Luo Lianliang is the most thoughtful maintenance worker in his workshop.
It was precisely because of his low educational level that he was hired back as a temporary worker. He was the lowest paid among the maintenance workers, but the most popular.
"You said he was poached by Su Xiaocai, and she came to poach him in person?" The boss didn't understand how Luo Lianliang knew Su Xiaocai.
"No, he just sent a message and then he left. Boss, you were so good to him, but he didn't care about you and was ungrateful. He just left and left a mess. Boss, we don't have any other reserve talents to hire, so let's deal with this one first!" The supervisor avoided the important issue and focused on getting through this difficult time first, and dealing with future matters later.
"They specifically asked Master Luo to do the modification. Where can I find another Master Luo?" The boss knew what kind of supervisor he had hired. Luo Lianliang was a responsible person and would not suddenly drop his work.
"Did you say something to piss off Master Luo?" Just then, Su Xiaocai invited him, and he left in a huff. The boss's association fit the situation perfectly.
The supervisor was silent for a moment, and the boss knew it was really him.
You are shooting yourself in the foot. If someone leaves in anger, it is easy to persuade him to come back if he has no way out, but it will be different if he has a way out.
Boss: "I'll call Master Luo first."
The supervisor had a bad look on his face, his inverted triangle eyes narrowed into lines.
Now the boss wants to invite Luo Lianliang back. Where will he save face? According to him, it would be enough to hire a new maintenance worker. Does it have to be Luo Lianliang?
The boss hung up the phone and contacted Luo Lianliang.
The supervisor took the initiative to contact his friend, whom he met by chance. He had a high level of education and also worked in the maintenance department during college.
He felt that anyone could do the same repairman.
Luo Lianliang has already taken a shower. His sister officially goes to school today, so only Grandpa Luo is left at home.
Grandpa Luo dressed him in the good clothes left by Luo's father and told him, "You don't have to pay back the debt. What you gave out before has been recovered. Work hard and learn knowledge diligently."
Luo Lianliang nodded, "I will."
"If there's a girl you like, you can try to express it. My boy is so handsome, it's time for him to have a relationship."
Luo Lianliang couldn't answer this question. He had just said that he would study hard, but now he was talking about this again.
"I'm just kidding." Grandpa Luo helped him comb his hair. It was a little long and tangled, and it was difficult to do with one hand, so he let Luo Lianliang comb it himself. "It's okay if we don't talk about it. Just be happy."
Luo Lianliang pursed his lips and said, "I will be happy, Grandpa."
From then on, he was upright and no longer had to be labeled as a gambler's son or a problem student who dropped out of school.
Just as he stepped onto the flying bus to Feifan Island, the communicator rang. Luo Lianliang looked at the name and refused to answer it with a firm attitude.
No one can stop him from pursuing his dream.
He must have a formal job, otherwise his sister will have trouble even studying.
The boss was unable to contact Luo Lianliang, so he could only apologize to the customer and ask if he could find a different repairman.
"What, Master Luo went to Feifan Island to work for Mr. Su? My vision was right." The customer was very happy for Luo Lianliang. What's the big deal? It doesn't matter if he doesn't modify it.
"I'll take the mecha and let the other masters modify it."
Every customer has his or her favorite craftsmanship, which is understandable. The boss is very grateful to the customer for his or her understanding. He or she apologized repeatedly, gave the customer some gifts and coupons, and welcomed the customer to come again next time.
However, he dealt with the client but not the idiot.
The superfluous supervisor hired an unreliable repairman who dismantled part of the other person's mecha and couldn't put it back together.
When the customer saw the broken mecha, he immediately became furious and thought that the boss had a problem with his brain circuit. He hired someone who knew nothing as a supervisor, which meant that he was not a good person.
The supervisor looked at the mecha parts that couldn't be put back in, and he was also in disbelief. He asked his friend, "Aren't you a college graduate? You work in the maintenance department? It's okay that you don't know how to modify a mecha, but why can't you even put it back in?"
The supervisor's friend looked unhappy. He was unhappy that the supervisor invited him over but his attitude was so bad. He was even blamed for the poor modification.
He stiffened his neck. "I was pretty good in college. The mechas we have now are different from the ones we used when I was studying. And after I graduated, I didn't work in the maintenance industry. I'm just not skilled enough."
"If you don't have any information, don't brag. It's all bullshit. If you just want money, you're a jerk and a liar."
"You're willing to listen to people's bragging and take it seriously. Who can you blame?"
As the two were talking, they started fighting in front of the customers.
The customer also understood that this small company was supported by one or two technicians and that none of them were good people. He would never come again and would just take the compensation and leave to prevent the mecha from being dismantled again.
The one who deserves it the most is the boss. He lost everything and not only his wife but also his army.
Luo Lianliang was not aware of these things.
His interview went smoothly. The professors did not ask him about his academic qualifications, but instead asked him practical questions about how to handle mecha emergencies.
There are also technical issues, such as what modifications he has in mind for the mecha.
Luo Lianliang explained his point of view, and he stuttered at first when facing Ai Shengping.
Ai Shengping's expression of approval encouraged him, and he spoke more and more fluently afterwards.
After saying that, he waited eagerly for Ai Shengping to speak. Ai Shengping stroked his stubble and said, "No problem. Congratulations on joining us."
"Is that all?" Luo Lianliang clenched his fingers. "I want to ask, after I start working here, can I learn from you, Professor Ai?"
Ai Shengping was speechless for a moment. "Don't be ungrateful. I still want to learn from Teacher Su. You are so ungrateful. If I have the chance, I will come here to study too."
