Xiao He was unaware that Wang Xuefeng had not actually come along.
Because the moment I opened my eyes, all I saw was his face.
Even though it was a pitch-black cave, she was certain that the person in front of her was Wang Xuefeng.
The latter was stunned for a moment when he saw her, and then couldn't help but hug her tightly.
Xiao He blinked and continued to pretend to be asleep, letting him pick him up.

I casually opened the system map and system inventory and found that these were all usable, but I couldn't click to join a team or click to send a private message.
Since she had nothing better to do on the road, she opened her friends list and found Yang Xing.
[Xiao He: Didi]
Yang Xing: ? ?
[Xiao He: Huh? I thought I had lost signal.]
[Yang Xing: What the heck, no signal?]
[Xiao He: Positioning]
[Yang Xing: Holy crap?! You got arrested?! What the hell kind of place is this?!]
[Xiao He: The continent of Vansla! I'm with Xuefeng!]
[Yang Xing: Oh, wait a minute? Why did you guys suddenly run over there?]
[Xiao He: We're in a hurry, aren't we? Sangmaikui needs to go wake up Gulipo.]

Wang Xuefeng: Shh... Watch my eyes and act accordingly.
[Xiao He: 111]
Xiao He didn't think much of it, assuming that Sang Mai Kui's energy was monitoring him, and he didn't bother to figure out how to form a team.
Wang Xuefeng's eyelashes trembled slightly; it was a rejection he had set himself, because his panel level would reveal his identity.
He could only choose not to team up, not to add friends, not to chat privately, and to disable all interactive functions. Therefore, he couldn't see Xiao He's messages unless another Wang Xuefeng relayed them for her…
Fortunately, the two of them don't rely heavily on verbal communication. They're already quite used to using gestures, secret codes, and even eye contact.
Xiao He closed his eyes, placed his palm on his chest, and secretly extended a finger to draw a small heart through his clothes.
Wang Xuefeng couldn't help but chuckle, and he tightened his arms around her even more.
Stepping out of the passageway, the view suddenly opens up.
Approaching us were a dozen snake-men, with human heads and snake bodies, carrying sharp forks.
"Welcome back, Left Protector and Right Protector. You've worked hard." The crowd coiled their snake tails and bowed in unison.
"Where is the master?" the bluebird asked.
"Our lord is away and has not yet returned. Please, gentlemen, rest for a while." The leading snake woman said, glancing at the figure in Wang Xuefeng's arms: "And who is this?"
"This is the master's sister; you must treat her well," the bluebird said with a mysterious smile.
Upon hearing this, the snake-men were immediately terrified and bowed again.
Even though Xiao He appeared to be asleep, they were afraid of being negligent in the slightest.
Wang Xuefeng glanced at the bluebird beside him without making a sound, but the latter returned him with an even more amused smile.
"The tribe has prepared dinner. I will now summon the dancers. Please come with me, gentlemen," the snake woman at the head of the group said respectfully.
Unexpectedly, the bluebird waved its hand and said meaningfully, "No, today we're not watching dancers...we're watching fire dancers~"
"Then see for yourself." Wang Xuefeng said, then turned and left with Xiao He in his arms.
