Chapter 10 The Glory of Dreams

“Who knows?” Su Mo smiled and looked into the distance, his eyes sparkling with the desire to explore the unknown. “Perhaps it’s about building a bridge that connects reality and fantasy, allowing people to walk freely between dreams and reality.”

“It sounds like a myth,” a young man passing by interjected, his eyes sparkling with longing. “If you could really do it, you would be true magicians.”

“Everyone has a potential magician within them, they just need a key to unlock that power,” Mo Qingxue replied gently, her words as warm and inspiring as the spring sun.

At this moment, an elderly man wearing glasses pushed up his glasses and slowly approached, his words revealing profound wisdom: "I remember an old saying, 'Miracles begin with belief and are accomplished through action.' You have already proven this. But remember, the real test often comes after success."

The old man's words were like a pebble thrown into a calm lake, creating ripples. Su Mo, Mo Qingxue, and Li Haoran exchanged glances, their eyes reflecting both pride in their past achievements and determination to face future challenges.

“You’re right, grandpa.” Li Haoran puffed out his chest. “We won’t stop, because dreams have no end. Next, we want to create an educational project so that children in remote areas can also enjoy the fun of learning, breaking down geographical barriers through technology and innovation.”

Upon hearing this, the surrounding crowd cast admiring glances and began to discuss it in hushed tones, expressing both praise and doubt.

"That sounds difficult. How do you plan to achieve it?" a young mother asked, her child in her arms staring with wide, curious eyes, seemingly also drawn to the adults' dreams.

“We will combine existing technologies, such as remote education platforms, with the design of some low-cost, high-efficiency learning tools,” Su Mo explained in detail, her tone full of confidence. “More importantly, we will inspire children’s curiosity and thirst for knowledge, enabling them to become the helmsmen of their own destiny.”

"Wow, you guys are going to change the world!" someone in the crowd exclaimed, followed by thunderous applause and waves of praise and encouragement.

In this enthusiastic atmosphere, Su Mo, Mo Qingxue, and Li Haoran stood side by side once again, their eyes reflecting each other's determined figures, and also reflecting the long but hopeful road ahead.

"We don't know what we'll encounter on the road ahead, but as long as there's light in our hearts, the road beneath our feet will continue to extend." Li Haoran's voice was firm, as if he were making a promise to his partners and to himself.

“And this light comes from each and every one of us,” Mo Qingxue continued, “It is our shared belief that will illuminate each other’s path.”

“Then it’s settled,” Su Mo smiled slightly, his gaze passing through the crowd and looking towards the distant horizon. “No matter the wind or rain, no matter the difficulties and obstacles, we will stand shoulder to shoulder, heart to heart, and continue to move forward.”

"Hey, have you heard? Those three young men have really started taking action to build educational bridges for children in remote areas!" Two vendors at the market chatted amongst themselves during a break.

"Yes, my nephew goes to a primary school in the mountains. He said that someone recently sent them smart tablets, which are full of videos of teachers from big cities giving lessons. The children are all very excited." Another vendor wiped his sweat, his eyes full of envy.

"This is no simple matter. How much money will it cost? Where did they get the funds?" In the teahouse next door, several elderly people sat together, discussing this interesting story while enjoying their tea.

"I heard they launched a public crowdfunding project, with sponsorship from some tech companies and their own savings, and that's how they got started." An elderly gentleman wearing reading glasses flipped through the newspaper in his hand, his voice filled with admiration. "They are truly remarkable young people. In our time, we wouldn't have dared to think of such things."

As time went on, Su Mo, Mo Qingxue, and Li Haoran's project gradually gained attention nationwide. News reports and social media were filled with discussions about their project. Meanwhile, in those remote mountainous areas, changes were quietly taking place.

"Mommy, look! The teacher in this video said that stars are giant fireballs, how amazing!" A little girl held her mother's hand, pointed to the screen on the tablet, and her eyes sparkled with an unprecedented light.

"Yes, my dear, you can become a knowledgeable person like that in the future." The mother's eyes reddened slightly, her heart filled with gratitude.

"Hey, look, isn't that Su Mo and his group?" A group of children, just out of school, excitedly pointed into the distance. They saw Su Mo and his group walking into the village, surrounded by several technicians carrying toolboxes, clearly there to maintain and upgrade the equipment.

"It's them! They're the ones helping us with our studies!" The children rushed forward, expressing their excitement and gratitude in a flurry of voices.

Su Mo squatted down, smiling gently, "Seeing you all so happy makes it all worthwhile. Remember, knowledge is the key to changing your destiny, so cherish every opportunity to learn."

"Don't worry, Brother Su, we will try our best!" the children replied in unison, their eyes shining with determination and hope.

Just when everything seemed to be going smoothly, a sudden flash flood destroyed the communication facilities in several villages, posing an unprecedented challenge to the project.

"How...how could this happen?" Li Haoran stared at the damaged base station, his brows furrowed.

"It seems we still have a long way to go." Mo Qingxue sighed softly, but her eyes became even more resolute.

“But we won’t give up, right?” Su Mo clenched his fist, turned to the crowd and said, “We will prove with our actions that nothing can stop the spread of knowledge.”

Just when everyone was at a loss, a young engineer who had previously benefited from their project stepped forward: "I have a way to rebuild communications. Although my strength is limited, I believe that more people will be willing to join us, because everything we are doing is for our hometown and for the future."

"You're right!" Shouts of agreement rang out from the surrounding crowd, and helping hands converged at that moment to face the difficulties together.

As the sun set, Su Mo, Mo Qingxue, and Li Haoran stood side by side once more, gazing at the scene of everyone working together, their hearts filled with indescribable emotion.

“Sometimes, we think we are creating miracles, but little do we know that it is these countless ordinary yet determined hearts that weave the path of hope to the future,” Li Haoran said with emotion.

“That’s right,” Su Mo nodded gently, “This storm will only make us stronger and closer together.”

"Then let us join hands until the light of our dreams illuminates every corner." Mo Qingxue's words were filled with boundless tenderness and determination.
