Chapter Ten: The Moon in the Dark

Zetton's attack is a random, indiscriminate attack.

What exactly is the cost of doing this?

That is, everyone, regardless of who they are, will be affected by Jetton's attack.

No matter if you are a high-ranking official, a wealthy person, or as humble as an ant.

This includes Tu Xiaohei, a well-connected and influential bystander.

However, Tu Xiaohei is a little different from the others.

He had no idea that Jetton was attacking.

All he wanted to do was register properly and go to school properly.

So when strange noises came from above the subway, he didn't even think there was any danger.

He was even thinking about what food he should buy that was both delicious and cheap.

But at that moment, a dizzying sensation struck.

"Snap!"

The sound of the mirror shattering rang out, and Tu Xiaohei was thrown away by a force before he realized something.

That means I'm afraid I've run into some trouble.

"Ouch, that hurts..."

Tu Xiaohei rubbed his arm, feeling as if something was pressing down on his back, making it impossible for him to move.

When he was thrown out by that inexplicable force, it felt as if his body had collided with someone else.

But this doesn't mean Tu Xiaohei isn't in pain; the price he pays is that his internal organs are aching.

And my bones seem to have become strange too.

It's cracked?

Tu Xiaohei only felt pain, so much so that he became numb.

Pain coursed through Tu Xiaohei's entire body. A nauseating dizziness lingered for a long time.

And there were those barely visible fragments on the clothes.

In fact, Tu Xiaohei's physical condition was not good. He could only eat things that had no nutritional value and had to do a lot of work every day.

It's a blessing if they can develop normally.

Tu Xiaohei had no interest in any kind of training.

This meant that Tu Xiaohei was completely unprepared for this sudden dizziness.

When Tu Xiaohei selectively ignored his pain and looked up at his surroundings, he was stunned.

The surrounding scenery was dim, like a dream that hadn't yet ended.

The few rays of light provided a limited view of the surrounding area.

Tu Xiaohei couldn't help but crawl forward, but the thing on his back stopped him.

"What is that?"

Tu Xiaohei was stunned.

His intuition told him that what he had stepped on was no good.

However, his hand reached out to him first.

By the dim light.

Tu Xiaohei could only see that he seemed to have touched something slippery and strange.

Moreover, because he used a lot of force, he even managed to break some of the slippery things.

"Thump!"

A strange vibration suddenly appeared above Tu Xiaohei's head.

Tu Xiaohei felt as if countless dust and strange residues had fallen onto his head.

At that moment, Tu Xiaohei finally saw clearly what that slippery thing was.

Those are internal organs!

Especially after realizing what had happened, Tu Xiaohei subconsciously gasped as the strong smell of blood instantly filled his nose.

Almost instantly, Tu Xiaohei's stomach churned.

My stomach, which already had very little contents, was desperately trying to release them.

However, before the contents of Tu Xiaohei's stomach could erupt outwards...

Another strange vibration occurred.

This time, the building materials above Tu Xiaohei's head collapsed instantly.

Originally, Tu Xiaohei could still see some things by the dim light.

This time, however, nothing could be seen at all.

At this moment, darkness began to engulf Tu Xiaohei himself.

Tu Xiaohei was also knocked unconscious by these things.

After Tu Xiaohei regained consciousness, the faint tremor above his head subsided considerably.

Until it completely disappears.

The surrounding darkness and absolute silence stimulated Tu Xiaohei's heart at this moment.

"It's okay, it's okay... someone will save me... someone will save me..."

Tu Xiaohei seemed to be comforting himself as he muttered to himself, and involuntarily reached out to explore his surroundings.

Tu Xiaohei is not much better than the blind man now.

In particular, the fear of the dark made Tu Xiaohei feel as if he were standing on a cliff every moment.

If one is careless, one will fall into an abyss and never be able to escape.

Although Tu Xiaohei knew it was psychological, he was still afraid.

Just like many people know that bungee jumping won't kill you, but once you're actually on it, you'll be scared to death.

"Smack."

Tu Xiaohei didn't know how long he had been groping around, but at this moment, he felt like he had touched something.

Some hard building materials.

Tu Xiaohei wasn't an expert in this field, but even so, through continuous exploration, he came to a conclusion.

It's like the road ahead is blocked by something.

"It's alright...it's alright..."

Tu Xiaohei didn't even realize that he still couldn't accept the fact that only his hands and head could move.

He was unwilling to accept it.

To be precise, nobody wants to accept it.

Clearly, he was terrified.
