Chapter 101 Whistle

After breakfast, Zhang Wenyu and Zhang Jingzhi prepared to set off.

Zhang Wenyu didn't have much stuff, just a small suitcase, and planned to buy more things after arriving in City B. Zhang Jingzhi, however, packed two large suitcases, which he had reduced after Zhang Wenyu's forceful persuasion.

Zhang Wenyu couldn't understand her brother's train of thought. He could have taken clothes and shoes, but why did he stuff toilet paper and laundry detergent in the suitcase? The school didn't sell them!

There was also milk and snacks, which I had rarely eaten at home, but now that school has started, they have become popular. Seeing that the suitcase could not fit any more, I directly tied the entire carton of milk to the suitcase with a rope.

Zhang Wenyu didn't want to be reported as a refugee, so she ordered Zhang Jingzhi to reduce his luggage to two suitcases. Furthermore, he wasn't allowed to hang anything on the suitcases. Otherwise, he would have to walk to City B.

Faced with his sister's threat, Zhang Jingzhi racked his brains and found two of the largest suitcases, trying hard to stuff the items in. In the end, he still couldn't fit everything in, so Zhang Jingzhi had to reluctantly put the things down.

The bodyguards carried two large suitcases onto the white G-Class that he had bought when he first returned to R City.

Zhang Wenyu and Zhang Jingzhi got in the car. Zhang's parents stood by the road watching them, giving them a word or two of advice from time to time, such as "keep warm", "don't stay up late", and "take care of yourself", words that they had said many times before.

Although they knew that their children had grown up, Zhang's father and mother still couldn't let go when they had to go far away to study or work.

The car gradually drove out of Zhang's father and mother's sight. They stood there for a long time before walking back together.

Zhang Jingzhi drove the navigation system, and Zhang Wenyu followed the directions. They had to meet up with Zhang Jingzhi's classmates first, then go to the airport together.

On the side of the road, a teenager wearing a black T-shirt with a puppy head printed on the chest and smoky gray jeans was standing there with a mobile phone in his hand.

The car stopped beside the boy. He was startled and took a step back quickly, pulled off his headphones, and looked at the car in front of him curiously.

The car window was rolled down, and Zhang Jingzhi leaned on the car frame to greet the boy.

"Whistle, what are you standing there for? Get in the car!"

"Mirror! Oh my god! This car is yours! You're awesome... uh, you're awesome!"

The boy called Whistle saw the car window rolled down and revealed his classmate's face. He raised his thumb and was about to blurt out something that would be blocked, but he quickly retracted his words when he saw Zhang Wenyu in the driver's seat.

Shaozi had less luggage than Zhang Jingzhi, one large suitcase and one small suitcase. There was also a large bag of snacks hanging on the large suitcase, which he probably planned to eat on the road.

Zhang Jingzhi helped Shaozi move the suitcase into the car, and the two of them sat in the back seat together.

As soon as Shaozi got on the car, he took the initiative to greet Zhang Wenyu, calling her sister all the time, saying that the fruits grown at home were ripe and he brought some to give to his sister to try. He also said that he was very grateful to his sister for taking him back to school, and that he would treat his sister to a meal when they returned to City B to express his gratitude. He seemed to be closer to his sister than Zhang Wenyu's younger brother who was smiling foolishly beside her.

Whistle looked cute, but he was very deceptive. If it weren't for that sentence that was withdrawn mid-sentence, Zhang Wenyu would definitely have thought he was a polite and civilized cute little brother.

Shaozi was reserved for a while when he first got on the car, but when he saw that Zhang Wenyu had a gentle personality and had a good friend sitting next to him, he relaxed after a while.

Pulling Zhang Jingzhi, he asked.

"Are we going by car? Or by other means of transportation? Wouldn't it be too tiring for my sister to drive us back to City B? You refused to tell me how to get there before, leaving me alone. Now that I'm up here, you can tell me, right?"

Zhang Jingzhi chuckled.

"Let's take another means of transportation, and you'll know soon!"

Whistle looked at the students who were still keeping the secret, then quietly raised his fist and shook it in front of Zhang Jingzhi.

"I'm telling you, I really didn't buy any tickets. If I can't get in later, I'll drag you to stay with me so we can have a good chat!"

Zhang Jingzhi raised his hand and pressed down the threatening fist of the whistle.

"Don't worry! Even if you don't trust me, can you trust my sister? I promise it will be a surprise, and it won't cost you a penny!"

The two people were arguing in the back, and Zhang Wenyu finally drove to the airport.

The car entered the airport and continued to drive in. Shaozi excitedly grabbed Zhang Jingzhi.

"Oh my god! Airport, we're flying back to City B?! Bro, you didn't buy me a ticket secretly, did you? I saw on the app before that flights from City R back to City B aren't cheap! And tickets are especially hard to get during the school term! Bro, I know your financial situation, and I can't let you pay for my plane ticket. How much did you spend? I'll transfer it to you!"

As he said that, he took out his cell phone and was about to transfer money to Zhang Jingzhi.

Zhang Jingzhi did not answer Shaozi's question. He met Shaozi's puzzled eyes and spoke in a mysterious manner.

"Don't worry, let's talk about it later."

The car continued to move forward and was about to enter the helipad, when Whistle noticed something was wrong.

"Sister, aren't we going into the parking lot? It seems private cars are not allowed on the helipad, right?"

Zhang Jingzhi quickly stopped Zhang Wenyu who was about to answer the whistle and urged him to do so.

"Oh! Since my sister has already driven in, she must be able to go in. Don't worry about it, hurry up and pack up, we're getting off the car. Quickly pack up your bag of snacks, your coat, and your headphones. Grab your phone too, and help me see if there's anything left unpacked. It would be troublesome if you left anything behind!"

Zhang Jingzhi's urging made Shaozi no longer bother to ask questions. He and Zhang Jingzhi hurriedly packed up the personal belongings scattered on the back seat.

The car stopped beside the plane and someone came forward to open the door. Several people got out of the car and airport staff came forward to help them with their luggage.

Zhang Jingzhi stared blankly at the plane beside him, his mouth open wide enough for a fist to fit in.

Shaozi hadn't yet realized that the plane next to them was the means of transportation they were going to take, and he pulled Zhang Jingzhi aside to ask.

"Mirror, where are we going next? The service at this airport is amazing. Look, there's even someone helping us carry our suitcases! What seat did my sister buy? Isn't it first class?"

Seeing that Zhang Jingzhi ignored him, he bumped Zhang Jingzhi with his shoulder.

"Hey! Why are you ignoring me? Hurry up and talk to me. I'm a little nervous. This is my first time on a plane!"

Zhang Jingzhi tried hard to calm down and pretended that he had been here many times. He glanced at Xiaozi with a tone that sounded like he was asking for a beating.

"Look at what you've accomplished! Follow me, I'll show you the world!"

Whistle rolled his eyes at Zhang Jingzhi.

"Do you think I don't know that this is your first time on a plane too? I'd better follow my sister. I'm afraid I'll get lost if I follow you!"
