She might already be buried.

When Ning Qiluo woke up, her head was throbbing, a really bad one. She covered her head and made "uh-uh" sounds. It took her a while to recover and her head didn't hurt as much anymore.

She felt sticky after sweating a little.

She is now, perhaps in a dark room, lying in bed, surrounded by dryness, or at least not dampness.

She rolled over, then rolled over again, and finally sat up, her eyes groping around in the darkness.

They say when you're down on your luck, even drinking cold water can cause you to choke.

Who did she offend? The car accident didn't even leave her seriously injured, and now she's being kidnapped?!

"Hello, is anyone there?"

"Can someone answer? Is anyone there?"

"Hello?"

Ning Qilu shouted several times.

However, there was no response.

The night was still, and the inaudible was amplified; her shouts sounded unusually loud in the darkness. The wall was probably solid, making it difficult for the sound to penetrate.

She didn't know how long she had been unconscious, nor how she had been brought here. There was only one image in her mind: she followed the nurse away as if possessed, and no one stopped her. She couldn't control her own actions; her consciousness was being led astray.

Then I woke up and I was right here.

If she's not mistaken, perhaps there's something wrong with the scent she's smelling.

Ning Qiluo groped her way off the bed, but because it was too dark, she couldn't find the edge of the bed and fell right off.

"Ouch--"

She cried out in pain and rubbed her lower back.

He grimaced and cried out, "Ouch...it hurts..."

The floor was marble, cold and hard. Falling on such a solid surface was incredibly painful, especially since she had just recovered in the hospital and was extremely weak.

She slowly got up, supporting her back, and began to feel her way along the wall. Finally, she found a button that looked like a switch, pressed it, and the whole room was brightened up.

"call--"

Ning Qiluo exhaled and immediately looked around.

Just as she had imagined, it was a very ordinary room, but apart from a bed and a table, there was nothing else, not even walls or windows, just a very small skylight.

She put her hands on her hips and said, "Although 'bare walls' is a metaphor for poverty, it's not an exaggeration to describe this place right now."

He walked slowly over and knocked on the door: "Is anyone home?"

She had just shouted when it felt like a ligament in her waist was being pulled, causing her to gasp for breath and her voice to become much softer.

She pounded on the door, making a loud banging sound, but dared not shout:

"Can you open the door? I'm locked inside!"

Is anyone outside?

I must have fallen hard just now; my ligaments are torn and it hurts a lot, and the nerves around my eyes are twitching slightly.

I called out a few times, but there was no response.

When the knocking and shouting stopped, there was only endless silence.

Having survived the car accident, Ning Qiluo was mentally strong enough that she wasn't too frightened. She conserved her energy and sat back on the edge of the bed, with only one word in her mind: wait!

Wait, maybe someone will come to save her!

Wait, perhaps someone will come to see her!

Dad and the others must have already discovered she disappeared from the hospital and are definitely looking for her now. Her phone is gone, and they don't know what the person who locked her up here is thinking...

Is it for money?

Is it murder?

If you remove the latter, it's mostly the former.

Even a fool would think that if it were murder, she would probably be buried by now!

Unless it's for financial gain.
