Qin Feng had initially approached the situation with a "let's watch the show" attitude, but seeing the adorable little girl touched him.
After learning that the little girl had the ability to read people's minds, I wanted to help her even more.
Now that these people are so ungrateful, Qin Feng had an idea: he was determined to help them out.
Qin Feng ignored the shouts and asked the little girl, "What's your name?"
The little girl obediently replied, "My name is Ao Ling, you can call me Xiao Ling, brother. What's your name, brother?"
Qin Feng smiled. "My name is Qin Feng. Why did you run away alone? Where are your parents?"
The little girl lowered her head, blushed slightly, and kept tapping her two index fingers together, saying somewhat awkwardly:
"I smelled the aroma and sensed something delicious, so I secretly slipped out. My father didn't know, but I never imagined that these bad people had deliberately lured me out."
Then they tried to kidnap me, but luckily I ran fast and ran into Brother Qin Feng.
Qin Feng immediately understood; it turned out that Ao Ling was a very greedy girl.
These people from some unknown force have definitely not been here for the first time. They've long had their eyes on Ao Ling, and they came prepared.
Seeing that Qin Feng ignored them and instead chatted easily with Ao Ling, the group became enraged.
"Kid, no matter who you are, I advise you to be sensible. This is not something you can get involved in."
Qin Feng glanced at him. "Oh, who are you people? It seems you come here often."
The man snorted coldly, "That's none of your business. Anyway, we're people you can't afford to offend."
Someone else chimed in, "That's right, we're giving you one more chance. Get lost and don't make a fool of yourself."
Ao Ling sensed the malice of these people and nervously tugged at Qin Feng's sleeve, leaning closer to him.
Qin Feng gave her a reassuring look and calmly said to these self-righteous people, "I'll take care of this. You can leave now."
The group was taken aback by Qin Feng's firm stance and exchanged glances.
The leader sized up Qin Feng, unable to discern his true strength, but seeing Qin Feng's composure and his willingness to walk alone in the demon beast forest, he dared not underestimate him.
He changed his attitude, "Fellow Daoist, we are from the Tianchi Dynasty. Please give us face and choose carefully."
His words, seemingly well-intentioned advice, were actually an attempt to intimidate Qin Feng, but unfortunately, they were useless against him.
Qin Feng said calmly, "You can leave now, until I change my mind."
Those men immediately turned angry, wishing they could take action right away.
The leader remained relatively calm and bowed to Qin Feng, asking, "May I ask what faction you belong to, fellow Daoist?"
Qin Feng glanced at him. "No sect or faction."
These men were even more disdainful. "Old Wei, why bother talking to him so much? This kid is so young, are you afraid we can't handle him?"
Just as the man called Lao Wei was about to speak, a figure flew in from the sky.
The newcomer was a handsome young man, dressed in fine clothes, with complete accessories, and possessing an extraordinary demeanor.
He spoke condescendingly, "Why haven't you taken him down yet?"
These men immediately reported this.
"Young Master, we were about to take him down, but this man stopped us. Old Wei didn't let us make a move."
The man addressed as "Young Master" sized up Qin Feng, but couldn't discern any particular reputation from him. He still treated Qin Feng with politeness.
"I am Xu Yiming of the Tianchi Dynasty. I hope you will give me some face, fellow Daoist. I have been looking for this demonic beast for a long time."
Qin Feng glanced at him, his expression calm. "You can leave now."
Zhou Jian had mentioned the Tianchi Dynasty before; they were one of the seven major powers in the southern part of the Holy Domain. If possible, he didn't want to antagonize the people of the Tianchi Dynasty before even arriving in the Holy Domain.
But things rarely go as smoothly as he imagined. When Xu Yiming heard Qin Feng's unwavering refusal, his face filled with anger, and he threatened in a stern voice:
"So, fellow Daoist, you've made up your mind to be my enemy, Xu Yiming?"
Qin Feng glanced at him calmly. "Who are you? You're just a Nascent Soul cultivator, what right do you have?"
Xu Yiming saw deep disdain in Qin Feng's eyes, which made this pampered young master, who had always been respected by everyone, very unhappy.
He waved his hand at the Nascent Soul cultivators who had been chasing Ao Ling, "All of you, go and take him down too."
These people had been itching to make a move for a while, and at Xu Yiming's command, they attacked Qin Feng and Ao Ling without hesitation.
Ao Ling was terrified and hid behind Qin Feng.
Qin Feng looked at the approaching group and shook his head helplessly. "Sigh, don't they know how to seize opportunities? Wouldn't it be better to just stay alive?"
The group of people who came flying in were taken aback when they heard this, thinking that Qin Feng was scared, and they burst into laughter.
"It's too late to realize your mistake now; you can only blame yourself for offending someone you shouldn't have."
Qin Feng offered no explanation, casually unleashing a sword aura that pierced through all of them.
These people died without any explanation.
Xu Yiming's smile froze. He had thought Qin Feng might be extraordinary, but he hadn't expected him to be this powerful.
Qin Feng slowly turned his head and looked at him pitifully.
Xu Yiming was terrified and immediately shouted to the sky, "Uncle Fu, save me!"
A rather burly figure descended from the sky and landed in front of him.
Xu Yiming felt a little safer upon seeing this figure, and breathed a sigh of relief, looking at Qin Feng with a mocking expression.
“I don’t care who you are. If you dare to touch anyone from my Tianchi Dynasty, you’re doomed. Uncle Fu, kill him!”
Without the slightest hesitation, Uncle Fu struck out at Qin Feng with a palm.
