Chi Huo was startled.
"Holy crap, there are zombies! What the hell?"
Amidst the surrounding snow and wind, seven or eight blood-soaked figures slowly approached them. Sensing something was wrong, Ze Ye quickly returned to Chu Rui's side, his expression grave as he surveyed their surroundings.
The three people formed a triangular formation, back to back.
A flicker of doubt crossed his eyes, but he still managed a relaxed smile.
"Little chicken, do you want to hide in your big brother's arms for a bit? Are your eyes not working properly? This is a human, not a zombie."
"It's a person, and also our classmate."
As he spoke, Chu Rui took the badge from the nearby blood man. He hadn't been mistaken; the flashing badge was indeed the academy's badge.
"What? Our classmates? What happened to them?"
Chi Huo watched as the bloodied man walked stiffly toward them step by step. The man's face was already blurred, and his eyeballs had even fallen out. His whole body was stuck together like a rag. It was probably because of the low temperature that it did not fall apart like mud.
As the bloodied figure approached step by step, still screaming for help in pain, Chi Huo felt the fresh meat mooncake he had just eaten was already going down his esophagus and up to his throat, and he wanted to vomit!
"Little chicken, you can't vomit. I'm a germaphobe. If you vomit, I won't be able to continue fighting."
Zeye turned to the side, looked at Chi Huo whose face was pale, and reluctantly pinched the other's tiger's mouth.
Chi Huo yelled, "You're trying to murder me!"
"Shut up."
"Chu Rui, your ability is special. See if they are still alive. If they are already dead, I will send them to their deaths. However, who is so cruel as to dare to bully my people? I will get my revenge."
Zeye's question was also Chu Rui's question. Logically speaking, an ordinary person would have died by now, but there was a kind of vital energy hanging in their body, making them seem half-dead.
If they were dead, they would act without hesitation; but if they were still alive...
They're not serial killers.
Inside the underground building.
The doctor and Ellie were watching this scene on the big screen. This batch of blood people had the strongest endurance after being captured, but even so, they had lost their human form.
This inevitably angered him; what he needed was an empire, not a pile of rotting jerky.
"Doctor, are they the students with the highest combat skills among this group?"
Ellie looked at Chu Rui in the picture with some curiosity. His skin was very white and his eyes even had a dark red tinge. Are all people like this?
"I guess so. After all, I gave the order, and they'll go find the people with the highest combat skills. But there are only three, which doesn't seem like enough."
The doctor stared at the seemingly frozen scene, lost in thought.
"It's alright, they're the first batch. Once they succeed, I have a large quantity of potions that can send them to their peak."
Ellie, noticing their wary demeanor, became suspicious. "But Doctor, are they really not going to do anything to those things?"
"Of course not, my little Ellie, you don't understand. Humans are an extremely hypocritical species. Naturally, they wouldn't harm their own kind."
Once they got closer, he gave the order to attack the blood-soaked men!
Then, hehe!
"Won't it harm its own kind?"
Ellie's eyes still held some doubt, she couldn't tell if it was envy or something else, she was just thinking about the two words the doctor said, "the same kind".
She seems to have no one like her. If she did, she would take good care of him.
