Chapter 95 Imprisoned

In the dimly lit and crowded environment, the hovercar was flying. Jiang Zheyu was dozing off inside, so when the hovercar arrived at its destination and stopped, she didn't even realize it.

The hovercar's door was suddenly yanked open with a loud bang, and a gruff, booming voice rang out from outside: "Hurry up! All of you, get out here, or I'll kick you to death!"

Jiang Zheyu also woke up suddenly, her brown eyes widening slightly.

The other orcs inside the hovercar scrambled out as fast as they could.

Some people who walked slowly were actually kicked and sent flying.

The male orc's irritable voice rang out: "Hurry up, or I'll kill you all."

Jiang Zheyu broke out in a cold sweat, his heart tightened slightly, and his eyes followed the orc in front of him as the orc swiftly rushed out, afraid that he would be kicked away if he was a step too slow.

Thankfully, it was a close call! She wasn't kicked!

"Everyone, line up in two rows here!" another male orc's voice rang out.

In an instant, the scattered male beastmen stood together.

Jiang Zheyu used the transformation potion she purchased from the system to transform into a male beastman, a rabbit beastman. Therefore, his body shape was similar to her original body, and even his eyes were somewhat similar.

However, she has not yet seen what she looks like in her transformed form, nor does she know that her transformed eyes are three-tenths similar to her own.

She was now in the middle of the second row, flanked by male orcs of similar height on either side.

Jiang Zheyu also noticed that these orcs were all of the delicate type, like slender young men, without overly strong muscles, only a thin layer of snow-white skin.

A salty, damp sea breeze swept over us, accompanied by the sound of waves crashing in.

Jiang Zheyu lowered his eyes, his gaze falling on the sand beneath his feet.

She noticed that this should be the beach. The night was cool, and the sand under her feet was a little hard to see, but the soft sand felt soft to the touch.

The male orc seemed to count the number of people, then cursed, "Damn, there are only nine left, five are missing."

"Just report the truth later." The other male orc had no other choice. "You take your men and lock them up first. We'll assign them to departments to make money tomorrow. I'm going to report to the boss now."

"Okay, I got it, I got it." The male orc waved his hand impatiently.

The other orc didn't bother to say anything more and simply left.

"Follow me, all of you!" the remaining male orcs called out. "Don't try any tricks. My mental energy is constantly monitoring you. If you dare to run away, I'll crush you to death with my mental energy."

The other orcs remained silent, too afraid to resist or utter a sound.

Jiang Zheyu huddled in the group, even more afraid to make a sound.

A group of orcs followed the male orc in front of them through a banana grove.

A magnificent building, resembling a palace, came into view, brightly lit as if it were sprinkled with tiny specks of light.

The moonlight shone down, making the building appear mysterious, magnificent, and beautiful.

This island is merely a private property of Si Yu.

The base that Si Yu wanted to take Jiang Zheyu back to was not here. This place was already so magnificent and beautiful, making it even harder to imagine how spectacular and beautiful Si Yu's base would be.

However, Jiang Zheyu was unaware of all this.

She followed the male orc through the building's main entrance and found that even the entrance was guarded by orcs armed with guns.

Unmanned, automated monitoring devices occasionally flew in the air, seemingly capable of flying to any part of the building.

Security here is tight.

Jiang Zheyu lamented that his fate was truly unfortunate.

The male orc led them through a winding path, and Jiangzheyu was locked in a cell before he could even remember the way.

This cell was also extremely crowded.

They seem determined to cramm everyone in here, pushing people in as long as there's still room.

Jiang Zheyu: ...

Jiang Zheyu originally thought that in such a cramped space, surrounded by male beastmen, there would be all sorts of stench from their sweat.

However, what Jiang Zheyu actually smelled was the strong scent of various cosmetics and powders. The mixture of different cosmetic scents made it a bit pungent and unpleasant.

Wait, shouldn't this place be full of male orcs? Why do they all smell like cosmetics?

Jiang Zheyu saw that the male orc had already left.

She then mustered her courage and asked the orc next to her, "Hello, what cosmetics do you use? They smell nice."

It doesn't smell good at all.

However, Jiang Zheyu lied and said this in order to get some information.

However, the orc next to her remained motionless, as if he had not heard what she said.

Jiang Zheyu was surrounded by a crowd of orcs, so the orc next to her probably didn't know she was calling him.

"Hey, hello there." Jiang Zheyu then reached out and gently patted the orc's shoulder next to her.

The orc next to her then turned his head to look at her as if numb.

The orc had a delicate and innocent face, and looked extremely youthful.

"You called me?" the orc spoke slowly, his voice clear and pure like a young boy's.

Upon hearing this voice, Jiang Zheyu knew that it was indeed a male beastman, but why did he smell of cosmetics?

Could it be that the male orcs here also enjoy makeup and are very knowledgeable about it?

“Yes, I was just calling you.” Jiang Zheyu nodded, then asked softly, “What cosmetics are you using? They smell nice.”

Upon hearing this, the young beastman's eyes seemed to pause, and his expression turned somewhat strange: "You, you think this cosmetic smells good?"

Jiang Zheyu saw his expression and knew that he had said the wrong thing.

"Actually, it doesn't smell that good." Jiang Zheyu smiled awkwardly. "I'm new here and don't know the rules yet."

Because the cell was so crowded, she could bump into people with the slightest movement. She could only stand and couldn't sit down. She felt her legs getting stiff from standing.

Although her voice was very soft, several orcs who were very close to her heard it.

When the orcs heard that she was new, they all turned to look at her.

Jiang Zheyu felt a chill run down her spine after being stared at by so many people, and gave a dry laugh: "What's wrong?"

“The newcomer shouldn’t be locked up here,” the young orc next to him said.

The people in this cell are all veterans who are ready to take up their posts.
