"I'm here to resign. When did I threaten you? Can't you understand human language?" Ye Chen sneered.
"The company has nurtured you for so long, and you irresponsibly want to leave just like that."
Xu Ming's face darkened, and he continued to threaten, "You can leave if you want, but you have to finish this project first, or don't expect me to sign off."
Ye Chen blinked, momentarily at a loss for words. He had seen shameless people before, but never anyone this shameless. After all this, they still wanted to get something for nothing!
“Go back to work. Young man, don’t be ungrateful. I’ll pretend this never happened.” Seeing that Ye Chen didn’t speak, Xu Ming assumed he had given in and became even more forceful.
Ye Chen sneered, "According to the labor law, I can still leave a month later if I submit a written resignation application. Even if you don't agree, I can still leave."
