Jian Yu didn't go in to disturb the grandfather and grandson's reunion. Instead, he went to the stairwell and contacted Lu Jiao.
About three hours later, Grandma Hua was helped back. "Oh dear! I was exhausted. I told her I was fine, but the nurse wouldn't believe me and insisted that I get checked out before she would feel at ease."
Grandma Hua saw Jian Yu standing in the corridor and raised an eyebrow. "Why are you standing here? Who's with Sister Chen and where is she?"
"I don't know either. The nurse wouldn't let me in, saying that Grandma Shen was resting. I've been waiting outside for more than three hours."

Chen Ding nodded, "Mom, stay here after you're discharged from the hospital!"
Old Mrs. Shen lowered her eyelids. "We'll talk about it later!"
Chen Ding said, "Mom, your health isn't suitable for long journeys. I can take care of you if you stay here."
Grandma Shen turned her head away, and when she pulled her hand back, she used a little too much force, which hurt Shen Ding.
