If you only had two days left to live, how would you spend them?
Fang Rong chose to satisfy Fang Hua, to live a simple life, cooking, washing clothes, building a house, watching the rain together, not caring about any so-called business, not treating people's illnesses, just enjoying this rare peace.
Actually, it wasn't as pessimistic as he thought. After all, Li Wenyang and Baza had people who liked them and powerful figures behind them. Even if they were arrested, they would at most be locked up. The only ones in trouble were him and Fang Hua.
They've all left, escaped the military region, and are still on the military region's wanted list. If they're caught, they'll most likely be used as scapegoats.
However, given Fang Hua's fighting prowess, leaving would be easy for him; he's just a burden.
Being a burden is a terrible feeling.
Actually, he wasn't exactly a burden. If he were with other people, he would be the representative of force, but with Fang Hua, he became a burden. But Fang Hua was so strong, and the mission they were carrying out was so dangerous.
Fang Rong felt no regret whatsoever; in fact, he felt relieved. People always said he lacked ambition, was cowardly, weak, insecure, and incompetent, and only thought of himself.
But now he is proving himself not to be, and is even doing something that others wouldn't even dare to think of, and it is very meaningful. It is about saving a world. Who would have thought?
Even Li Wenyang admired him. Although Li Wenyang felt it was inappropriate, he never tried it because he felt it was impossible without trying.
Bazaar wanted to do it, but he was powerless to do so; only he could take action.
I still feel quite proud when I think about it.
Fang Rong held a pot of milk tea, poured himself a cup, and Fang Hua poured another. Fang Hua sat opposite him. The two of them had set up a house by the river, and they could see it as soon as they opened the window.
Because they can stay connected online, their home is being decorated more and more like a home. It has windows, a TV, a sofa, and all the necessary kitchen utensils, just like Fang Rong had imagined. It's like the old man's kitchen, with an oven, a wok, a frying pan, and all sorts of tools.
The house even had electricity, all built by the two of them. It took a lot of effort; whenever they had free time, they would paint the walls and wallpaper them.
The renovation was done entirely by myself, according to Fang Rong's wishes. The huge glass window also came in handy, turning into a skylight on the top floor of two levels. When you lie in bed and open the window, you can see outside and feel the breeze, but it's actually a cold wind that howls and freezes you to death.
Fortunately, you can see it even if you don't open it, but there are always bored birds or something that land on it, so it's perfectly normal for them to poop or pee there.
So the area above has to be cleaned up from time to time, otherwise if you're looking at the scenery and suddenly see a black dot, and then have to think about what it is, your mood will be completely ruined.
Fang Hua usually does this job. Every morning when Fang Rong wakes up, she sees Fang Hua squatting on the platform with his bare bottom and wiping it with a rag. Fang Rong pretends to be asleep and peeks up at him from below.
From this angle, people certainly look ugly, but Fang Hua was completely unprepared for him. His back door was wide open, revealing glimpses of his private parts. It was a pity that he could see but not touch.
Fang Hua always does this, deliberately seducing him but not letting him have sex. This kid usually obeys him in everything, but he refuses to do this, and he doesn't know why.
Fang Rong tapped the table and added milk to Fang Hua's drink. Fang Hua loved sweet things, so she decided to win him over first.
"Fang Hua," he asked seriously, "why won't you let me have sex with you?"
Fang Hua's expression froze for a moment. "I can't tell you."
"Holy crap, is this still a secret?" Fang Rong grabbed the milk tea from his hand and threatened, "Are you going to tell me or not?"
Fang Hua blinked innocently, "Everyone says that doing the top job makes it easy to get sick."
Fang Rong was taken aback. Oh, so that's how it is.
However, this is unscientific; only those who do not practice good hygiene and have multiple sexual relationships will get sick.
“If neither of us is sick and we take good precautions, we generally won’t get sick,” Fang Rong said with a sinister smile. “So let me go first.”
"No." (﹁”﹁), Fang Hua said with a look of disgust. "You can't beat me."
"What does giving me a hand have to do with skill?" Fang Rong pressed on. "I'm good at it, I'll definitely make you feel good."
"No." (﹁”﹁) "It will tire Fang Rong out."
"Not tired at all."
"I won't let you do it even if I'm not tired." (﹁”﹁).
"Why?"
"I don't know," Fang Hua replied matter-of-factly.
(ー△ー;), "Since you can't give me a reason, then give me a go."
"No," Fang Hua insisted.
This was his last line of defense; he wouldn't budge no matter what.
That's strange, this kid knows about integrity now?
No matter what, Fang Hua simply wouldn't give it to him. Fang Rong tried everything to persuade him, but it was no use. Even if he tried to force him, he couldn't beat Fang Hua, and he might even end up being taken advantage of by Fang Hua.
Fang Hua still looked innocent, "There are only two days left, shall we do something meaningful?"
"What is meaningful?"
"I'll fish, you can enjoy the scenery." Fang Hua happily took his fishing rod out of the closet. "Fishing is the most interesting thing in the world."
"Really?" I forgot that Fang Hua is a cat. How can people of different species fall in love?
This guy wants to eat fish every meal, to eat fish meat, gnaw on fish bones, and drink fish soup. He'd be so happy.
"Let's go quickly." He had already stretched out his fishing rod, sticking it straight out the window.
It had rained a little outside, and the road was wet. There was a pond right outside the door. Because there weren't many species that ate fish, the fish in the river were almost becoming an overpopulation problem. Because of the rain, the water was hot and humid, so they all swam to the surface and exposed their mouths to breathe.
Fang Rong carried a rattan chair and followed behind him, while Fang Hua carried a bucket and went out. Fishing might really be his hobby, but his skills were too poor. So many fish were fighting over the bait, yet he couldn't catch a single one.
