Chapter 6: Unpalatable
The mutant plant stealthily stretched out a thin branch, stuck close to the ground and near the ridge, quietly absorbing Jiang Yurong's supernatural powers!

"Can you bear to bite me to death?" Jiang Yurong kept rubbing the little wolf's fur with his hands, touching his airplane ears and belly, and pulling his wolf paws to "dance".

Jiang Yurong was delighted, having heard the wolf cub's duplicity. He took a fruit and wiped it on his clothes, then took a bite. It was sweet and juicy, and he wondered how delicious it was.
The fruits of many mutant plants taste average or even bitter, but this one is incredibly delicious!
As she ate the fruit, she said, "Children must be honest and not lie, understand?"
Seeing that he couldn't trick Jiang Yurong, Shen Que started eating the fruit without answering Jiang Yurong.
After eating a fruit core the size of a finger, Jiang Yurong threw it on a piece of land outside the door. After applying some light elements, the seeds quickly sprouted and grew leaves. They stopped growing when they were half a meter high, without any abnormal changes.
Jiang Yurong then planted the one from Shen Que alongside it, and it also grew only half a meter tall. Just when she thought it was the same as the previous one, its branches and leaves moved without a breeze and grew rapidly.
But the newly born mutant plants seemed to be more domineering than the other mutant plants. They directly sucked away all the nutrients of the same type of plants that Jiang Yurong had just planted and the plants within a few meters. Other plants that could not compete with them died.
Having snatched away nearby nutrients, the mutant plant extended several thin branches and fiercely lashed out at Jiang Yurong. Jiang Yurong quickly dodged, but the branches pursued him, unwilling to give up, as if chasing a coveted commodity.

Jiang Yurong took out her sharp knife and chopped off the branches that were attacking her. Before long, there were more than a dozen branches on the ground. The mutant plants were all chopped down half-bald by her, and they dared not attack Jiang Yurong again.
She looked at the mutated plant that had quieted down, hesitating whether to chop it to death directly or continue trying.
While she was hesitating, the mutant plant stretched out its thickest branch and whipped it towards her.
As Jiang Yurong dodged, the branch hit the wall with a snapping sound, and then flew towards Chen Que who was watching the show.
Shen Que was startled and quickly hid backward.
"Jiang Yurong, look at what you have done!" You are asking for death, and you even implicate him!
When Jiang Yurong saw the mutated plant attacking her wolf cub, she quickly chopped the mutated plant to death and dug up its roots.
