Chapter 101 We're almost done playing together.

Sometimes I think Fang Hua is an incredible creature. His thought process is completely different from mine. What he thinks is beautiful, Fang Hua thinks is ugly, and what he thinks is ugly, Fang Hua likes. And sometimes they are the same.

Of course, that's probably why they were able to get together. No matter what others say, at least in Fang Hua's eyes, he was good-looking and a suitable couple.

Fang Rong was quite satisfied with this, after all, Fang Hua was the only one who liked him. If Fang Hua were to find fault with him, that would be truly ridiculous.

Fang Rong lay down in bed, and Fang Hua followed him in, touching him under the covers.

"Where are you putting your hands?" Fang Rong glared at him.

They spent a lot of time working on the cave, and now it's very late, so they're not in the mood to continue. However, Fang Hua is still very interested.

"Just touch it once."

You'd be a fool to believe you.

Fang Rong told him to turn around so that his back was to her, so he couldn't touch her randomly.

Fang Hua didn't know what got into her, but she actually agreed and turned over, turning her back to him.

Her silver-yellow hair was slightly curled and lay obediently on the pillow.

It used to be silvery-white, the kind that's really pretty. But then I ate too much salt, and my hair color gradually changed to silvery-yellow. Of course, it could also be that I had too much male hormone, which is why it changed.

Although she's not as pretty as before, she's still good-looking. The key is that her face looks whiter and more refined.

This guy went through several stages in his transformation from ugly to beautiful.

When it was first born, it was just a lump of flesh, like a featherless bird, extremely fragile, with its limbs and tail barely visible.

Later, short hair gradually grew and covered his entire body. Although he still couldn't compare to his brothers and sisters, he was much better looking than before, and at least he was presentable.

Strangely enough, all of his brothers and sisters were fair-skinned, chubby, lively, and adorable, and they even had wings, like enlarged versions of cats with wings.

When it was Fang Hua's turn, he had two unsuccessful bulges on his back, with short and sparse hair, making him look malnourished and somewhat dim-witted.

He's so silly. You put a piece of meat down and someone else rushes off to eat it, but he slowly walks over and finds the place empty. Then he just sits there, looking completely bewildered.

When it was Fang Rong's turn to be on duty, he would take some time to bring Fang Hua out and prepare a special bowl for him to eat from.

He was such an idiot back then. He didn't even realize he was hungry. He just stared blankly at Fang Rong. He was thirsty, but he drank the water Fang Rong brought him, sip by sip. Then he licked the plate clean, and Fang Rong knew what was going on.

This guy is hungry and thirsty.

Of course, we also need to control his appetite, because he has no sense of fullness. He eats until he feels nauseous before stopping, and by then it's too late; the guy just collapses.

If Fang Rong felt his stomach was hard, she would lift his hind legs and make him vomit, otherwise he would be so full that he couldn't sleep all night. Moreover, for him at that time, overeating was a big no-no.

In order to take care of him, we increased his daily meals from three to five, but of course the portion size of each meal was reduced a lot. It's because he's stupid and doesn't even know his own needs.

Later on, he remained in a dazed and dull state, but surprisingly loyal, only recognizing Fang Rong and refusing to eat food offered by others.

I'd rather go hungry than wait for him to come back.

Of course, this also increased the difficulty of his work. Even when he wasn't on duty, he would occasionally come over to check on things. Later, he simply switched his duty hours with his coworkers.

Fang Rong, who was single and worried about Fang Hua, decided to switch shifts with another coworker.

One only works the day shift, and the other only works the night shift. Fang Rong always works the night shift and can't get enough rest.

Fortunately, there's not much to do on the night shift, but the hours are tough. I can't sleep until at least 2 or 3 in the morning, and every one or two hours I have to do routine checks and write reports.

Each cage has a monthly report outside; check the box if it's normal and cross it if it's abnormal. Some test subjects are particularly cunning; they pretend to be sick in the middle of the night to trick you into opening the cage, and then take the opportunity to escape.

Fang Rong almost fell for it once, but luckily Fang Hua reminded him in time.

At that time, Fang Hua had already transformed into the appearance of a child. Children love to sleep, but Fang Hua was rather silly and insisted on waiting for him to sleep together before he would sleep. As soon as he woke up, this guy would wake up immediately as well.

Sometimes Fang Rong locks him in the rest room because she's afraid he'll have to figure it out on his own again. He's too small to be of any help, and he's very slow, so he'll only slow things down. That's why Fang Rong doesn't like to take him with her during nighttime inspections.

Of course, he was stubborn. Fang Rong locked him in the room, but he was too short to reach the doorknob, so he pushed a stool over, climbed onto the stool, and opened the door.

It has to be said that this guy is sometimes quite smart, and sometimes incredibly stupid.

Considering the need for cleaning, most cages have half of their floor covered with mesh bars for easy washing.

The corridor was the same. Fang Rong had rubber shoes, the very tall kind, so she didn't worry about getting her feet wet or getting splashed. Fang Hua had nothing. She walked barefoot, holding onto the wall, her feet sinking in and out, her palms covered in red marks from the iron railings.

He seemed oblivious to the pain, still running over happily, and no amount of guarding against him worked unless you locked him in a cage and let him spend the night with his brothers and sisters.

Of course, if that's the case, he'll stay up all night, waiting at the door like a fool, which is heartbreaking.

Fang Rong tried several times to help him break this over-dependent habit, but in the end, she couldn't bear to, which only made him more dependent.

The lounge also became his other room. He was extremely familiar with it, and as soon as he entered the room, he would climb into bed and go to sleep.
