All he knows is bullying Tongtian
After searching for several days without success, Taiqing and Yuanshi looked dejected and disheveled, a truly pitiful sight. They looked at each other and then casually found a place to sit down.
“No, I’ve searched all around, but I can’t find my third brother’s presence,” Yuanshi said in a hoarse voice.
"It's the same here... Third brother, where did you go..." Taiqing felt a dull pain in his heart, extremely worried about his weak and helpless younger brother. Was he starving, was he kidnapped and had his merits drained, or was he trapped somewhere, crying out to heaven and earth in vain, trembling helplessly on the ground...
He has been protecting and pampering his youngest brother since birth, and he has lost him... I deserve to die. It's all my fault. I had to bring him out to experience things. If I hadn't brought him out, this would not have happened. If something happens to my third brother, how am I, as the eldest brother, supposed to face the consequences?
"It's all your fault, eldest brother! You insisted on hitting me! You just wouldn't let it go and kept chasing me... Now look what's happened, even our third brother is gone. Not to mention you, I have no face to go back to Kunlun Mountain. Waaaaaah, if Tongtian gets into trouble, I, the second brother, won't live either!" Yuanshi became more and more heartbroken as he thought about it, and he burst into tears without any regard for his image.
Taiqing: "..." Isn't this chaotic enough already? What's the use of crying? If he had known this would happen, he would never have punished Yuanshi for his mischievousness, just to vent his anger for his younger brother. Because he found his younger brother too energetic and constantly pestering him to go out and play, Yuanshi's stern refusal was to no avail. Finally, he came up with a terrible idea: he taught his younger brother to pick a slightly hallucinogenic and drowsy herb and fed it to him, ostensibly to test its medicinal properties. After all, they were born with the cultivation level of the early stage of the Great Luo Golden Immortal realm, so basically no herb could poison them. He just wanted to quiet his lively and energetic younger brother a bit so he could meditate. Being constantly pestered by his younger brother and unable to improve his cultivation was truly frustrating. Unfortunately, he couldn't hit or scold his younger brother; if he said a few words, the younger brother would just whine and whine in his arms, refusing to get up. What could he do?! After much deliberation, Yuan Shi finally decided to steel himself and feed his younger brother a small amount of immortal herbs. He figured the worst that could happen was a slight drowsiness as a side effect, nothing serious. However, he hadn't anticipated controlling the dosage properly. His younger brother remained unconscious for months, never waking up even after Yuan Shi emerged from seclusion. Yuan Shi even dared to justify it by claiming his brother had played too wildly and was exhausted… How could an older brother possibly feed a cub immortal herbs with side effects? Didn't his conscience bother him? If his younger brother hadn't inadvertently revealed the truth this time, he probably wouldn't have known!
He had to admit that his desire to give his unreliable and secretly dissenting second brother a good beating was stirring again. Pangu, the Father God, I'm afraid you'll have to be more lenient with me. Taiqing probably has no choice but to teach his disobedient second brother a good lesson!
"Big brother... what, what are you planning to do now?!" Yuan Shi keenly sensed that his older brother was gloomy all over, almost as if he was about to turn evil... Didn't he already admit his mistake? Why wouldn't his older brother let him go? Waaah, so he really was adopted, wasn't he? He didn't deserve his older brother's "love"!
"Nothing, just thinking about how to rip your head off and grind your bones to dust!" He's so hateful, I really want to slap him to death! Anyway, without Yuanshi, he can still raise his younger brother, happily watching him grow up. He'll give him whatever he wants, and if he doesn't like something, the older brother will take care of it. His main focus is spoiling him. Of course, Shangqing Tuanzi is still clean inside and out, like the crystal-clear water of Kunlun Heavenly Pool, without any impurities or filth.
Yuan Shi shuddered violently. He had to admit, his elder brother was truly ruthless and cruel. Was this the kind of thing an older brother should say? He was already considering how to grind him to dust? I, Yuan Shi, am in grave danger! Utterly in grave danger!
"Cough cough cough cough, big brother, you, you calm down, I, I think I can still... Ouch!" Yuanshi covered the big bump on his forehead from being hit by the cane, and screamed repeatedly.
"Hurry up and go out and look for him! If you can't find Third Brother, don't come back to Kunlun!" Taiqing's furious roar echoed in his ears, almost scaring the battered "injured person" out of his wits. He scrambled and disappeared on the spot, stepping on golden light.
Hilarious! Are you waiting to get a beating from your eldest brother with his cane? Who knows, if he gets angry, he might just smash that cane over his head and be done for... Third brother, third brother, you absolutely must be alright and unharmed, otherwise, you might never see your second brother again...
Cave dwelling.
The cub was completely oblivious to the immense suffering of its second brother, Yuanshi, and the worried expression on its eldest brother, Taiqing. Instead, it lazily rolled over in the purple-robed man's arms, muttering something in a childish voice.
"Awake?" He suddenly opened his vast and deep eyes. The obscure and incomprehensible Daoist energy surrounding him gradually returned to his body. At this moment, he had already developed a bit of affection for the little dumpling in his arms. He released his divine sense to check on the cub's condition at any time. It has to be said that he was really well-behaved, just quietly curled up in his arms, occasionally turning over to continue sleeping, which amused him.
It was utterly absurd that his own Dao heart, built up over countless millennia, could one day be moved and inspired by a mere ball of energy! Before this, he had never considered that such a situation could occur, and even if it did, he would not have taken it to heart. To avoid getting entangled in karma and to act in accordance with the will of Heaven was his belief.
