A good man who came out

A good man who came out

The last ray of sunset rays sank reluctantly into the sea level, while a bright crescent moon was quietly hanging on the horizon, forming a wonderful sight of the sun and the moon shining together with the western sky which had not yet completely darkened.

They held hands and walked aimlessly along the beach that was smoothed over and over again by the tide, feeling the soft touch of the fine sand and the eternal whisper of the waves under their feet.

In the distance, the bonfire party held in the tourist area was in full swing. The cheerful music and jumping flames reflected people's smiling faces. They did not join in the fun, but just watched from afar.

Suddenly, clusters of fireworks shot up into the night sky and exploded with a bang. Brilliant golden light rained down like raindrops, reflected in Gu Yansheng's sparkling eyes and in Jiang Lin's profile as he stared intently at him. In this place where noise and silence meet, they shared a sense of peace and excitement.

Back in the hotel room, the sea breeze brought coolness through the slightly opened window, but it could not blow away the warmth and courage that was emanating from Gu Yansheng's body from drinking some wine.

The moment the door clicked shut behind him, Gu Yansheng pushed Jiang Lin against the door panel and pressed a drunken, scorching kiss on him without hesitation, which was hotter than the sunset and more direct than fireworks.

He parted with a slight gasp, his eyes reddened. He stood on tiptoe, placed his hot lips close to Jiang Lin's ear, and whispered in a voice that he thought was very cool but actually had a noticeable tremor, "Jiang Lin... I want to... have sex with you."

After saying this, as if he had accomplished a remarkable feat, he stuffed a small diamond that he had prepared at some point into Jiang Lin's hand, with a clumsy and provocative movement.

He thought he was in control of the rhythm, like an experienced hunter.

However, he soon paid the price for this "childish unrestrainedness".

When he was gently and irresistibly pressed into the soft bedding, when Jiang Lin's hands, as steady as a rock, were now wandering over his body with a fiery passion, and when every awkward response was easily shattered by deeper exploration, Gu Yansheng finally understood how ridiculous and insignificant his self-righteous tricks were in the face of absolute power and deep love.

The dominant position had long since changed hands. He was like a small boat lost in a storm, clinging tightly to Jiang Lin, the only piece of driftwood. In the turbulence of passion, he was thrown to the top of the waves and then sank to the bottom of the sea.

The tiny sobs and cries were all swallowed up by the intertwined lips and tongues, and tears slid down uncontrollably, unable to tell whether it was an overload of pleasure or the grievance of being completely controlled.

When everything was finally calm, Gu Yansheng collapsed on the messy bed, exhausted, too lazy to even move his fingertips. Jiang Lin pulled his sweaty body into his arms, pressing them tightly together without leaving a single gap.

The cold moonlight filtered through the floor-to-ceiling windows, filling the room like mercury, outlining each other's undulating contours.

Gu Yansheng looked at the ceiling and suddenly laughed softly and foolishly, his voice hoarse.

"What are you laughing at?" Jiang Lin's fingers were still stroking his naked back intermittently, and his voice was filled with the laziness and satisfaction of afterwards.

Gu Yansheng turned his head and stared into Jiang Lin's eyes in the moonlight. His eyes were filled with desires that had not yet been completely quenched, and a deeper tenderness that was only revealed for him.

"I just feel... so lucky." His voice was still very hoarse, but it revealed a kind of clarity and happiness after the dust had settled. "Lucky that the person I like also happens to love me. Lucky that when I was so young... I held your hand."

The latter sentence was filled with a bit of childish pride, and also concealed a deep meaning that Jiang Lin had not yet fully understood at the moment. Jiang Lin just thought that he was lamenting their long bond, and did not delve into it. He just tightened his arms and responded to this "luck" with a deeper hug.

After resting for a while, Jiang Lin stood up, picked him up horizontally, and walked towards the bathroom. The warm water washed away the stickiness and fatigue on each other's bodies, and misty water vapor filled the air.

Amidst the sound of rushing water, new suppressed breathing and ambiguous water sounds soon joined in, interweaving into this night by the sea.

The trip to the seaside was like a warm spring, nourishing love and washing away the last uneasiness in Gu Yansheng's heart.

He looked at the man beside him who had engraved his safety into his instinct and had expressed his love for him with his actions every day for twenty years.

One idea became clearer and clearer - he wanted to put this relationship openly in the sun, and he wanted Jiang Lin to receive the blessings of his family and his entire world.

This desire grows day by day.

One Friday night, Gu Yansheng told Jiang Lin that he would go home for dinner and asked him to stay on duty, then drove back to his parents' home. The atmosphere at the dinner table was harmonious. He looked at his parents, whose hair was already graying, and at his brother, whose face was still stern but eyes were gentle. He took a deep breath and put down his chopsticks.

"Dad, Mom," his voice was a little tense, but his eyes were firm, "There's something I want to officially tell you. Jiang Lin and I...we're together. Not as brothers or friends, but as lovers."

