Then she said to Si Yuling, "Get some rest, and we'll talk again after you've had a good night's sleep."
"Will you come with me?" Si Yuling asked expectantly.
Looking at the man's exhausted appearance, Yan Jin sighed helplessly and nodded, "Okay."
There is a bed in Si Yuling's spaceship where he can rest temporarily.
There were only the two of them on the spaceship. Si Yuling picked up Yan Jin and, amidst Yan Jin's exclamation, walked to the bedside and placed her on the bed.
He lay down beside her, pulling Yan Jin into his arms with one hand, and said in a somewhat lazy and weak voice, "Stay with me."
Yan Jin paused for a moment, then nodded gently. "Mm."
The spaceship cruised automatically, requiring no operation from the two of them, so they could close their eyes and rest with peace of mind.
Si Yuling was truly exhausted. He had just closed his eyes, and in less than a minute, his breathing became even, and he had fallen asleep.
Yan Jin chuckled helplessly, used her elemental power to travel through Si Yuling's body, and after sweeping away his fatigue, she closed her eyes and fell into a deep sleep as well.
The man behind her had a slight smile on his lips, as if he were having a wonderful, beautiful dream.
When the two of them woke up, several hours had already passed.
After a good night's sleep, both of them felt refreshed. Si Yuling stared blankly at Yan Jin lying in his arms for a moment.
Then, feeling the soft, delicate body in his arms and its faint fragrance, he blushed uncontrollably.
His ears were burning, but he couldn't bear to let go, so he chose to close his eyes again and rest.
When Yan Jin woke up, she was in the same situation. She was startled when she felt a strong chest behind her, and then she felt a little embarrassed.
She tried to gently remove Si Yuling's arm from her body to get out of bed, but Si Yuling tightened his grip and said in a low, husky voice, "Sleep with me a little longer."
"Take a nap a little longer, let me see where we are, and then I'll get some food from my space."
Although he was still reluctant, Si Yuling had no choice but to let go. He watched Yan Jin get up and busy herself there, a rare sight indeed.
A silly, foolish, and happy smile appeared on Si Yuling's face.
A little while later, Si Yuling got up, washed up casually, and sat down where Yan Jin had prepared the food. Looking at the cold noodles and pancakes on the table, he smiled and said, "I'm in for a treat."
"If you marry me, you'll be even more fortunate with your food," Yan Jin teased with a smile.
"No, marrying you will bring me complete happiness, not just in terms of food." Si Yuling's mouth seemed to have become more talkative in the past six months.
Perhaps it was because they hadn't seen each other for half a year, and she was provoked, Yan Jin thought to herself.
And so, the two ate and drank, chatted and flirted along the way, and arrived at Orlan Star without any risks.
Upon arriving at the Aolan Military Academy, Si Yuling reluctantly and unwillingly dropped Yan Jin off at the school gate, watching her ride her electric scooter into the school without looking back.
He muttered under his breath, a mixture of reluctance, exasperation, and amusement, "You heartless little thing."
Then, he returned to the spaceship and quickly left. When he came back, he learned that Yan Jin was going back to the main planet.
He took a detour to Yunshui Star to pick her up. Although it didn't take much time, there were still many things waiting for him to deal with when he got back, so he didn't have much time to stay here.
Occasionally, it's necessary to listen to the complaints of subordinates.
