Chapter 198 Life Fruit Under the Tree of Life (8) (2/5)

"Okay." Lin Su said, "I'm not like Tangtang. What I say definitely counts."

"I, I will also work hard and be counted." The Elf King felt a little ashamed.

They left and returned without disturbing any elves. The Elf King changed into more comfortable pajamas in his room, stood on the balcony and said goodnight to Lin Su. Then, when Lin Su lay down, he lay down on his shoulder and said, "I want to sleep here."

"Good night." Lin Su whispered.

The night fell into silence. In the second half of the night, even the crickets had gone into hibernation and the moon was hidden in the clouds. Everything seemed to be silent. However, a small cry of pain suddenly sounded, interrupting the two people's sleep.

Lin Su opened his eyes and saw the elf lying next to him, who was originally sleeping soundly, curled up unconsciously, holding his stomach and groaning in pain.

"Tangtang!" Lin Su picked him up. The little elf king opened his eyes, tears welling up in his eyes. He held Lin Su's fingers and whispered coquettishly, "Lin, it hurts, it hurts so much..."

Sometimes the little guy cries simply because of his expression. There was loud thunder but little rain. But now his face is very pale, his eyes are full of tiny tears, and his little body is shaking. But this is what makes me feel so distressed.

Lin Su stood up and carried him to the spring of the Fountain of Life and placed him in the spring water. The Fountain of Life was warm to the touch. When the little guy fell into it, the pain seemed to be relieved. After being washed by the spring water over and over again, his body finally relaxed.

"Does it still hurt?" Lin Su asked, looking at his open eyes.

The little fellow shook his head, and when he emerged from the spring, he landed on Lin Su's hand. Water dripped down his body. He hugged Lin Su's finger and said, "Lin, I was in pain just now. Was it because of eating cake?"

"Yes." Lin Su took out a handkerchief and wrapped him up. After drying him completely, he returned to Fujiya. "I was wrong. I shouldn't have taken you to try that kind of thing."

He was still young and had no self-control, but he let him touch those foods with the idea of letting him try something new. The elf itself obviously could not accept such things. It was not that the little guy was untrustworthy, but that he did not do a good job of teaching him and was always soft-hearted.

"Lin, will I not be able to eat cake in the future?" asked the Elf King with his little face raised.

"Not only cakes, you can't touch other kinds of food." Lin Su touched his little face and said, "I won't take you out of the Elf Forest until you come of age."

The Elf King was instantly deprived of his delicious food and the right to go out. He felt as if he had been struck by lightning: "Lin, I'm sick, and you're still bullying me!"

"Do you want to feel the pain again?" Lin Su asked.

The Elf King shook his head like a rattle: "No."

The pain just now made him want to throw away his stomach.

"Then be obedient." Lin Su's face darkened slightly.

The Elf King dared to make a fuss and cry because Lin Su usually didn't get angry. He would explain everything to him in a nice way. Even if he didn't want him to do something, he would inevitably give in to him through tears and coquettishness. The Elf King rarely saw him with a gloomy face, and every time he saw this, it meant that Lin Su was really angry.

"I'll be obedient." The Elf King said in a soft voice, "Lin, don't be angry."

"Yeah, I'm not angry." Lin Su confirmed that his hair was no longer damp. "Go back to sleep."

Being sick will drain your energy. The Elf King had just been in pain and was lying on the bed looking a little sleepy. However, he pulled Lin Su's hair and muttered, "Lin, you were so fierce just now."

"Well, because I'm worried that something might happen to Tangtang." Lin Su said softly.

"It's because I'm too small. If I grow up to be a big elf, I will definitely have very strong resistance, and then Lin won't have to worry about it all the time." The Elf King said in a baby voice.

"No matter how old Tangtang grows, we still have to worry about him." Lin Su said along his back.

The little guy's consciousness was already a little confused: "If only I could grow up quickly..." It would be great.

The sky had passed the darkest hour and welcomed the dawn. Lin Su opened his eyes when his hand touched the warm touch beside him. His pupils contracted for a moment, but he smiled gently.

The Elf King lying beside him had extremely smooth long golden hair that meandered freely like flowing water. One could tell at a glance that it felt good to the touch. He had a beautiful jaw, and his closed eyes were enough to reveal the outline of his eyes. His long and slightly curled light golden eyelashes were like butterfly wings, casting a light shadow on his white cheeks.

The quilt slipped down, revealing his snow-white shoulder blades. No matter how you looked at him, he looked nothing like the little elf king who could be held in one hand.

The growth of the elves was just as they said, they would only grow up when they wanted to. Lin Su originally thought that this would be a slow process, but he didn't expect that he would grow into an adult elf directly.

Lin Su got up and put on his clothes, looking at the Elf King who was sleeping soundly on the bed. He found the small clothes that the little guy had taken off for some reason from his pillow. It was originally tailor-made for him, and he would probably have to keep it as a treasure from now on.

"Tangtang..." Lin Su pinched his cheek and called out.

"Hmph..." The Elf King, who was sleeping soundly, twisted his body from side to back. He touched his face and said drowsily, "I haven't...slept enough..."

I woke up in the middle of the night, so it's normal that I didn't get enough sleep.

However, his original voice was a very clear little baby voice, but now it had turned into the charming voice of a young man, with a gentle breath. The Elf King, who was half asleep and half awake, seemed to realize that something was wrong. He opened his eyes and sat up from the bed. The quilt slipped off, revealing his glowing white skin. He sat there in a daze, his eyes as green as lake water slowly looking back.

He turned his head to look at Lin Su. As he moved, the long hair on his shoulders and neck slid down. His voice was still full of sleepiness: "Lin, why did you become smaller?"

"Do you think I've become smaller?" Lin Su said with a smile as he sat on the edge of the bed.

The Elf King looked around, and when he saw the house on the tree stump, the last trace of fatigue in his eyes faded away. He reached out and held Lin Su's face, pinching his cheeks with his slender white fingers for comparison: "Ah, Lin, I seem to have grown up!"

"Yes." Lin Su's eyes slid down his arm, and when he saw what was underneath, he smiled and said, "Tangtang, you're not wearing any clothes."

"It doesn't matter. You've seen it before anyway." The newly grown Elf King was not shy at all.
