Chapter 336 We're all in the same boat, no one's going to suffer a loss.
Upon seeing that the insect that had arrived was Tan Chi, Kano immediately began to chatter on and on, “Lord Tan Chi, we were just talking about catching the insect that tried to sabotage the engagement banquet, and the one that escaped was that wicked insect, Michele! We were discussing how to kill him!”
Eli: "..."
Hines: "..."
After he finished speaking, an eerie silence fell over the office.
Hines helplessly raised his hand and pressed his temple.
Eli's lips twitched almost imperceptibly.
Tan Chi was stunned for a second, then couldn't help but chuckle softly.
He looked at the furious little male insect with great interest. "Oh? So angry? What did he do to offend Lord Cano?"
Upon hearing this, Kano became even more agitated. "Those wicked bugs! They're plotting to ruin my engagement party with Eli! And they're even going to release Star Beasts to deal with Major General Letkar!"
Kano spoke with conviction, recounting everything he had heard at the time.
He hadn't had a chance to tell Hines about it on the way here, but now that he suddenly remembered, he told him everything he had heard.
"From what I heard, they're planning to put star beasts in some kitchen and install some kind of surveillance system. If they succeed, how many insect casualties will there be at the engagement banquet?"
The thought that his engagement party with Eli might be turned into a bloody wedding by these wicked insects filled Cano with barely suppressed rage.
"These two nasty bugs absolutely cannot be let go! What if they come back to cause trouble again if we let either one go?!"
Seeing the little male insect's indignant expression, Eli couldn't help but hold his hand beside him and gently scratch his palm with his fingertips to comfort him.
This was indeed quite egregious; he never expected that Michele would dare to cause trouble at the royal engagement banquet.
He looked up at Tan Chi before slowly speaking, "Tan Chi, now that Roronoa has been captured, what are the chances that we can deal with Michele if he can identify her?"
Tan Chi shrugged. "This matter is probably not that simple. Although Roronoa is a desperate criminal, he's not stupid. Now that he's been captured, his only hope might be that Michele will find a way to rescue him from outside. Expecting him to readily confess? That's unlikely."
Tan Chi estimates that Roronoa will most likely deny it to the death.
Seeing this, Hines paused slightly before speaking up, "My men have some special interrogation techniques; perhaps we could let them try them?"
He paused, then added, "They were all outstanding female soldiers before, but they retired due to injuries that prevented them from piloting mechs. However, their abilities are beyond question."
Eli thought for a moment and then nodded, "Then I'll trouble you."
Hines then gave a look to the dozen or so female soldiers beside him, signaling them to go over and "help".
Tan Chi narrowed his eyes, as if he had suddenly thought of something, and leaned closer to Eli and whispered, "Big brother, the male insect's female father has helped so much, you should show your appreciation later, right?"
Eli nodded. "Yes, I've already asked the guardian worms to prepare natural food and some bottled juice that we can take with us."
Tan Chi gently shook his head, "Didn't our military headquarters recently set up a female military mental sea repair room? It's a good opportunity to let the female military soldiers brought by the male insect's female father experience it as well..."
Their original intention was to expose the fact that the royal family possessed a military female spiritual sea repair room.
Now is the perfect time to use this opportunity to present something of value to someone else.
When it comes to using the insects from the Second and Third Legions, we definitely need to control the degree of repair on their mental seas. But since they are just insects from one squad... of course, we can still give them some special treatment.
The men Hines brought to rescue the little male insect were probably all his trusted confidants.
They could also sell him some information about insects.
We're all in the same boat, so we won't suffer any losses.
Eli immediately realized that this was an opportunity to score points with Hines.
He then looked at Hines and said sincerely, "Sir, our military recently built a mental sea repair room. If those seniors just now don't mind, you can give it a try."
A rare hint of genuine surprise appeared on Hines' usually calm face. "The military... has now developed a dedicated mental sea repair room?"
This is simply unheard of!
He spent so many star coins and still couldn't develop it successfully, but the military actually did?
Many female soldiers may never experience true spiritual comfort in their entire lives.
Not to mention repairing the spiritual sea.
Although he tried his best to hide it, the shock in his eyes was still clearly visible.
He hesitated for a moment, then finally nodded, "Okay, thank you very much."
He couldn't let his men lose this opportunity just to save face.
If the military truly possesses a mental repair chamber, it would be entirely beneficial to them.
Eli chuckled and waved his hand, "You're too kind, sir."
Seeing Hines's calmed expression, Eli felt much more at ease, knowing that he had made the right move.
While the other insects were arranging the interrogation of Roronoa, he and Hines discussed the details of using the repair room again.

As evening approached, dusk began to fall.
The dim light of the sky shrouded the Graham family mansion in silence.
Mien dragged his somewhat tired body toward the Graham family's door, his eyes still showing some dark circles.
Because Tan Chi's estrus period lasted for two weeks, he was unable to return home for a whole week while working non-stop at the military headquarters.
Fortunately, while he was working in the military, he still had a GPS tracker, and he could occasionally contact Yuriel during meals.
Otherwise, he felt that once he stepped into the Graham house today, he would never be able to leave.
He walked through the main gate and along the corridor to the connecting bridge in the center of the courtyard.
Just as he was about to walk over, a disheveled figure suddenly darted out from the side.
His clothes were filthy and smelled of something nauseating, like a fermented garbage can.
Mien took a big step back before he could see that the insect was indeed Michael.
His once exquisite clothes were now wrinkled and clung to his body, making him look quite disheveled.
Mien's gaze swept over Michele, his tired eyes devoid of any emotion, as if he were looking at an insignificant, unfamiliar insect.
He then walked straight toward the main house, as if he hadn't noticed Michele's presence at all.
"Stop!" Michele suddenly blocked his way, her voice sharp and piercing.
His bloodshot eyes were fixed on Mien's crisp uniform and the expensive terminal on his wrist; every detail pierced his heart like a needle.
Mien is just a B-rank female soldier, how come she's living so well?!
Michele's jealousy was almost tangible in his eyes.
A sour, astringent feeling surged up his throat, almost suffocating him!
