The hotel's executive lounge, located on the building's highest floor, was a classic Great Hall of the People-style affair, with thick red carpet, mahogany tables and chairs, and a large painting of the motherland's magnificent landscape hung on the wall. At two or three in the afternoon, almost no one was dining there; the vast space was occupied by only two guests, Xiao Xingyu and Zhang Moyan.
After enjoying a delicious meal that was either breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea, Xiao Xingyu finally received a call from Xiaowa, who said that he was already waiting in the lobby on the first floor.
Xiao Xingyu and Zhang Moyan immediately went down to the first floor. As soon as the elevator door opened, they saw Xiao Wa coming up with a well-dressed man in his fifties.
"Brother Yu, this is my dad!" Xiao Wa hurriedly introduced them to each other. "Dad, this is my Brother Yu. Isn't he very handsome? He looks younger than you think.
