Chapter 548 Less is more

Chapter 548 Less is more

Bechfenger shrugged and stood up. "True."

He glanced at Maria beside him and poked her cheek with his finger. "Is that the skeleton with the remnants of magical energy? Can she bear magic?"

"Probably~" After Bertrand put the bone back in Scotland's body, Miyano Akemi sewed it up for him.

Then, leaning closer to Maria, he stroked his chin thoughtfully, "But the purpose of creating her wasn't for fighting. Afra is enough for that. She's there to relay revenge from some consciousness."

Berthefung squinted and smiled as he listened. "Is M here?"

"They're here." A faint voice came from behind him.

Merataya sat cross-legged on her magic broom, glancing up and down at Maria.

"Give it a try, if it doesn't work, then this thing is pretty useless." She said as she leisurely got off the broom and walked to Maria.

His fingers moved across her forehead, drawing some kind of pattern, while his red lips parted slightly as he whispered a cryptic and complex incantation.

As she moved her fingertips, runes gradually lit up on Maria's forehead.

Once a complete rune was formed, Morataya stopped, took a few steps back, sat back on the broom, crossed her arms, and looked at Behefinger. "Alright, give it a try."

“Great!” Behefinger excitedly raised his wand.

A wisp of dark blue magic, resembling both smoke and light, emerged from the tip of the wand and coalesced into a magic circle above their heads.

The shape of the magic circle was almost identical to the one I had seen when I found the magic stone fragment in the Sunset Mansion.

Seeing this, Morataya raised an eyebrow slightly with interest.

The magic circle lit up with a pale blue light.

The next second, near Tokyo Tower, a huge, semi-transparent, smoke-like, dark blue Godzilla appeared out of nowhere, startling many night owls.

But almost immediately, the giant Godzilla disappeared, leading many to believe they had misjudged it. However, when asked, those around them all said they had seen it as well.

Masaka—they're all hallucinating!?

Morataya, Bertrand: "..."

Molataya tapped Behfinger on the head with a kind smile. "I just wanted you to try! I didn't expect you to make such a big fuss!"

Behefinger coughed lightly, covered her head, and muttered in a wronged tone, "I was just excited because I could use magic openly, so it's reasonable that I went a little overboard. Besides, you didn't warn me beforehand, so how can you blame me? That's so unfair! How can you only blame me? We're all the same person..."

Ignoring his rambling, the other two's attention was drawn to Maria beside them.

When Behefinger conjured the magic circle, her face suddenly turned pale, and she became unsteady on her feet.

When Godzilla appeared near Tokyo Tower, she immediately clutched her chest in pain and spat out a mouthful of blood.

Morataya's eyes lit up. "It's a success!"

"Yay! This way we can share the pain of being harmed by magic!" Bertrand cheered from the side.

Although Rong Qian was used to the torment of illness, fainting due to illness would sometimes cause deviations from the original plan.

Every chance of that happening is a chance.

Bertrand and Morataya held hands and happily twirled around.
