At the door of the pharmacy, Dave saw Xu Mo and was startled at first, with a hint of surprise in his eyes.
He originally thought he would meet a group of people, but unexpectedly there was only one person.
Of course, he also knew that there might be other accomplices, but they were not in the pharmacy.
Let’s find out the situation first.
Thinking of this, Dave looked at Xu Mo, the corners of his mouth raised, revealing a smile that he thought was very polite: "I didn't expect to see other living people."
Xu Mo narrowed his eyes slightly and looked at them with a sharp gaze.
He had impressions of three of the five people.
They are the members of the Car Crew who clashed with Rick and Hershel in the original series.
He also remembered the names. The leader was called Dave, and the fat man on his left who looked a little silly was called Tony. These two were killed by Rick in the tavern. The one at the back was called Randall, who was also captured by Rick and his men.
There were five people, and they were all armed with various types of firearms. If a conflict occurred, he secretly estimated in his mind that he could take care of them all within ten seconds. However, at this distance and in this terrain, it would be a bit difficult to avoid getting hurt. He didn't want to waste a single SCP-500 here.
Besides, he was a little unsure whether there were only five people or the rest of the car group were also nearby.
There are twenty or thirty members in the motorcade, and they are equipped with heavy weapons. It is not easy for him to deal with so many people alone.
"Let's stabilize them first, gather intelligence, and then wait for an opportunity to act." Xu Mo thought to himself, then looked at Dave and the others and said:
“I was also surprised. I didn’t expect to see other people.”
Dave looked at Xu Mo, keeping a smile on his face, and said, "Then we are really destined to be together. My name is Dave."
As he spoke, he turned around and introduced the others behind him one by one: "Their names are Tony, Sean, Martin, and Randall."
"Xu Mo" Xu Mo briefly said his name.
Dave nodded, a hint of curiosity flashing in his eyes, and then continued to ask: "You look like you are Asian? Which country? China, Korea, Taiwan, or India?"
Xu Mo's expression was calm as he replied, "I am from the Celestial Empire."
Dave nodded again, a thoughtful look on his face.
"The Celestial Empire is a beautiful country. Although I've never been there, I wonder if the situation there is better than here when something like this happens."
"Hehehe," Tony behind Dave laughed a little foolishly, "Maybe everyone there is dead."
Xu Mo's eyes turned cold, and he looked at Tony coldly, then he asked: "You don't seem to be locals, where are you from?"
"Philadelphia," Dave answered without hesitation.
"I first met Tony on the Philadelphia highway, and then I met Martin, Sean and Randall along the way."
"But you're wrong about one thing. This little Randall is a local and lives in the next town over."
Dave said, turning to glance at Randall behind him.
Xu Mo also turned his gaze to Randall.
He left a deep impression on this person, and he had a lot more roles in the play than others.
Most importantly, this person seems to be Maggie's former classmate.
Xu Mo looked at Dave again, his eyes full of inquiry, and asked, "What is the reason that made you come all the way south from Philadelphia to here?"
Dave's expression straightened up and he said:
"It's definitely not because of the weather. I lost about 15 kilograms just from sweating."
"We had originally planned to go to Washington, D.C., but we heard there was a refugee camp there. The roads were blocked, and we couldn't move forward. So we decided not to take the highway, but to go through the countryside, without stopping."
"Every group I met said they had a way to escape."
"Some people say that the coast guard stationed in the bay sends ferries to various small islands." Tony spoke up quickly.
Dave glanced at Tony and continued:
"I recently heard that there's a train station in Montgomery with trains going to the Midwest, Kansas, Nebraska, and other places."
After saying that, Dave looked at Xu Mo and said, "What about you? Where are you from and where are you going?"
Xu Mo replied calmly: "Me? I was in Atlanta before, but now I don't want to go anywhere. It's nice to stay in the countryside."
"Indeed." Dave nodded, a look of scrutiny flashed in his eyes, and then asked, "Are you alone?"
"Of course I'm alone." Xu Mo nodded calmly.
"I don't think so." Dave raised the corners of his mouth slightly, revealing a meaningful smile. As he spoke, he walked straight to Xu Mo and looked down at the medicine in Xu Mo's hand.
"Prenatal vitamins, that's not something you would take." Dave laughed, a hint of cunning in his eyes.
"Of course, no offense." Dave stepped back and continued to look at Xu Mo and asked, "Is that RV outside the door yours?"
"Yes, it's mine." Xu Mo continued to reply calmly.
As soon as Xu Mo finished speaking, the two people named Sean and Martin behind Dave's eyes lit up, and they immediately turned around and left the pharmacy.
Xu Mo glanced at the two men with a swift gaze.
It was obvious that the two men were going for his RV.
A few seconds later, there were ping-pong sounds coming from outside the car.
Dave feigned innocence as he glanced outside the pharmacy and said, "Don't be surprised, that's the sound of my brothers going to the bathroom."