The living room suddenly became quiet.

Mother Gu's reaction was unexpectedly calm. She was stunned for a moment, and then, as if some guess had finally been confirmed, she looked at Gu Yansheng with complicated eyes, and then sighed softly. There was no shock in that sigh, but more of a relief that "this day has finally come."

She reached out and placed her hand on the back of Gu Yansheng's hand, which was slightly cold from nervousness, and said in a gentle tone, "Silly child, Mom has seen it a long time ago. The last time we mentioned the blind date, those emotions were already revealed in your eyes."

She paused, her eyes filled with pity and a hint of barely perceptible guilt as she looked at the silent Jiang Lin. "Xiao Lin is a good boy. I'll leave you to him... Don't worry, Mom. It's just that this road ahead won't be easy. You two must support each other in the future. Be good."

Gu Yansheng looked at his mother in shock. He had never thought that his secret had already been discovered by his mother.

At this moment, Gu's father coughed heavily, his face solemn. Just when Gu Yansheng's heart was in his throat, Gu Ting spoke, his tone rare and calm, "Dad, Yansheng and Jiang Lin are not impulsive people. They have known each other for more than 20 years. We know each other best. Matters of the heart are like drinking water, only the person who drinks it knows whether it is hot or cold. As long as Yansheng is happy, safety is more important than anything else."

Father Gu looked at his eldest son, then at his youngest son and Jiang Lin, whom he subconsciously protected behind him. His lips moved a few times, and finally, all his words turned into a long sigh with compromise and helplessness.

He said nothing, but picked up the wine glass and took a sip silently. This silence was the greatest acceptance that this traditional father could give under the subtle influence of his eldest son.

It wasn't until this moment that Gu Yansheng suddenly realized that his brother had already paved the way for him. He looked at Gu Ting, his eyes warm. But Gu Ting just glanced at him, his eyes seemed to say, "What else? How could I really let you down?"

The coming-out process, though turbulent, ultimately became a peaceful one. The heavy weight that had weighed on my heart for so long was now firmly supported by the silent yet warm love of my family.

Gu Yansheng, feeling both excited and a little nervous, couldn't wait to share his joy of relief with Jiang Lin. He sent a message to Jiang Lin, who was still on duty at the hospital:

I told my parents. They were... calmer than I expected. My brother also spoke up for us.

He waited for Jiang Lin's response, imagining the relief or emotion he might feel. However, the phone screen was silent all night, and he did not receive any reply from Jiang Lin until he fell asleep.

He thought, probably he is busy.

The next day, Gu Yansheng returned home from get off work, still thinking about the news that fell into oblivion last night.

He pushed open the door, and Xiao Fei rushed over to greet him, wagging his tail as usual. He changed his shoes and glanced around the living room as usual, but when he saw the thing on the coffee table, he froze instantly, and his blood seemed to run cold.

The purple sandalwood ruler was lying there quietly, even with a bit of eerie meaning.

What does Jiang Lin mean by taking it out? !

Gu Yansheng's heart suddenly became alarmed and his scalp went numb. He cautiously peeked into the kitchen and saw Jiang Lin wearing an apron and cooking with his back to him. His movements were as steady and neat as ever, and he showed no emotion.

"You're back?" Jiang Lin heard the noise, but without turning his head, he said calmly, "Wash your hands and have dinner."

Gu Yansheng's throat felt dry as he responded, then shuffled over to the dining table. On the table sat four dishes and a soup, all of which he loved. They were all delicious, beautiful, fragrant, and delicious, a feast indeed.

But this sumptuous scene, combined with the ruler on the coffee table, looked exactly like a "last meal before execution" in Gu Yansheng's eyes.

He sat down, his food tasteless, his eyes glancing towards the living room from time to time, and secretly observing Jiang Lin's expression. Jiang Lin had no expression, just eating quietly, occasionally picking up a piece of food for him with his chopsticks.

"Jiang Lin, the fish you cooked today is so tender! You controlled the heat so well!" Gu Yansheng tried to break the suffocating silence with exaggerated praise, and even deliberately ate half a bowl of rice more than usual, trying hard to please him.

He also secretly glanced at Xiaofei who was lying at the foot of the table, and asked for help with his eyes, "Xiaofei, how is your dad feeling today?" Xiaofei just tilted his head innocently and stuck out his tongue, completely unable to communicate effectively through his heart.

After dinner, Gu Yansheng took the initiative to wash the dishes. He dawdled for a long time. When he came out of the kitchen, he saw Jiang Lin had already taken a shower, changed into home clothes, and was sitting on the sofa in the living room.

The cut fruit was placed on the coffee table, and next to it was the ruler.

What is coming will eventually come.

Gu Yansheng took a deep breath, drooped his shoulders, and moved slowly over like a prisoner awaiting trial. He stood in front of Jiang Lin, not daring to look him in the eye. He resigned himself to his fate and stretched out his hand, palm facing up, without saying a word.

