Su Wu asked a question, and the three of them rolled their eyes in unison.
Li Zhi said smugly, "Third brother, you know how to align yourself with the organization. I'm a proper deputy secretary-general now."
"We are student union officers."
Ma Shangfeng and Miao Renfeng stood on either side of Li Zhi behind him, proudly raising their chins.
Su Wu stared at them, dumbfounded and astonished.
Have these three guys really upgraded their weapons after just a few days?
"Wow, you guys are amazing! What about me?"
"You? With the way you're practically eager to graduate right now, you actually want to join the student council?"
Su Wu pointed to his own nose and asked a question, only to be mercilessly rebuffed by Li Zhi.
He couldn't help but ask in bewilderment, "So obvious?"
The three of them nodded in unison without speaking.
Seeing the three nodding vigorously, Su Wu scratched his head awkwardly.
He actually wanted to relive those good old days, but he just couldn't concentrate on a single class.
Who could stand this?
He was very glad that he was reborn in college; if he had been in high school, he would have been completely useless.
Just as he was feeling sentimental, the three people gathered around him, their faces showing concern.
Li Zhi, as the eldest in the dormitory, spoke earnestly.
"Third brother, making money is one thing, but you still need to study hard. Don't neglect your studies."
"The boss is right. If you don't get your degree, you're ruined. Money won't help."
"The second brother is right, and the eldest brother is absolutely right. In the real world, diplomas are what matter."
The three of them chatted amongst themselves, clearly intending to give Su Wu a lesson in ideology and bring this lost youth back to the right path.
Su Wu was deeply moved and nodded emphatically.
"Don't worry, I'll definitely graduate properly."
The three men, filled with great anticipation, nodded in unison.
However, Su Wu's next words ruined the pleasant atmosphere.
"Hey, how much did you guys spend? How about I sell myself for vice president and we can all become the student council?"
"You little brat, do you think money is everything? Vice Chairman, how dare you even think that?"
Li Zhi was the first to break down; the money-grubbing was just too overwhelming.
Ma Shangfeng calculated, "The deputy secretary-general of the boss spent 3,000 yuan on entertaining guests, giving gifts, and all sorts of other things. The two of us probably spent less than 1,000 yuan."
Su Wu was shocked and exclaimed, "So cheap?"
He was genuinely shocked.
He thought a deputy secretary-general position would cost at least 8,000 or 10,000 yuan, but who would have thought it would be so cheap?
This reflects the difference in perception across different eras.
People nowadays are still quite simple and not so materialistic in some ways.
After being thoroughly educated by the three men, Su Wu completely surrendered and put away his greed.
He looked at Li Zhi and said, "Secretary-General, do me a favor."
"What? You didn't set your sights on some pretty girl from another department, did you? That's a good option."
"No, could you help me contact some top students who graduated from universities majoring in electronic information and mechanical automation?"
"Contact is no problem, what do you want?"
“A friend of mine is starting an electronics company and is short-staffed, so he told me to ask around. He said the salary is definitely at the top level in China.”
"You have so many friends!"
Li Zhi couldn't help but sigh upon hearing this, and kept looking him over.
"I feel like you've been possessed by some kind of shaman since you took a vacation. You've completely changed. You didn't have many friends before."
"It's all because they have a good mentor; they teach them well."
Su Wu awkwardly explained that some things are really hard to say.
He did indeed have a good master, whose lessons were almost all learned at the cost of his life in his previous life.
Moreover, despite his lack of social skills, he still possessed considerable knowledge and insight due to the harsh realities of his past life.
Everyone readily accepted his explanation.
After all, Su Wu, who had become much more cheerful, had given them so many surprises; who wouldn't like him like this?
Li Zhi pursed his lips, "If you're really planning to hire people, I have connections, I can help you inquire. Your friend should probably prepare a hiring plan, that would make things easier."
Su Wu had no doubt about Li Zhi's abilities and nodded silently.
The renovation and setup of the studio proceeded smoothly as planned.
After reinstalling all the machines, Su Wu casually installed the still-developing Shigandang Network Security Guardian.
Although it's not perfect yet, it's enough to ensure the safe use of these computers, preventing those gold diggers from downloading porn and killing the machines with viruses.
Having finally escaped the trouble, Su Wu began to think about his chip factory business again.
He doesn't have enough money right now, and he's counting on buying another copy of the recipe.
There's nothing we can do about it; maybe he went too far. The international internet is incredibly clean now.
Let alone those online gambling sites, even legitimate betting companies are being extremely cautious, issuing daily announcements to state that they are not exploiting users.
Everyone is afraid of being targeted by the mysterious Lao Tzu, who monitors account security almost 24/7.
Su Wu even regretted that he had been too ruthless; this damned sense of justice...
Perhaps our good luck has run out, because for a while now, nobody wants to buy the Coca-Cola formula.
During this period, quite a few people contacted Su Wu through the dark web, but most of them were just testing the waters or even trying to track his IP address.
He now has a place to build a factory, but he can't afford the equipment, which makes him somewhat frustrated.
Just as he was staring at the computer screen feeling somewhat melancholy, Meikuzi sent him a message.
Someone on Da Mao's side is interested in the Coca-Cola formula he has, but they intend to exchange it for some chip manufacturing equipment.
Undoubtedly, this was another result of the negotiations by the American idiots, which was in Su Wu's best interest.
