Chapter 14 We Meet Again

Cloud Magic Academy has two campuses: the inner campus is located in a remote area outside the city, while the outer campus is located in a corner of the city.

According to the rules of each college, anyone under the age of 18 can attend junior college.

Since one's development is largely complete after age 18, starting to learn at that point is neither meaningful nor efficient. If one truly wants to learn, the only option is to attend a private academy.

Fortunately, "Xiaohe" and "Wang Xuefeng" are only 15 and 16 years old. Although they started a little late, they were able to catch the last train.

Black Hawk landed at the Cloud Academy gate, just as school was letting out.

Students poured out in droves, making the intersection completely congested.

The carriages that were supposed to pick them up couldn't get in, and the carriages inside couldn't get out.

The loud cries of vendors, the reins of cart drivers, and the restless neighing of horses, mixed with the unrestrained cheers, formed the symphony of school dismissal at every school.

"Sigh, it's still a few minutes slow," Chen Yunfang sighed to himself.

Xiao He followed behind him, but faced with this group of crazed "refugees," he had no way to go against the current.

In the present world, Xiao He had not attended school since being diagnosed with an illness. Seeing this scene suddenly made him feel somewhat saddened.

"Hey! Hey! Don't push! Don't push—"

"Wow..."

In the chaos, one person fell down.

The people behind were oblivious and continued to push and shove forward.

Just as the person was about to be submerged, a cold wind carrying frost swept by.

The crowd's movements suddenly became extremely slow, as if in slow motion, which was both eerie and comical.

“Mentor Condi!” someone recognized him.

The newcomer was none other than Candy, whom they had just met. He was still riding the white lion, followed by a group of panting teenagers.

The girl who fell down started crying.

But it seems there's nothing seriously wrong.

Candy walked into the college through the faculty entrance without saying a word, his demeanor cold and unapproachable.

With Condi's "violent reminder," the students behind finally realized that someone had fallen in front of them, and they quickly surrounded the girl.

The group that had been following behind Kangdi stepped forward and immediately spotted Xiao He on the other side of the crowd.

"Why is it her?" a girl asked, her voice filled with resentment.

"They actually dared to come?" The group was dumbfounded.

"Is this guy courting death...?"

"It's alright. Since you dared to come, let everyone get to know you." A pink-haired girl walked out of the group alone.

The little girl who fell was no more than ten years old. Perhaps she twisted her ankle and couldn't get up for a while.

"You, who are you?" The little girl looked up blankly and saw the smiling face of the pink-haired girl.

"My name is Lisa, and we'll be schoolmates from now on!" the pink-haired girl said with a smile.

"Hello, Sister Lisa..." The little girl was a bit shy and nodded timidly.

"Does it hurt a lot? Don't be afraid, there's a young lady over there who will be our schoolmate in the future. By the way, she's a pastor!" Lisa said with a smile.

Upon hearing this, everyone turned their gaze to the direction Lisa was pointing.

"?" Xiao He looked bewildered.

"Greetings, Pastor Sister!" A girl with pigtails jogged up to Xiao He and gave a vigorous 90-degree bow.

"Uh, hello..."

"My best friend is injured, could you please help her? Please!" The little girl looked at Xiao He with her big, hopeful eyes.

"I..." Xiao He hesitated, "I don't know how to treat patients, I'm sorry I can't help you..."

"Huh?" The little girl was stunned.

The crowd began to discuss it amongst themselves.

Can't a priest heal?

Doesn't that mean you haven't even started learning yet?

He's nothing more than a fake pastor...

Only then did everyone notice that Xiao He's clothes were really quite unfashionable.

She looked like a little village girl from some remote, impoverished area.

He was even wearing a lotus flower hat that was popular decades ago...

Many people couldn't help but laugh out loud.

Although Xiao He was completely unaware of the situation, he was thick-skinned and had no idea that it was Lisa who was targeting him.

“Xiaohe, you don’t need to be modest. We’re new here, so it’s only right that we leave a good impression on our fellow alumni.” Lisa smiled at everyone and said, “There’s no need for you to guess. Xiaohe just got the approval of Mentor Kangdi. She’s just saying that because she’s a low-key and reserved person.”

"Oh..." Everyone suddenly realized.

Did you gain the approval of mentor Kangdi?

99% of the students in the entire college don't get it!

A prodigy indeed!

Everyone looked at Xiao He again, their eyes filled with fervent admiration.

"Uh...no, I'm not being modest, I really don't know how." Xiao He was even more embarrassed.

The girl with pigtails reddened her eyes: "I know...we're not good enough, we don't deserve your help, sister..."

"Huh? No way?" Xiao He had the most contact with girls, but she was so fierce that she was more manly than a man. He really had no experience in dealing with her.

The students were discussing it animatedly.

Even those who were unaware of the situation were trapped inside the narrow school gate.

Lisa caught a glimpse of Candy through the gap and immediately knew it was time to call it a day.

"Yiyi, come help the little girl!" she called back to her group.

A girl who looked very gentle walked over quietly.

A familiar little healing technique was applied to the injured girl's foot, and after a moment, her sprained ankle barely regained its mobility.

"Thank you! Thank you, sister!" The girl with pigtails' eyes lit up, and she immediately ran to the two of them, bowing deeply and sincerely.
