Yao Junjun looked like he was in a state of utter despair. He listened to the wails of his playmates and tried hard to recall what had happened last night.
But no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't remember how his leg was broken.
The only thing he remembered was being knocked unconscious by a stick.
But he had absolutely no clue as to who it was.
Upon hearing this, Hu Xiaotian endured the pain and tried hard to recall, but his situation was similar to Yao Junjun's.

All of them had broken legs, but none of them knew what had happened.
Just then, a group of patrolmen walked in.
"You're awake. Tell me what happened."
Hu Xiaotian scoffed, "I wanted to ask that too. Where's my phone? I need to make a call."
"A cell phone? When you were found, you weren't even covered in cloth, so where would you have gotten a cell phone?"
"What?! I freaking..."
Upon hearing this, Hu Xiaotian excitedly tried to sit up, but a sharp pain shot through the back of his head, making him wince in pain.
At this moment, Yao Junjun interjected, "Comrade, we were attacked in the KTV room of the Sihai Hotel. We don't know anything else. We want to report it to the police, and we want to contact our parents and family..."
That finally hit the nail on the head, and the leading patrolman nodded approvingly.
He said in a deep voice, "The Sihai Hotel has already reported the incident to the police; otherwise, you'd probably be rotting in the wilderness. We've also conducted a preliminary investigation, but we don't have many leads..."
Simply put, some of the security cameras at the Sihai Hotel were broken and did not capture any trace of the perpetrators.
However, the staff member admitted that a group of people did rush in, but they did not know what they looked like.
Upon receiving this news, Yao Junjun and Hu Xiaotian were both stunned.
Just then, the lead patrolman spoke again.
"But the tests showed that your blood contained large amounts of hallucinogens, so you need to explain what you were doing that night?"