Cause and effect are truly wondrous. He even vaguely sensed a peculiar connection between Tuanzi and the Primordial World, the Three Pure Ones, and the Upper Pure One.
With a slight smile, he reached out his long, jade-like fingers and gently poked a shallow dimple on the cub's face, which was showing when it yawned. Hmm, it was soft, elastic, and had a great feel to it, just like the cub itself.
It's soft and feels nice to the touch.
The cub, still half-asleep, mumbled, "Big brother, um, second brother, stop poking me, it tickles~" Caught off guard by being gently touched again, the cub became a little unhappy and started whining, ignoring its older brothers who were touching it.
All they know is how to bully Tongtian, humph!
The innocent victims, Taiqing and Yuanshi, simultaneously sensed something amiss and inexplicably sneezed. Still bewildered, they cautiously scanned their surroundings, but found nothing...
Damn it, who's talking about them? Can't you see they're busy? Get lost!
"Big brother? What's wrong?" After the cub woke up, its big, round eyes stared at him without blinking, filled with curiosity and doubt.
Why does the eldest brother look so much younger? Where did his beard go? Huh? Where did it go? Oh, so this is what the eldest brother looks like without his beard. So cool! A different kind of cool from the second brother.
The cub tentatively poked his chin, confirming that it was smooth as jade, unlike the rough touch of his second brother's hands. The cub suddenly realized, "Big brother's face is so smooth? It's because the second brother is old, not the eldest brother... Hmm, I should take better care of the second brother in the future. After all, it's understandable that the second brother is a bit older and gets angry easily."
(Second Brother Yuanshi: I really thank you, Third Brother. Thank you for being considerate of my age and for not getting angry easily!)
He stood motionless, curiously observing the cub's every move, including the subtle expressions on his face when the cub's soft fingers tentatively touched his chin. After hearing the cub's inner thoughts, his expression became subtle.
This little dumpling is actually pondering such trivial matters? Interesting, quite interesting. It's not afraid of my aura at all. Are all cubs this bold and reckless?
A flood of complex thoughts rushed into his mind. He helplessly rubbed his forehead and chuckled to himself.
Perhaps only this little dumpling in the entire prehistoric world is unafraid of the chaotic demon god aura emanating from him. No wonder he is one of the Three Pure Ones with impeccable lineage... Hmm, he's a good prospect.
"Big brother, you're laughing?" Tuanzi immediately shifted her attention, looking left and right with curiosity, and her novel expression successfully made him laugh.
"What? Can't I laugh?" He suddenly had a wicked idea and suddenly grew several times larger. The cub stared dumbfounded at its older brother's head moving further and further away, then looked at the height of the head several feet above the ground, and then looked at the palm of its own hand, which was boundless. It immediately gasped!
"Big brother! You're so amazing! You can grow taller! Tongtian wants to grow taller too!" The cub bounced wildly in his palm, its face flushed with excitement, and it was very happy, showing no sign of fear at all.
The man in the purple robe: "..." He miscalculated. He didn't expect that this little dumpling from Shangqing would be so eager to watch the show. He even thought he could fool him. Sigh.
"Big brother! You're so amazing! Teach me! I want to grow bigger too!" The cub, afraid its older brother, who was high up and lonely, wouldn't hear it, put its hand to its mouth like a megaphone and roared. What the cub thought was a roar actually sounded like a childish, gesticulating attack to the man's ears. It seemed the little dumpling from Shangqing was really trying hard to grow taller too!
He definitely couldn't agree, otherwise, he'd lose some of the fun! He leisurely stretched out his other enormous hand and headed towards the cub. The cub looked up in surprise at the huge hand that was big enough to kill him, and opened his mouth wide. Was his big brother going to beat him to death?
The hand drew closer and closer, until the cub's palms were sweating profusely, when the hand stopped. It simply extended an enormous finger and gently poked the bewildered little dumpling. The dumpling, unable to withstand the touch, fell onto the soft palm, utterly astonished.
Then the cub stood up angrily, tears welling up in its eyes, and cried out, "Big brother, you're bullying me again!" Waaaaah, big brother is really wicked, always thinking of ways to bully me... Am I still your pampered child? People's hearts really do change!
Caught in the crossfire once again, Taiqing sneezed loudly. Furious, he wondered who he had offended to deserve such a tirade… "Fine, fine, just don't let this humble Taoist catch me, or else…"
"Are you angry?" Looking at the puffed-up little dumpling of Shangqing, his smile gradually deepened. He righteously withdrew his sinful finger, ignoring the protest in the cub's eyes, and took out a bottle of fine wine that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, shaking it.
"Want some? Good boy, call me teacher?" He patted the cub's head, a warm smile in his eyes, his stern face instantly becoming incredibly kind.
The cub looked confused. "What is a teacher? What does 'teacher' mean??? What are my older brothers up to now?" The cub hesitated for a moment, looking at his older brother who had returned to his normal size. He then nestled back into his warm embrace, his little head filled with big question marks. He thought to himself that his older brother was indeed still thinking about how to bully him. The cub was not easy to bully. The cub was very unhappy, so he did not want to call him "teacher"!
He frowned as he looked at the puffed-up little dumpling from Shangqing who had rolled over and buried himself back in his arms, thinking to himself, "The time is definitely not right yet."
