Chapter 43 Nobody Can Take Her Job
Ling Ran glanced at him: "How much?"
"No, no need," the driver stammered, not daring to look Ling Ran in the eye. "Sir, don't worry, I won't tell anyone that you're an all-elemental ability user!"
Pei Xiu then realized that it might be bad if others found out about this, and his eyes immediately turned fierce: "Sister, why don't we kill him?"
"Kill you my foot! Take the stuff."
Ling Ran tossed a crystal core to the driver, then got out of the car and walked into the mansion. Seeing this, Pei Xiu and Zhou Hang had no choice but to grab their things, glare at the driver, and make a throat-slitting gesture before following him into the mansion.
"My lord, you're back!"
When Liu Xiuping saw Ling Ran return, she quickly poured her a glass of warm water: "I've cleaned up the room. If you're tired, you can go up to the master bedroom on the second floor. The sheets, blankets, and duvet covers are all new."
"Um."
"Sir, what were you thinking about at noon? Um, who are they?"
Upon seeing Pei Xiu and Zhou Hang following behind Ling Ran, Liu Xiuping immediately felt alarmed.
She is the only servant of the master! No one can take her job!
“My brother and his friend.” Ling Ran then introduced Pei Xiu and the others: “This is Xiao Liu, and this is my cook.”
Ling Ran didn't mean any dissatisfaction with Liu Xiuping calling her "Aunt Liu" when she was older. After all, she was an old monster who had lived for millions of years, and in her eyes, Liu Xiuping was practically a child.

Well, only the world where he was injured has been achieved.
Pei Xiu ignored him and rushed to the kitchen: "Aunt Liu, let me help you."
"Damn! This guy is definitely trying to steal some food! Aunt Liu, let me help you too."
These two didn't cause any trouble; instead, they helped Liu Xiuping with her work and quickly processed all the seafood. Zhou Hang's water-based abilities made cleaning the seafood incredibly easy.
While stir-frying bamboo shoots, Liu Xiuping said to Pei Xiu and Zhou Hang, who were drooling beside her, "Young Master, it will be ready soon. You can call the adults down for dinner."
"I'll go call them!"
Pei Xiu ran off quickly, and before he even reached the top of the stairs, Ling Ran, who was watching TV downstairs, heard him shouting, "Sister, sister, dinner's ready!"
Lunch was very plentiful.
Spicy crayfish, stir-fried flower crab (the crab legs are as big as king crabs, and the meat looks fresh and tender, bouncy), dry pot spicy squid, stir-fried bamboo shoots, garlic bok choy, and tomato beef brisket.
Apart from the bamboo shoots, all the other vegetables were just bought by Ling Ran at the market.
