They weren't sure if Su Wu knew or not, so Liu Bin could only recount the events.
Upon hearing this, Su Wu showed a look of shock.
He exclaimed, "You guys actually got scammed out of 10 million? Are you kidding me? Are you stupid? That explains why Wang Lijun has been missing for the past few days."
Upon hearing this, Liu Bin blushed deeply, but remained speechless in rebuttal.
Liu Xia and Su Jianren looked like they were constipated; they were practically begging to be slapped.
Su Wu felt a surge of satisfaction, then muttered to himself, "Even if that's true, why are you looking for me? I can't reach him. The police are right here, why don't we call the police?"
"Don't!"
Upon hearing this, the three immediately spoke up in unison, fearing that Su Wu would go and call Wang Hu.
Liu Bin chuckled and said, "We're all people of importance, there's no need to make a scene. Su Wu, don't get agitated."
"Ten million? Is this a small matter? You guys are really thick-skinned! What good will it do you to catch him after he spends all the money? Brother, how much were you involved?"
When asked this question abruptly, Su Jianren revealed a smug look.
"It's none of my business. I'm not that stupid. They're the ones who got scammed."
"Then what's the point of you getting involved? Are you crazy?"
"What the hell..."
Su Jianren was on the verge of a breakdown.
Su Wu was really too wicked, but he couldn't retaliate, and he was so angry that he was panting.
As for Liu Bin and Liu Xia, their faces were ashen; this was not the situation they wanted at all.
After a long pause, Liu Bin took a deep breath and began to explain.
“We know you are the owner of Ruyang Company and Wang Lijun is a shareholder. We are here for his shares.”
"He cheated us out of 10 million yuan, so it's perfectly reasonable for us to use his shares to settle the debt, right?"
Su Wu looked on with disdain upon hearing this.
He looked at Liu Bin and sneered, "You're probably 40 years old, right? You think your company can change its status just by talking? Besides, you keep saying Wang Lijun cheated you out of 10 million yuan, is that all you have to offer? Just a few pieces of worthless paper?"
“I said, if you’ve really been scammed, take legal action and report it to the police first. If it’s true, it’s not too late to convert his shares.”
"But you're just asking for their shares without any real knowledge; isn't that blatant robbery?"
Su Wu spoke with such conviction that Liu Bin almost crawled under the table in shame.
Liu Xia retorted angrily, "Doesn't the Liu family have any say? What do you mean by that?"
Su Wu scoffed, "It won't work here anyway. We're a legitimate company, not some makeshift operation. There are procedures for share transfers; it's not like you can just change people with a fart. Am I right, Mr. Liu?"
As he spoke, Su Wu looked at Liu Bin.
Liu Bin was so angry he almost fainted.
If he had a way to go through the proper channels, would he need to go through all this trouble?
If that weren't the case, how could he have been fooled by Erpi?
At this point, he had nothing more to say and looked at Su Jianren.
Su Jianren looked at Su Wu with a stern face.
"Su Wu, your company belongs to our family. Now I order you to transfer the company to me."
"Were you raised on shit? Even brothers should keep clear accounts, let alone us who live on opposite sides of the mountain?"
"I'll give you 2 million, that's enough to buy your company. Otherwise, I'll have my dad take over your company."
"Have you ever seen money? Two million to start your sister's company. My company now has assets of 15 million. You've learned so much about women's pregnancies in Japan, haven't you?"
"Su Wu, can't you talk properly? Do you really think I have no temper? Are you looking for a beating?"
After being ridiculed by Su Wu, Su Jianren finally couldn't take it anymore and stood up abruptly.
However, the next second, when he saw Wang Hu's gaze, he deflated like a punctured balloon.
He gritted his teeth and said, "You just wait, Dad will get you sooner or later."
He paused, then revealed a look of disdain.
"How much money do you have to start a company? You probably swindled this money from your father, didn't you?"
"Yeah, it's better than you losing to me. At least I have a right to inherit."
"You're nothing but a bastard! You're lucky you even got a bite to eat!"
"Oh, so what are you doing acting like a big brother here, ordering me around? Do you think you're that important?"
Su Wu had no intention of talking to them at all; he was quick to criticize and showed no mercy.
Su Jianren was so angry that he trembled, but unfortunately he was too clumsy with words to win an argument.
Seeing Su Jianren's cowardly appearance, Liu Xia and Liu Bin wished they could leave immediately.
Their faces were numb at that moment, and it was unclear what they had come for.
Liu Bin had to step in again to stop the argument between the two.
"Young people shouldn't be so hot-tempered. You can talk about your family matters in private."
After dealing with Su Jianren, he smiled at Su Wu and said, "Su Wu, we're here to solve the problem. If the problem isn't solved, I'm afraid your factory won't be able to open."
Su Wu said nonchalantly, "Then let it stand. What, will my factory spoil?"
"Heh heh, you can't say that. Some things just disappear if you leave them lying around," Liu Bin sneered.
Upon hearing this, Su Wu raised an eyebrow. "Old Deng, are you threatening me?"
"You have no manners, kid. I won't stoop to your level. You can try threatening me if you want." Liu Bin was so angry he almost slapped himself.
Su Wu glanced at Wang Hu and laughed, "How about I call the police now and say you're trying to vandalize my factory? If anything happens to the factory, it's your responsibility?"
"You...you're being unreasonable." Liu Bin gritted his teeth.
"Aren't you the ones being unreasonable? Is Coca-Cola really that good? If you can't get it, are you all going to die of frustration tomorrow?"
