Chapter 24 You called him here to spy on me?
Watching the silver-haired boy's retreating figure, the blue-haired boy smiled slightly. As the silver-haired boy walked out of the safe house, the boy sitting on the sofa gradually disappeared, like shattered streams of light slowly vanishing from bottom to top, dissipating into the air and disappearing without a trace.
The next second.
lamp.
It's dead.
Bertrand watched as the familiar Porsche approached from afar and finally stopped in front of him, kicking up a cloud of dust from its rear.
He watched this scene silently with his half-moon eyes.
It wasn't until the driver's side window rolled down that Bertrand looked surprised and asked, "Oh, Koto-chan, are you going to drive me there yourself?"
It was as if the other party had done something of paramount importance.
Gin glanced at him. "Get in the car."
"oh."
Bertrand climbed into the back seat.
Don't ask why it's not the passenger seat.
Because the back seat is spacious, he can lie down completely.
Gin glanced at the boy who clearly mistook him for a driver in the rearview mirror, snorted coldly, stepped on the gas, and sped away.
About ten minutes later, the car arrived at the seemingly deserted dock. Bertrand leaned against the car window, scanning the outside scenery with his obviously bored crescent-shaped eyes.
"We've arrived, get off the bus."
They stopped beside a boat, and Gin said something to Bertrand before getting out of the car first.
Bertrand slowly got off the car with his eyes half open, then looked at the group of people standing at the boarding gate.
Big Vodka was also present.
The only short-haired woman was clearly one of the examiners, Junke Kogura.
The moment he saw her, Bertrand's eyes lit up.
Even though Xiao Cang Chun Hui's expression was cold, she inexplicably trembled when she met the other person's gaze.
She looked at the baby-faced, silver-haired boy with a youthful appearance with a puzzled expression.
Is it possible that such a young child is also a member of the organization?
Sensing Gin's gaze beside him, Bertrand removed his burning gaze from Kosaka Junke and instead looked at the very familiar dark-skinned, blond man standing next to Vodka.
"Ah~la~Bourbon~what are you doing here too~"
One sentence, five tildes.
As expected of Bertrand.
Bourbon smoothed his bangs, looked at the smiling boy, and smiled back, pointing to the imposing Gin: "He called me over."
Bertrand looked at him for a few seconds, then turned his head, his expression instantly changing to disbelief. "Qin-chan! You called him here to spy on me!? You don't trust me!? How could you do this!? Aren't I your favorite little darling!?"
A few tic-tac-toe marks appeared on Gin's forehead.
Bourbon: "..." I think it would be more appropriate for you to be spying on me, wouldn't it?
But looking at Bertrand's face change in a second, he inexplicably thought of someone.
He lowered his eyelids slightly, concealing the emotions in his eyes.
Meanwhile, Bertrand covered his face with his hands and put on a show of crying in front of the newlyweds, unable to actually cry.
"Waaaaah, Qin-chan, you don't believe me! You sent people to spy on me! Waaaaah, there's no love left! There's no love left! Waaaaah, I don't want to live anymore! Waaaaah..."
Gin: ...
He clenched and unclenched his fists repeatedly, and it took a lot of effort for him to suppress the urge to hit him.
Because he knew that knocking wouldn't do any good; it would only make him more agitated!
He pressed the boy's head down not too hard, feeling the soft touch of the hair in his hand. Gin couldn't help but rub it a couple of times, but his face remained cold and ruthless. "From now on, Bourbon will be your partner."
Bertrand stopped her convincing sobs and peeked at Gin through her fingers, her pale green eyes instantly filling with sparkling stars.
