Chapter 243: A Song from an Actor Moves the Capital (8) (3/5)

This person's name came to him easily, but he had no idea what it was. This was no longer negligence, but carelessness.

"I am God, of course I know your name." Lin Su said as he looked at the lines.

"Oh..." Bai Jingtang asked tentatively, "What's your name?"

"Lin Su." Lin Su said, "Shuangmu Lin, serious Su."

"Lin Hanjiansu, what a nice name." Bai Jingjian exclaimed.

Knowing the name, he felt as if he could better imagine what he looked like.

"Take a good shower, the water will get cold soon." Lin Su said when he heard the silence inside.

"Okay." Bai Jingtang hesitated a bit. He poured himself a few scoops of hot water and leaned against the bucket, thinking about this name. Lin Su, his family name was Lin? How did he become a god?

Lin Su is full of secrets. He seems to be able to tolerate all his shortcomings, making people want to explore him.

If only I knew what he looked like.

The hot water was a little misty. Bai Jinglang closed his eyes and thought about something. The sleepiness he had felt before came back again. He couldn't help but yawned, and his expression relaxed a little.

My consciousness seemed to have gotten up, dried myself, put on my clothes, and laid down on the bed. The bed was warm and comfortable. I could have a good sleep...

There was a loud splashing sound. Lin Su turned his head and looked at the screen and said, "Jing Yan, are you still awake?"

No sound came from there. Lin Su put down the opera score and walked to the screen and said, "Bai Jingtang, Bai Jingtang..."

"Hmm..." Bai Jinglang's voice came from inside.

"Falling asleep?" Lin Su asked.

"Hmm?" The voice was obviously very sleepy. "I'm asleep..."

Lin Su: “…”

This is obviously a confused dream. I did everything in the dream, but when I woke up I found it was just a dream.

"Wake up." Lin Su said.

"It's not morning yet..." Bai Jinglang said, and the water inside stirred a little, bubbling with something unknown.

"Sorry for the offense." Lin Su pulled off his coat hanging on the screen and walked in. When he saw the extremely white color in the water, he used his clothes to cover the person lying on the edge of the bucket and sliding down, and then picked him up.

There was a sound of splashing water. The water was hot inside, but it was cold when it came out. Bai Jinglang shivered and seemed to want to pull the quilt, but his hand touched the side but felt nothing. He frowned and opened his eyes, looked up, then turned his head to look down. Although his back and legs had support, the scene was still very scary: "What's going on?!"

"You fell asleep in the bucket." Lin Su saw him wake up and took two steps towards the chair beside him.

However, in Bai Jingtang's eyes, it was just himself floating: "Don't, don't move!"

"Don't worry, I won't let you fall." Lin Su took two steps and placed the person who was trying to grab onto the spot but couldn't, sitting down there. "I'm going out first, you hurry up and dry yourself."

Lin Su walked out, but Bai Jinglang was still clutching his clothes, still a little frightened. He finally calmed down, but then he remembered his state just now: "Did I fall asleep just now?"

"Yeah." Lin Su replied.

"Um, thank you." Bai Jinglang took the towel beside him and wiped the water from his body.

"You're welcome. It's my duty." Lin Su said.

"Well...actually, I don't usually do this." Bai Jinglang swore that this was definitely the first time he fell asleep in the bathtub. It was mainly because he went to bed too late last night, woke up too early today, and then had a busy day.

"Well, I believe you." Lin Su said with a smile.

Bai Jingtang dried himself and put on the underwear he had prepared. He felt a little embarrassed when he left. He almost sat on the bed and got under the quilt as soon as he left the screen. He said, "I'm so sleepy. I'm going to sleep."

Lin Su took the opera script and walked a few steps, then helped him extinguish the candle and said, "Well, go to sleep."

His tone was calm. Bai Jinglang buried his head in the quilt, feeling that he was a little too suspicious. Gods and humans are different. He was a guardian god and he went in because he was afraid that something might happen to him.

Everything today was an accident, yes, an accident, sleep, sleep.

However, as if the rest just now had given his brain enough sleep, Bai Jinglang lay in bed for a long time and found that he... couldn't sleep!

He turned over a few times and could see the book floating in front of the desk in the moonlight. If he didn't know that it was Lin Su who was there, this scene would be quite terrifying.

But knowing it was that person, he felt very warm. There were few people who would always be with him and could understand his feelings: "Can you see in such darkness?"

"I can see." Lin Su's vision was not affected by the darkness. He turned his head and looked at the bed and said, "Didn't you say you were asleep?"

"Hmm..." Bai Jingtang turned over twice again, "Aren't you going to sleep?"

"Sleeping in the same bed with you?" Lin Su asked back.

Bai Jinglang inexplicably recalled the strength with which this man had supported his back and knees. His heartbeat quickened slightly, and he felt a little embarrassed. "Didn't we sleep together last night? I believe you are a gentleman."

"What if I'm not?" Lin Su said.

Bai Jingtang: "Ah?"

"Sleep well, I'm going out for a while." Lin Su put down the opera score, got up and walked to the door.

"Where are you going?" Bai Jingtang sat up from the bed and searched the whole room but found no trace of him. "Have you left?"

"I'm just going out for a while while you're asleep. I'll be back when you wake up." Lin Su walked to the bed, pulled up the quilt, and pushed him down to lie down. "Sleep well."

"I can't sleep..." Bai Jinglang lay on the pillow, his hand touching the quilt, but he didn't touch anything.

"Then come with me." Lin Su said, looking at his eyelids which were obviously almost unable to open.

"Really?" Bai Jinglang tried to sit up, but Lin Su pressed down on his chest, so he could only lie there obediently.

"That's fake." Lin Su chuckled and said, "Close your eyes. I've cast a sleeping spell on you. You'll fall asleep soon."

Bai Jingtang closed his eyes, feeling a bit sleepy. His mind tried to struggle, but his body seemed to have already fallen into a deep sleep...

The person on the bed was already fast asleep, with long breathing sounds coming one after another. Lin Su stood up, opened the door and walked out.

In fact, this state is very convenient. Even if he really goes around the foreign company, no one will find him. However, Lin Su's plan is not that. Instead, he plans to check the recent military movements in the city and get information from two sources: the foreign embassy and the Lu family.

It was very cheap for Lin Su to enter such a place. There was a lot of confidential information in the embassy. After memorizing them one by one, Lin Su left there and went to the Lu family. The Lu family had the support of the army and its position in Kyoto was quite stable.
