"Damn it, you're getting cocky just because I called you fat! I'll kill you right now!"
Upon hearing this, Liu Xia flew into a rage and was about to pounce on Su Wu.
Su Jianren quickly hugged him because he had already seen Wang Hu walking over.
Liu Bin, filled with doubt, opened the brown paper bag, pulled out a piece of paper, and examined it.
With just one glance, his expression changed drastically, and he immediately shoved it back.
At this moment, Wang Hu had already walked over.
"What are you doing? Let's talk this out, don't get agitated!"
Upon seeing this, Liu Bin immediately put away the brown paper bag, his face beaming with smiles.
"We've reached an agreement, we've reached an agreement. We're leaving now, don't get excited, we were just joking around."
As he spoke, he kept giving the two of them meaningful glances.
Fortunately, neither of them were truly stupid; although they didn't understand, they stopped making a fuss.
Liu Xia and Su Jianren glared at Su Wu and then hurriedly left with Liu Bin.
Wang Hu asked, puzzled, "Did they really reach an agreement? They seemed quite excited."
"After all, it's a lot of money, and they're really feeling the pinch. Thanks a lot, Tiger, for today. Let me treat you to dinner. Come on, let's go upstairs."
Su Wu casually offered an explanation and pushed the somewhat bewildered Wang Hu upstairs.
We left the Fu Rui Restaurant.
Liu Xia glared at Liu Bin with indignation, "Uncle, what do you mean by this?"
"Oh dear, don't ask anymore. I have to go see your father right away. Let's not provoke Su Wu for now and plan for the future."
Liu Bin hurriedly got into the car with the brown paper bag in his arms, no longer caring about flattery.
That fleeting glimpse had really startled him.
That's Liu Zhenxing's smuggling ledger. If it gets out, the consequences are unimaginable.
Zhenxing Building.
Liu Zhenxing sat in his boss's chair with a grim expression.
Most of the computers were burned, resulting in a heavy loss for him.
Leaving aside the economic value, recovering those business documents is no easy task.
But even the best technicians are helpless in this situation and cannot save it.
He was so angry that he couldn't eat lunch and sulked in his office.
He was calculating his losses when Liu Bin rudely pushed the door open and entered.
Liu Zhenxing roared, "Did I fucking let you in? Liu Bin, have you gotten too big for your britches?"
"Chairman, something's happened, something really has happened!" Liu Bin rushed forward without thinking.
Liu Zhenxing slammed his fist on the table and said, "What else could possibly happen? Don't you think my problems are big enough?"
"Please don't be angry, take a look at this first..."
Liu Bin knew that he would be criticized no matter what he said, so he might as well be more direct.
Liu Zhenxing impatiently took the bag and opened the stack of documents inside.
The next second, his expression changed, and he looked up suspiciously.
"Binzi, what do you mean by this? Why are you taking this out?"
"No, I didn't do it. Someone asked me to give it to you."
Liu Bin stammered, saying that he knew the acquisition of the beverage factory could no longer be kept secret.
Liu Zhenxing was startled upon hearing this and immediately asked, "What exactly happened?"
"Please don't get agitated, let me explain slowly."
Liu Bin quickly nodded and bowed as he helped Liu Zhenxing sit down again before slowly beginning his story.
This time he dared not hide anything and told the whole story from beginning to end.
A dozen minutes later, he finished speaking and stood up with his head down.
Liu Zhenxing rubbed his temples, somewhat incredulous.
He confirmed, "You mean you spent my 10 million to buy a few pieces of worthless paper? And there's nowhere to seek justice for this?"
"Yes. There are procedural flaws, so it might not even qualify as fraud."
"What are you good for? How could you mess up something like this?"
"It was my carelessness. I didn't expect that guy would dare to lie to me."
"I think you've been living the good life for too long and have gotten a little carried away, haven't you?"
Faced with Liu Zhenxing's questioning, Liu Bin remained silent.
There's no point in explaining this; saying more would just make it a joke.
Seeing this, Liu Zhenxing sighed.
He never imagined that a mere, run-down beverage factory could cause so much trouble.
Holding the documents in his hand, he asked, "This was given to me by Su Guiquan's son, who wants me to give him an explanation within three days?"
"Yes, Su Wu is Su Guiquan's illegitimate son, but it seems they have a very bad relationship."
"Are you telling me that Su Guiquan is no good and can't make decisions for his son?"
"Yes, Chairman, have you ever seen a son who dares to call his father a bastard?"
At this moment, Liu Bin also looked helpless. Su Wu was really too arrogant and domineering, a ruthless person.
Especially the final imposing manner almost scared him to death; it was the kind of look one gives a dead man.
Upon hearing this, Liu Zhenxing put down the documents in his hand and squinted his eyes.
After a short while, he had a pretty good idea of what was going on.
"I'm afraid the building incident is also related to that kid. We've run into a tough guy."
"Make the arrangements, I'll go see him tonight. Also, tell Liu Xia to shut up, he's all talk and no action!"
"As for you, we'll settle the score after this is all over. Hmph, 10 million, how long will it take me to earn that back!"
Liu Bin didn't dare to say a word and walked out meekly.
After he left, Liu Zhenxing tapped his fingers on the table, his eyes filled with complex emotions.
"Su Guiquan, that stone collector, is such a nouveau riche. He treats his good-for-nothing son like a treasure, but pushes his precious son away, almost getting me killed!"
As night falls, the city of Tianjin is ablaze with lights and bustling with activity.
Fu Rui Restaurant closed its doors to customers again, but its interior was brightly lit.
