the empty space and said, "Let's do it here."

He felt that the space here was wide and suitable for sparring.

"Okay." Xu Mo nodded again and said, "You go first."

His eyes revealed confidence, and he was not afraid of Mor's first attack.
