Chapter 454 White Cloud Ceremony
The dishes in the "White Clouds" series are indeed designed to evoke the feeling of white clouds floating above, but different "clouds" are created depending on the dish, conveying either a sense of peace and tranquility or a sense of impending storm.

Ai Haibara nodded calmly. "I'm fine with anything."
Conan glanced at her with his half-moon eyes and muttered to himself: It's already a good thing that this guy got out of the lab, right?
The Baiyun Square, where the Baiyun ceremony was held, is not far from the Baiyun Restaurant; it takes about ten minutes to walk there.

Qianzhu and the others fell silent for a moment, exchanged glances, walked around the square, and chose a new spot where they could finally see the center of the square with difficulty.

"Oh, it's alright. I know our White Cloud Ceremony is different from other ceremonies, but we just think this method is the simplest and least wasteful." The tall man's mood changed quickly, and he waved his hand dismissively to show his understanding.
"Won't it be a waste?" Kogoro Mouri asked, puzzled.
"Yes, some people have suggested referencing rituals from other places, such as bonfires or water splashing, but bonfires consume firewood and water splashing wastes water, so these suggestions were rejected."
The tall man patiently explained to him, "After all, we don't have any forests here. Firewood has to be transported from other places, and water is even more unacceptable.