"What?" Jiang Lin's voice remained flat.

Gu Yansheng pursed his lips and whispered, "I... I was wrong. I shouldn't have come out without permission and pushed you... to the back." He tried to explain, "I was just impulsive at the time. I didn't want you to face any difficulties... Besides, wasn't the result good? My parents..."

"Get down." Jiang Lin interrupted him, his tone leaving no room for negotiation.

Gu Yansheng raised his head suddenly, his cheeks flushed red instantly, even his neck and behind his ears were covered with a layer of crimson. He stared at Jiang Lin in disbelief, his voice changing tone, "You...!"

How could he hit her there?! This was completely different from the previous "punishment". This was too... too much!

Jiang Lin looked up at him, his eyes deep and full of an unquestionable sense of oppression. "The previous agreement is no longer valid?"

Gu Yansheng's heart was beating wildly in his chest, and shame surged up like a tide, making his scalp numb. His lips moved a few times, but when he met Jiang Lin's eyes that seemed to see through everything, all the words he wanted to say to show off were stuck in his throat.

He struggled to squeeze out the word "... count." from between his teeth, almost gritting his teeth.

He hesitated, his body as stiff as a piece of wood, but finally he leaned over with a fearless attitude and lay on Jiang Lin's legs.

This posture made him completely passive and exposed. His hips were slightly stretched due to the prone position, and the fabric of his home pants outlined a clear curve. The huge embarrassment made all the muscles in his body tense.

The expected pain did not come immediately.

Jiang Lin's hand first pressed gently on his back. His warm palm, through the thin cloth, seemed to be measuring, or silently declaring sovereignty.

This brief pause is more frightening than falling directly.

Then, the ruler fell down with a slight cool sound, neither light nor heavy.

“Bang!”

The crisp sound was particularly loud in the quiet living room. The strength of the sound was extremely well controlled. It was not so much a severe pain as it was a sharp stinging pain with a strong sense of shame, like being numbed by an electric current, and the burning sensation quickly spread to the surface of the skin.

The pain didn't last long, but the shame of being beaten on the private parts in public instantly reached its peak.

"The first one," Jiang Lin's voice came from above his head, low and clear, every word hitting his sensitive nerves, "I hit you because you acted impulsively and didn't care about the consequences. What if your parents react strongly? How can you bear it alone?"

Gu Yansheng buried his burning face tightly into the sofa cushions, a suppressed and choked humming sound coming from his nose, it was hard to tell whether it was out of pain or shame.

“Bang!”

The second hit followed, landing in a similar position, and the skin quickly accumulated a more distinct heat and tingling sensation.

"The second time, I hit you for taking the initiative and excluding me. Gu Yansheng, we are one, and we will stick together through thick and thin. This is not just empty talk."

Gu Yansheng's body trembled slightly, and his fingers unconsciously gripped the sofa cover. This kind of punishment was painful but not too painful, and the location and method were extremely shameful. It was a great test of his mental endurance.

“Bang!”

The third blow seemed to be a little heavier than the previous two, bringing a clearer dull pain.

"The third time," Jiang Lin's voice finally revealed a hint of suppressed emotion, a trembling sound mixed with fear and heartache.

"When I hit you... I always think of taking it all on my own. Do you know that seeing you suffer but being unable to do anything about it is the greatest hurt to me?"

After these three hits, Gu Yansheng was so embarrassed that his whole body turned pink, his eyes were completely red, and physiological tears flowed out uncontrollably.

It wasn't the unbearable pain, but the feeling of being completely controlled and unable to resist, as well as the deepest selfish desire of "doing this for your own good" in his heart being exposed and "punished", which made him completely out of control.

Just when he thought the torture was finally over, Jiang Lin suddenly threw away the hateful ruler, turned him over roughly, and held him tightly in his arms.

The force was astonishingly great, and his arms were like iron hoops around his waist and back, as if they wanted to crush him and melt him into his bones and blood.

Gu Yansheng was stunned. He felt Jiang Lin's body trembling slightly, and his heart was beating heavily and rapidly through his chest.

"Gu Yansheng..." Jiang Lin's voice was hoarse and fragile, like someone who had just survived a disaster. His hot breath sprayed on his ear. "Don't be like this anymore... Don't try to face everything alone. I need you. I need to stand with you, no matter good or bad."

At this moment, all the churning shame, grievances and burning pain strangely disappeared. Gu Yansheng hugged him tightly with his backhand, nodded vigorously, and said in a choked and broken voice, "I'm sorry... Jiang Lin, I'm sorry... I won't do it again..."

This "punishment" that was a mixture of shame, slight pain and huge emotional impact ended with the two of them hugging each other tightly on the sofa, their hearts closer than ever before, and the skin behind them still faintly emitting warmth.
